Taking my Honda Civic to this Dealership has always been a pleasure! I used them 3 years ago before moving to Chicago and then returned this week for a 45K maintenance. Charles kept me posted throughout the day of progress, always checking in with me before moving forward and pricing was up front. The "white glove" treatment of picking up a SPOTLESS and shiny vehicle that was in the shade at the end of a long work day, was just wonderful. I'll be due for an oil change in about a month--I will definitely return here to see my friend Charles. I'm looking forward to another 150K out of this vehicle, thank you HONDA!

I recently purchased two new Michelin tires for my Honda Odyssey. Well, the service goofed up and sent me home with two different tires which I didn't noticed till I got home. So away I go again to the dealership and got the identical tires. Well I went home and noticed that there was a cap for the new tires missing. By this time I was kind of annoyed that a small little thing like that was forgotten to be installed. Phoned the service manager and Chris was very apologetic and Tom Durante the service director came on the phone and again was very apologetic and straight forward saying they'd goofed up and how could he make this up to me to make my service experience a positive one. So I met Tom this morning and was very impressed with his sincerity and again with his apologies saying that this one got away from them. They can't be right a hundred percent of the time but they will strive for the total satisfaction of every customer who visits their service department. I was totally won over because of Tom being totally honest with me. So all I can say over this, that it was solved and I'm walking away from the dealership with a satisfied feeling. I will consider using their service again next time, but will check and recheck before driving away so these mistakes won't reoccur. Again thanks Tom for making it right! I will be looking forward to next time.

Erick was very helpful. Right as I walked through the door, he was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I told him I was interested in purchasing a Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla, or a Nissan Altima. He allowed me to test drive both the Honda Civic and the Corolla. Once I decided I was interested in purchasing a Honda Civic, he wasn't pushy at all on me purchasing the car today. I felt comfortable telling him I wanted to find a better interest rate for a car loan. We exchanged numbers and he checked in on me throughout the week on any updates for whether or not I was able to find a better interest rate. Once I found a different financer, he stayed late after work twice so that I could come back to the dealership and finalize any paperwork. He made himself available to ask questions via text and call and was very helpful in narrowing down what kind of car I wanted. My husband had a appointment with Rodney Gilbert for a vehicle that was sold two days prior before his appointment that just showed us how important we are as customers to not even verify if the vehicle is still there .. I gave it two stars because other management were doing their best trying to help us, but there was not a vehicle on the lot that we were interested in but, the one that we seen online that supposedly he was going to show us we drove an hour away with our two babies thinking that we were going to look and purchase this vehicle And with that didn’t even get an apology from him but from other employees thank you Rodney will never shop at Tempe Honda ever again!!!! No integrity !
