I was not looking forward to buying a new vehicle,... - TEFRIED
I was not looking forward to buying a new vehicle, because of my previous experience with other dealerships and salesmen. I contacted Jesus told him I was interested in the Sorento and wanted to test drive one with a Turbo and one without. He had the keys of two Sorento's waiting for us when we arrived. We took a nice test drive in the Sorento with the Turbo first. The acceleration was good. Then we took out the Turbo and the acceleration was great. So we bought the Sorento with the Turbo. Jesus went into great detail of the many options of each Sorento we drove. We traded in our 2006 Honda Ridgeline and gave us an offer on our Ridgeline that exceeded my expectations. During the paperwork he made us aware of different discounts we could take advantage of. We decided to change how we were going to pay for the car and we got an additional $500 discount. He again ran thru some things before we left and took our picture with our new car. I forgot to bring a few things for our old car. He volunteered to come by my home the next day and pick them up and help us get our phones programed into the car. We have never met a car salesman like Jesus. He was very knowledgeable of his product . Extremely professional during the hole process with a wonderful personality and very friendly. If you are looking for a new KIA or used car I highly recommend you contact Jesus. You will not be disappointed. I know if I need to replace my Honda Accord. Jesus will be my salesman.

I wanted a convertible for my wife’s birthday (and anniversary same week). Fortunately the first person I encountered was Robert Cabral (“New and Used Sales Consultant-I kept his card). We hit it off and he was meticulous in scoping out what I had in mind: the prefect pre-owned Mercedes was on the lot. Robert insisted we sit in the auto together and go thru all the controls (I am a lazy manual reader); I am glad he did. I have a priceless video my wife driving the car off the dealership and laughing as she blew by me. The service in general at Mercedes Benz of Tucson is exemplary. They even found a big red bow to put on the vehicle when my wife came to pick it up

I came with low expectations, but left with great expectations. Victor Cortez made me feel very comfortable and did not feel pressured. I was not looking to buy that day, but I ran into a great salesman and thought hey why not. I got a great deal!!! Go see Victor at Catus Auto!! He's kinda cute too! 😜
We traded in our 2009 Lexus RX350. A fabulous car but 12... - gdlee-1
We traded in our 2009 Lexus RX350. A fabulous car but 12 years old. They bought it for what KBB said a dealership would pay as a trade.
They had a 2018 Lexus RX350 with 8830 miles. It was a light color and had light-colored leather seats. Our only 2 requirements. It was expensive.
Myron said take it for a 30-minute test drive. We both drove it but did not think to try to park in a regular parking lot. Big mistake!
We agreed to buy it as they have a 7-day buyback policy if you really dislike the car. We are in our 70's and 80's. This new car has over the top bells and whistles.
Each of us separately spent about 1 hour in parking lots trying to get it centered between the 2 white lines. We could not do it without pulling in and out 3 or 4 times. The problem is there is no visible hood to key off of as a frame of reference as to where the car is in relationship to the striped stall. The hood begins and ends at the end of the dashboard. After the dashboard all you see is asphalt. Very aerodynamic but stupid.
Next the electronic wizardry is "over the top". I spent 2 hours over 3 days reading the instruction manual from page 283 to 320 relating to the whole media system and the radio. After not being able to tune in more than 1 AM and 1 FM channel I gave up. It has no buttons or the like. To sync your cell phone needs a college degree in electrical engineering.
While driving, it beeps, whistles, and flashes at you constantly. You are a nervous wreck when you get home. We both kept thinking we will figure it all out and grow to love the car. After 7 days each of us was exhausted and both hatted to think I have to drive it to get to an appointment or whatever. We missed the 7-day return policy and took it back to CarMax on day 12. We assumed we would lose a couple of thousand dollars.
We meet with Myron and he said have a seat while he left to get one of the managers.
Three or four minutes later Myron walked up with a big guy who said he is a manager and he has decided to give us a 100% dollar refund. We did put about 100 miles on it.
What a pleasant shock. What a fabulous PR decision.
Please take this dealership seriously for your next purchase.
Harold is the man! - John
Recently went to Royal to find a used car after an accident left my car totaled. Harold greeted my wife and I with a great personality that made us feel right at home. He kept up a great conversation that even though was working a sale, felt natural. I would recommend going to see Harold over there if you are ever in need of a car.

I cannot recommend Canyon Auto enough.
I had been looking for the very cute Fiat 500, 1957 edition, for quite some time and had lost hope of finding it until about a month ago, when cars.com alerted me that Canyon Auto had this model.
Let me begin by saying that if there is an award for best auto sales rep of the year, it should definitely go to Mr. Steve Griffiths.
Mr. Steve is honest, straight-forward, dedicated, and available. From being available to speak with my husband and I, to mailing important documents overnight, to knowledgeably speaking about the features and mechanic characteristics of the car, Mr. Steve made the experience of buying a car from Canyon Auto, in Arizona, and bringing it to Colorado, where I am located, an incredibly smooth one. Canyon Auto not only made this process incredibly efficient, but they also made the experience of purchasing a vehicle very enjoyable (I have experienced some strong predatory behavior in other dealerships when looking for vehicles in the past and Canyon had no ounce of this).
If you are looking for a vehicle, Canyon is undoubtedly where you need to go!

