I am long time Honda customer and always have one of their models. I am currently leasing a Honda Pilot 2020 from Tempe Honda. Tempe Honda service department customer service has deteriorated and become unpleasant in the last 12 months . Not sure there was a change in supervisor structure or ??. I went yesterday Feb 26 between 1:30 and 2PM. I parked my car in the lane and nobody came for help for 15 min. I said no big deal and I walked myself to one of the advisors inside. Advisor told me to go to DAVID W HUDSON who handled my last request. I went to him and told him my car display audio is turning on/off since the system upgrade in 9/2020. He told me to wait as he is busy with something. So I waited patiently and then he told me very rudely that why you have been waiting for that long. After grilling me or few minutes he told me there is a current known recall for this and looked really angry. This was a really unpleasant experience for me. I am going to complaint to Honda corporation and never would to Tempe Honda again.

I had to take my new 2020 Honda CR -V EX -L car with 600 miles in for rattling in the right front. Very, very disconcerting. Was a loose sway bar that just needed a bolt screwed back in. Said they see this a lot. Wish Honda production would address but hope everything goes well from here. My service adviser Jesse Monsisvais got right on it and I was in and out in an hour. I plan to use Jesse as my service guy going forward. I appreciate him telling me everything else looks good. So looking forward to this being a one time issue and I will many years of reliability ahead of me.

Horrible experience. Explained what I wanted and did not get it. Told them I wasn't happy with what I got within 12 hours and was told sorry nothing we can do. Financing experience was even worse. Still dealing with getting the loan because was told misinformation about unlocking my credit and spoke with 3 different people to try to get the extended warranty removed. Wont ever go back
