It was later in the afternoon. Was buying new car and had a trade in. salesman very friendly. Got us great deal that we could work with. We sat in waiting room 45 minutes waiting to be called in to sign papers .then the guy was very friendly and explained everything to us. Then because of new car and all the features, I asked if someone could show us how features worked and he said ok.so he got the guy and at this time it was close or past closing times the guy who came to show us features, asked ME what I wanted to know. How do I know what I need to know about this new car with all the features?? And he didn't seem interested because he seemed eager to leave . I asked him to just show me navigation and he did and asked him the new features and he showed me where the buttons were. So I sensed he was not interested in showing me more and I just said ok and let him go and later had to watch a lot of YouTube videos myself to figure out how my car worked and what buttons did what. So do not go in there when they're close to closing because they want to get out on time and if you go past their closing time then they don't really care to help you and they show it.

Nov 15th 2018, I purchased a 2019 Corolla CASH for my Daughters 16th birthday. During the sale process I asked that a dash mat and the door guards be installed. When I asked for the door guards I specifically ran my hand horizontally across the door showing them what I wanted and the Salesman replied with a " That's included and they will be installed before you leave". There was a car on the lot marked down to $15,995 but it was not really the color I wanted so I asked them to give me the white car with 10 more miles on it for the same price. I was told no that" Toyota specified this VIN number only to be marked down" Eventually I decided to go with the originally marked down car.
The sales process all in all was typical of any car sales experience. The finance guy obviously tried to sell me on all the extra's which I have never purchased.
Fast forward, When I got home I realized they did not in fact install the door guards as requested, I called the Salesman the next day and his explanation of a door guard was different then mine. We worked that out and I was told that he would order the parts on Monday when the parts dept opened and call me to confirm.
November 23rd I had not received any calls from the dealer, salesman, nobody...
November 24th I received a request to review the Dealership from Toyota. Overall I rated the facilities a 7 out of 10, Sales experience I believe was a 5 or 6 as I found all to be average and nothing with the wow factor to deserve a 10.
Nov 26th I received a call from the Sales Manager "Jesse". After I explained to him I was promised a phone call back and the door guards (which they call door molding trim) but have not heard back from anyone he became very belligerent towards me and says " You gave us a review not we can not recover from with Toyota". Excuse me, I gave an honest review and feedback with an average rating. Jesse told me if he knew I was not going to give them all 10's he would " Not have allowed the sale to go through and would rather lose the sale then get a bad review "
After a lengthy conversation with Jesse and him referring to me as a horrible customer and someone who could probably " never be satisfied with anything" I asked to speak to the General Manager", Of course he was not available so I requested a call back. We are now 10 days later and I have not received a call. I have made 3 calls to the dealership to speak with the GM and he has not returned any calls and I still do not have what was promised to me and was in the written contract .
They are more concerned about you giving them a fake review then actually fulfilling their promises and customer retention.
