Angela Pecze helped my daughter purchase her first car. Angela was amazing. We were needing a specific payment and a specific amount on a trade in that was not owned by my daughter. The original payment terms came back and were not at all what we needed. Angie went on our behalf and was able to get us a higher amount for the trade and couple thousand less on the sale price. She did all of this within minutes. Not hours, we didn't have to go back and forth and have multiple sales and finance people pressuring us. I came to the dealership a couple days prior to look at the vehicles available and get the trade in evaluated. My daughter and I spoke with her and agreed to get together in a couple days when my daughter would be in town. Unfortunately the vehicles that my daughter was most interested in were sold within those two days but Angie had two others she believed would work for my daughter. Angie didn't pressure us at all. She was knowledgeable and helpful in a genuine way. We felt as though she genuinely cared about us and acted more as a friend then a salesperson. Would recommend Angie at Bell Road Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

BUT for all the hype Right gives on it's webpage, and at the dealership for being Covid19 safe (following CDC guidelines, etc), few masks worn by service or sales staff, including management.
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Bought a $10K used vehicle. SURPRISE!... - rick
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Bought a $10K used vehicle. SURPRISE! $6K of repairs needed...or so we thought. Once we notified the dealer of the issues they told us that we didn't have a warranty and car was sold "AS IS"....luckily we had the 90 day warranty document that they somehow didn't have. $4k covered under warranty and $2K we paid. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time under the warranty period to fully vet some oil related issues, and have now learned that the engine needs a rebuild for $5K to $6K or new engine at $10K to $12K. They are not willing to just take the car back or extend the warranty. They are willing to take the car back on a trade-in subject to its "current condition"...i.e. bad engine. So....they sell a bad car at a no dicker sticker market price, then their best offer is to use the car as a trade-in (value adjusted for engine issues) on another car. Why would I trust the next sale from them or give them more money? They suggested that we should have bought the extended warranty but we all know that these are mostly commission and payouts are difficult to get. Besides they highlighted their "50 point check"....which apparently did not catch all the oil leaks or any of the other repair issues. Still in the process of trying to find someone that can rebuild this engine cost effectively. So....a $10K car will end up with between $11k and $17k of additional repairs. Don't expect them to care about the concept of customer service and repeat buyer value. I would avoid this dealership!
