After working with the service manager Robert I must say they take good care of their clients. There were some hiccups with the Jaguar warranty, but Robert did a good job of explaining everything and trying to offer solutions. Overall I would recommend this service department.

Very poor customer service. Went to look at test driving a red F-Type. A girl in a coral shirt and a boy came out to greet us at the car. Didn’t introduce themselves. Told her we were wanting a coupe but were still wanting to test drive this one. They just awkwardly stood there until I asked them if we could test drive and she said “ Well unfortunately we don’t have the car you’re looking for.” Completely awe struck. Then proceeded to say “Well if you need anything else let us know.” And just walked away. I would definitely stick with Jaguar of North Scottsdale or in Chandler. Even if we didn’t purchase a vehicle there, we would still be taking our car in for service at this location because it’s the closest to us. Now we’re even considering not taking our car in for service here. We’re cash buyers and they unfortunately lost our business.