I recently bought a 2011 Chrysler 300 from Tucson used auto sales I was given a five hundred mile 7 day warranty all the while they had promised me everything was fixed on the vehicle when I first left the lot with the car the radio wouldn't work the left stabilizer bar in the front end had to be repaired they had dislodged a computer module under the dash which fell into the brake pedal every time the brake pedal is depressed and became lodged farther and farther down until the brakes seized up they had input the wrong spark plugs in the vehicle 5 days after I had the vehicle the motor needed to be rebuilt because a lifter was bad with a bent pushrod and scarred cam the repairman showed me I called them in regards to fixing the vehicle and handling the situation and their immediate response was take me to court sue me this company is very unprofessional they don't care about their customers once they get the sale completed I would not allow my worst enemy to go to Tucson used auto sales to buy anything not even a collar for a dog save your money if you're looking for a vehicle and go someplace else I strongly urge you do not go there
Hassle free car buying service - Mark iv
I purchased a second new car from Allstate in the past three years. The friendly staff approach in finding the car you are looking for is hassle free and courteous. Not the typical Dealer approach of this is our inventory and that is your choice. They were able to be competitive, if not beat a dealers offer hands down on the same model. They kept me informed through the car buying process and had several choices that met my desires in color combinations and options that I was looking for.
Degrating, unprofessional! - Kimber123
I visited AP's auto to look at a 2012 Nissan Altima that I saw online. I really liked the car unfortunately I needed to come back with my husband the next day. I pre-filled out a paper application pending submittal of it until my husband returned to see the car and sign the application for approval of running our credit. We returned to look at the car the next day and was approached by the same car sales man. My husband had pointed out another car I might like, and ask me if I wanted to test drive and I said yes. He proceeded to ask the car salesman if we could test drive this car and he told us no there was no point because we wouldn't qualify for that car. My husband and I immediately felt affended and shocked. How did he know what we could qualify for??? So we ask, he proceeded to tell us that he ran our credit and we needed to put a large down payment down and that we had to find a car under 10,000. He treated us horrible like we weren't worth his time. My husband looked at me and said let's go look at the dealership down the road Quebedeaux. So we did ended up finding a 2014 Nissan Altima beautiful car, our car sales man Scott went to work for us to get us approved with a low down payment. And he did it! He was amazing and really went to work for us. The funny thing is we ended up buying a 16,000 dollar car with no issues. So in all reality AP's Auto screwed themselves out of a sale. Very poor service, to much competion out there to be treated with such disrespect.
Deceptive dealer. Plays the "oh, he's stepped out of... - yzman5172
Deceptive dealer. Plays the "oh, he's stepped out of the office I'll transfer you to his voice mail" trick over and over.
They do not return phone calls.
They sell "phony" service contracts from a firm in TEXAS, named Warrantech. Check THEM out if you want to see a lot of negative reviews and complaints.
They refuse to remedy a safety problem that wasn't apparent until cold weather. (they sold the car in June full well knowing that the heater and defroster would not be checked out when it is 107 degrees outside). "It's been over six months, sir, so we're not going to fix THAT!
They and their service company, Transmissions Unlimited, play a "hot potato" game with customers, each saying that it the other entity's problem.
Transmissions Unlimited says "We are not part of Aufmuth" but every auto that needs service from Aufmuth is sent to Transmissions Unlimited.
Both Aufmuth and Transmissions Unlimited claim that they don't know what is covered by the after market service contract from Warrantech, the very same contract that the salesman push and push and push. There are only three levels of coverage and both Mike Aufmuth and Darryl from Transmissions Unlimited claim they have to call the service contract company to find out what is covered. So for years they have been pushing and profiting from the sale of this contract, but neither of them claim to know what is on the three levels of coverage! That's some sharp business people there!
Darryl at Transmissions Unlimited Can't fix one thing without breaking another. When the vehicle was purchased I discovered in two days that it needed a fuel pump. Aufmuth would only replace it if I gave up two other concessions they had made when the vehicle was purchased, namely new tires and collision damage to a quarter panel. IN the process of changing the fuel pump, Transmissions Unlimited fried the electric mirror system somehow. Their take on the matter-"It's just a coincidence" and I probably didn't realize it was broken!!! REALLY??? Yesterday, with a leak in the windshield defrost system only and at Transmissions Unlimited for troubleshooting , the vehicle "waiting on word from Aufmuth about coverage" Darryl said he never touched anything and won't until word is given from Aufmuth. When I went to pick up the vehicle after it sat all day at Transmissions Unlimited waiting a word from the dealer, Aufmuth, the system was now spewing radiator steam in to the cab when neither the heater nor the defroster was running. Darryl had told me he didn't touch a thing, but the shop worker who drove my vehicle out front to give to me said, "oh yeah, Darryl was taking things apart and removed the glove box and "checked out" the heater core. So whereas before I had no problem until the defroster was operated, now there is constant radiator steam in the cab whether the heater and defroster is operating OR NOT!!! So Darryl has broken more than he has repaired, and he lies about it or says it is a coincidence.

They guy was friendly. But that's where the good stuff ends. I called on a car to check options (stick vs. auto). The car was at another store and he really insisted he bring it to this store for my viewing. When I showed up, the ding-dong had it up on the rotating display so I couldn't really see it or drive it (duh!!). After I got someone to stop the machine so I could take a closer look, I saw it had been beat pretty good and it was a stick, not auto, as I had been told. They other guy that helped me was friendly too.
