John was very knowledgeable and helped locate the truck I was looking for.
John even went the extra mile (or 75) to pick up my new truck at a different location.

Great smaller dealership...personal, friendly, willing to do business. Found them professional and most efficient. They certainly had the best deals. Would highly recommend them.
Pleased at last - jeffwrichards
I've had some less than great experiences getting service here. But glad to report that my last visit was uneventful. Good communication. Thorough work.
Disrespect for customers - Blacky
I thought they would be better to potential customers since they were far from Salt Lake but they sold a car I was interested in right underneath me and never gave me the opportunity to respond. Their response was "first come first serve." that's a xxxx of a way to run a business based on customer satisfaction. Believe me you can find much better in the valley who will take care of you and make you feel like you are someone they care about.

They diagnosed the problem and via video the mechanic showed me what he'd found. The service representative was very helpful and the pricing was very reasonable. I've taken my car there several times and have been greatly satisfied with the service. I recommend them to anyone.
My recent car buying experience at Young Jeep & Dodge far... - Carly S.
My recent car buying experience at Young Jeep & Dodge far exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, my fiancé and I were greeted warmly by Aaron who showed me to my new car. He displayed great knowledge and understanding of the car we were purchasing and explained in detail all of the car’s features- inside and out. Aaron was patient, kind, and made sure all of our questions and concerns were taken care of before we decided to move forward with the purchase.
Trevor then led us straight to the paperwork signing, which was quick and painless. He answered my many questions and was so friendly throughout our entire exchange. Once we were ready to take our new car home, the technicians took the time and care to back up our car onto the display floor inside the building and disinfect the interior. We received business cards with direct phone numbers to the master technician, the salesmen, as well as a number to call the Jeep manufacturer themselves in case I had any further questions or needs. Even though the dealership was closed for business by the time we we finished signing the paperwork, everyone involved in the purchase stayed by our side until we drove off the lot. From start to finish, I was blown away by the professionalism and friendliness of everyone I came in contact with at the dealership. I will be referring all of my family and friends in the market for a new car to Young Jeep & Dodge, thank you to everyone who made my car buying experience a 5 star one!

Worst Customer Service EVER!! I have Jeep and took it for oil service and they forgot gasket and all oil came out before left parking lot. Car was smoking and when I took it back they advised we won’t charge you for this??? Comedy, that they even said that. Don’t take your car to Doug Smith Anything!!!
So I went to buy a Jeep @ Karl Malone in Heber UT. Sales... - Dan
So I went to buy a Jeep @ Karl Malone in Heber UT. Sales process started out great. Seemed very helpful and we were excited to buy. Started the contract process and that's where things went downhill fast! I told the salesperson where I needed my monthly payment and I also mentioned the length of terms as well. However, this information was not passed efficiently to Bruno in finance. Terms were drafted and payment amount was agreed to. I was rushed through the paperwork and I signed the agreement. I will admit I signed; however, ten minutes after signing I changed my mind. I reviewed the paperwork and saw that my desired terms of 60 months was omitted and replaced with 84 months. Because of the rushed process, I truly did not do my due diligence. I made a mistake and wanted to fix it. I tried to stop the process but they said it was too late. Bruno said, in no uncertain terms, "You own it now. Even if you don't take possession of the car. We do this all the time. And you don't want to talk to my bosses because I'm the nice one." I understand that the law says the car is ours once we gain possession. However, I didn't plan to take possession. General Manager, last name Anderson, when I brought up not having the keys to the new car in hand, told me that the keys were in the car. This was his only answer to me when I pushed back about not taking possession of the car. Also, via text to my salesperson, I asked for my old car's licence plates back so I could leave, but he conveniently never brought them back or reappeared. I felt trapped because there was no honesty in the process. I felt forced to take the new car and didn't fully understand that I should have left if there. I learned this after I left the property with the new vehicle. The management and finance people knew the law and were NOT FORTHRIGHT in their dealings. After leaving the dealership, I researched the law and called other dealerships about this situation. I got the correct answer; I had been had. Unfortunately, I should have reviewed sites such as Better Business Bureau, Dealerrater.com, and yelp where I would have found information about how dishonest this dealership truly is. I am transparent with my mistakes, and I believe it is necessary to shed light on the predatory practices of this car dealership. I want EVERYONE to know -- beware, they care only about their bottom line and don't care who they step on to get there. Management wants to make their monthly numbers, no matter what! Stay away.
