DONT GO THERE AutoNation Chevrolet Superstition Springs terrible experience very disappointed I worked with Pete Johnson all week through phone or text in purchasing a Used Dodge Ram and all is very positive until you actually arrive at the dealership. He lead us to believe that our trades would be close to KBB one KKB for $3K wanted to give us $750 the other one KKB for $13K wanted to give us $10K. Both of our vehicles are in very good condition. This whole thing was a joke. Plus I was told all vehicles would be pulled to the front so would have to walk the lot total lies instead we are out in the pouring rain getting soaked. Sorry this was a waste of our precious time. Experience was very misleading, total lies and I will spread the word to anyone looking for a vehicle avoid this dealership. Part of his excuse was we were early by 15 minutes and we were there for over an hour after our initial appointment with him so didn’t matter how early or late we were.

Beware of the deal that is too good to be true as they get you in, GET YOU TO fall in love with the vehicle and waste your time. At the end of 2 hours the deal is not what it seems to be. All of a sudden it became a salesman error and the Mgr. says, error made!! it will cost you $15,000 more all while the salesman plays dumb. Walk out and buyer beware of the cars sales business as it's all a scam, bait and switch BS at this dealership.

Service manager agreed to honor a 25% off letter that I had misplaced.
Had been a couple of weeks earlier for an oil change and est. on rear brakes.
Called service and when the mgr. agreed to honor 25% off a brake job, I agreed to bring the car in. When I got the bill all they deducted was $150. not 25%. Said they never allow more than $150. off labor and parts. He refused to honor his agreement.
I will not use this dealer again for anything
