BEWARE OF INTERNET PRICING. Felt like bait and switch. Received a detailed offer of price wanted to pay. When went to pay they told me price was only valid if financing through Acura. They wouldn't allow me to purchase using my credit union financing. They even said couldn't purchase at that price paying with cash. The interest rate they offered was 2% higher that my Approved loan with credit union. They told me to finance with Acura then refinance a few months later. I drove 2 hours from Tucson to purchase the car. The price quote never disclosed anywhere was only if financed with Acura. Was my credit union that referred the car buying service for members to get best pricing through True Car. Was told price would be $3,000 higher if didn't finance through Acura.

Bought a 2017 Toyota Highlander in July 2020, remote key has been acting up so we brought the car to them to be checked. We were referred to Toyota Dealearship instead since they dont do Toyota
and they dont have the parts to fix it. So, Toyota said that we were given the wrong remote key and is not totally compatible with the Highlander thats why its acting up. So we called Acura NS about the recommendation but we were advised that we have to pay for it and will just reimburse the amount. Well its worth more than $300 and considering how difficult its been for us to get a hold of them on a timely manner(its been several weeks already if not months since this issue started) plus we were honest with them that the $300 is not within our budget right now. We've done calls after calls, left several messages but to no avail. We will get a call back a week later still without resolution. We have been speaking with a certain Ian and Neil from Parts but to no avail.
Once they sold the car, obviously they dont care anymore. So save yourself from frustrations and stress. Find other dealerships.
