We had the pleasure of working with Gene during our last experience when purchasing through Lexus of Chandler. Gene was professional, prompt and extremely respectful. Most of the initial part of the sale was completed by phone but when it was time to come in, not only did we come in, Gene came in on his day off! This type of dedication isn't seen too often anymore.
We bought used and there were a few finishing touches that need to be completed prior to us getting the keys. Instead of us driving all the back to Chandler to pick up our vehicle, Gene ensured the repairs were made and personality drove the vehicle to our residence, thank you!
They wife dreads going car shopping but at the end of this experience she commented, this was the best and easiest car shopping experience ever! Everything about the experience was perfect and we highly recommend Lexus of Chandler and especially Gene for all your car shopping needs.

Went into Bell Lexus this morning and was dismayed when I saw that absolutely nobody inside was wearing a mask; we are in a covid-19 pandemic and there is a State mandate for businesses to comply wearing masks and they are in violation of this mandate. After asking them to put on a mask more than 3 times before dealing with me, their manager put on some silly plastic half shield and called it a mask - believe me, it would not stop a virus that is spread through aerosol transmission! The employees at this dealership need to be educated and then supported to do the right thing and mask up to protect themselves and their customers. I walked out and will NEVER do business with Bell Lexus again.

Went here about 3 days ago to check out a vehicle. I did not like the one I originally went to look at and the initial experience was great. Our sales guy was super nice and no pressure at all. He sat down and went through everything on his lot that was within my price range I wanted. That lead to 3 cars I wanted to look at. We glanced at the first one, which was nice, then proceeded to look for another one that was no where to be found, finally we get to the 3rd one. I loved it and wanted to test drive it. So off we went! Had a great test drive and wanted to work out a deal on the vehicle. We proceeded to go inside and start the paperwork! My credit isn't perfect, but definitely well beyond what a dealership would want for purchasing a car. Matter of fact I was already pre approved with Capital One for $55,000 (which I told them)!!!! So when the application is being filled out I proceeded to let the salesman know that I am currently working on some credit repair so I can purchase a house here in the next year and half or so and to only run my credit once and get an idea of what we can do with financing you offer. He said ok not a problem, we'll they ran it 4 times and even came out with the interest rate and monthly payment for the vehicle I was going to buy. So about an hour after that, me just sitting there alone bored out of my mind, the sales rep comes over and says sorry banks are closed now so we can not finish the deal tonight, but we will get it wrapped up first thing in the morning for you. Reluctantly I left. The next morning I reached out to see how the deal was coming together and make sure everything was good so I could pick up the vehicle after work and sign the docs etc. We'll, 3 hours after, a call with a voice-mail, email, and text message, I finally get a return call! Just to be told that the vehicle was sold that morning to someone online in another state!!!! 3 days later the car is still on their website as in stock and available to purchase. Also, that day I called and left a voice mail for the General Manager to contact me about my concerns and my credit being ran so many times. Still to this day have not heard back. I've tried reaching out about 5 times since this has happened an no response back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
