I was referred by John Stanley at Riverview Toyota, whom we have purchased two cars from and have known for close to 20 years.
I arranged the deal in advance of arrival with John Depeola after speaking to him several times over the phone to find the exact Canyon I wanted. Boy did he deliver!
After completing the finance application on their website, Pat in Finance worked with several lenders to find that best rate and terms. My particular CANYON did not come with 0% GMAC financing.
I arrived and met with Jessie Carter who was very warm and welcoming. This is opposite of what you expect from a car dealership. There was a general concern for the customer, putting my needs over theirs.
Jessie handed my off to Steven who presented my Canyon and showed me where everything was located, pre-set up the on star account and sat with me while we called to ensure everything was handled properly.
These guys are pros, but more importantly, are concerned with providing the best product and ensuringing complete satisfaction. Not only would I buy from there again, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone
Do yourself a favor, go there first and save yourself getting worked over and wasting hours of time.

I picked up a nail and it was on the outside of the tire and could not be fixed so I had to purchase a new tire. The employees in the Service Dept. were very professional, helpful and attended to my needs very well. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you.

We called to see if a particular ESV was available with the intent to drive out there to see it. We live 4 hours away. Because I used my cell phone, they started text bombing me about the vehicle. I finally explain we were not purchasing at this time. I then start receiving calls from the sales manager Jeff. It was New Years morning and we were on vacation and got in at 4:00 in the morning from our daughters party. This ignoramus, Clint, who claimed he was the sales manager chose to call me New Years morning to wake me up and ask me why I did not buy the car from them. These guys have some gull. We did decide to buy a $105,000 vehicle from Coulter Cadillac who were phenomenal to work with. We but they had to trade with a dealer in Nevada because Arrowhead refused to trade what we wanted, for any price. Had they agreed, we would have purchased our next car from Arrowhead out of respect. What we learned from a number of dealers we happen to know in the state is that Arrowhead is very disliked in the industry and they do not play well with others. They not only demonstrated this, they went over board to stalk us and harass us with text messages and calls. They got my name from my cell, then looked my company up to see I was a CEO, and started calling my office. This was an act of desperation. They could have just treated everyone better and earned our business. My opinion, the dealership is pathetic.
