I walked the entire site and even talked about cd players, (oh my) with a young man in parts on 4-12. at Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. He, Sam, and the courteous young lady who greeted me and took my Renegade exhibited the PREMIER customer service culture that I've seen anywhere outside Carmel, CA in 1987. I should have read the reviews. This service department is worse than a joke. Totally rude and absolutely do not care about your time. Made an appointment with "Kyle" for a simple oil change for 1pm. Well, Kyle is no where to be found so spoke with "John Otara". He asked if I was dropping it off. I said no, that is why I made an appointment. He said it would take several hours (just to change oil). I asked where was the fast lane they advertised. He laughed. I asked why I made an appointment for. Answer was "you only made an appointment to speak to a service advisor." That's incredible on it's own, but then I asked where was the guy I made the appointment with and got a stupid blank look back. I again asked for the fast lane they advertised, and got a scough and then a laugh. As I'm leaving, another so called service advisor came out and the two started laughing at me that I expected that my appointment would be an actual appointment. How ridiculous!
