I have a 2017 Ford Edge I purchased out of state to use at my home in AZ. Fortunately Peoria Ford is close to my home. Service there has been nothing short of excellent. Started with a bad windshield & installation by the selling dealer (leading to a lot of wind noise on the trip west) that Peoria correctly diagnosed and fixed by installing a new windshield. Car is very quiet at high speeds now. Adam Croner in service is excellent to work with - gets repairs done quickly and correctly and takes time to explain what needs to be done or what has been done. Overall, a very pleasant service experience with Peoria Ford.

We bought our Escape from this dealer. I have taken it in for warranty service twice. The first time they had it for 2 weeks. This time they have had my car for a week with nothing started. They also have had the part for over a month. I am so dissatisfied with their service department. I have never encountered a more incompetent department in all the years I have taken cars in for service. There is no way I will return for any type of service after this.

Worse Service Department Ever! Brought my 2014 Lincoln Mks in for regular routine maintenance and regular oil change, and after visit was told all is well, after a couple day's gone bye noticed temperature light came on and after bringing it in to a well known valley wide reputable Dealership and qualified technician for a second look and discovered a small leak the size of a pin hole down by the water pump located inside the motor which requires 12 -15 hrs in labor . Also noticed the old oil filter on the car was not replace which led to checking the oil and wouldn't you know it the oil was very dirty and black never changed. Things over looked and not brought to the customer attention are very costly being charged $61 for an oil change which was never done ended up being a $2300 water pump repair quote failure to communicate! Thumbs up Surprise Ford way to go! Beware!
