This was the best car buying experience of my life. Very little back-and-forth. Found the price online along with many high-quality pictures. I drove up to Preston to find the truck and price just as described. The salesman and I settled on a price that I was very happy with and then the dealership honored that price. Very little hassle, no attempt to up-sell me on crap products like window etching, nitrogen filled tires, extended warranties or anything else. Just a straightforward deal and out the door. It literally took less than half an hour for me to show up, do the paperwork and walk out the door with my new vehicle at the out the door price agreed upon and with the interest rate I expected. The general manager, Dave, was fantastic. He personally responded quickly to a concern I raised and corrected the problem immediately. I couldn't be happier with this dealership.

I had Karissa reach out to me about a recall on my vehicle but went I asked them about my information (name & phone #) they would not provide how they obtained my information. They kept saying that Ford gave it to them. But when I asked for proof of Ford providing that data they could not do it and refused to show me how they obtained it.
This happened after I posted my vehicle for sale on a well known online classified website here. So when I asked if that's how they obtained it they would always change the subject and not answer me if that is how they obtained my information.
I do not trust this company in the least bit!

Unfortunately had a terrible experience. Service department tried charging me for work covered under my warranty. Was forced to contact Ford Warranty department directly to resolve the issue. Young Ford, Brigham City, then charged me $189.95 for the diagnosis in addition to my warranty deductible. To make matters worse, I had a scheduled appointment and they didn't start diagnosing my vehicle for 4 days. Absolutely ZERO communication. I was forced to personally go into the dealership for updates. Will never use an Young dealerships or service departments again. They absolutely do not care about their customers.
