Bait and switch tactics, this dealership advertised a price they did not honor. Needless to say Scott Robinson Automotive Dodge is dishonest and a dealership to steer clear of. They earned and deserve the D- the BBB gave them. In closing the customer service I received was very poor.

Can't really say much positive about this dealership.... - Cntrygynsd
Can't really say much positive about this dealership. Things started off well enough, a very enthusiastic salesman named Atiq responded to my inquiry about one of their Dodge Challengers. We had a couple email and text message exchanges and then sales manager Robert "Tool" Visser jumped in under Atiq's email address without introducing himself, which was awkward.
From there we had some awkward starts and stops but I thought we were making some progress. We ran my credit, exchanged pictures and determined trade in on my current vehicle since I live a couple hours away. As often happens with car purchases it was determined they couldn't meet my ideal deal but said they might be able to assist me if I'm willing to adjust my budget and/or loan terms. I responded that it was possible and asked them to propose what they could do.
This is when Robert the Tool Visser disappeared and I only had one more follow-up from Atiq who assured me he'd follow-up with Robert. I've followed up with both and never heard back from them again. Not sure what happened but it's clear this dealership is not that concerned with customer service or selling cars.
My suggestion is unless you are paying cash and don't want to negotiate you may want to go somewhere else. This dealership is not looking to earn your business.

RHETT BUTLER IS THE WORST - HIRD
First let me say I never leave bad reviews. This is incredible rare for me however based on the customer services I received today I felt it was necessary. Hopefully someone higher up reads this. I called the dealership and asked to speak to a manager and was put on the phone with a gentleman named Rhett Butler.... I told him I was interested in coming in to buy a four door Wrangler and do what is known in the industry as a "Lay Down" deal. Meaning minimal negotiating back and forth to keep it clean and simple to save all parties time. The managers tone was grumpy, condescending and aggressive the second he answered the phone... He told me he would need a VIN number of the car I wanted. When I told him I was not sure which one I wanted asked if I could see options he didn't seem interesting in having further dialogue. When I then asked if perhaps it would be better if I spoke to someone else, he said don't bother, I won't sell you a car a hung up the phone up... Funny considering I was ready to pay list price if I was shown options. Incredibly negative individual and a poor reflection of Jeep. Perhaps Rhett was having a bad day however as someone who does sales too, I was shocked by his behavior.... The last thing you want as a dealership is to loose sales based upon employee behavior.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
They do yo-yo financing, which is illegal, and they successfully did it to me. I had no knowledge of this scam prior to going in to buy a new car. This finance woman is full of sh--. I have all the proof, I have copies of my original contract and the new, higher priced contract she essentially forced me to sign with threats of liens if I refused to sign. Also said I couldn't return the car after only two days because I drove it off the lot already. All of them are full of it. Do not go here!! I wish I would have sued them.

Awful misrepresentation. Completely untrained stuff and irresponsible management. Called beforehand to return leased vehicle. Was told by a representative that I don't need an appointment, welcome to come in today and can do it on that dealership even if didn't lease from them. Came in to find out that there is a specific person that handles lease-end returns, he is not in, I need an appointment and have to lease from them to terminate the lease there. When I asked to talk to that person that misguided me so badly I was told that there she is in another building, and then that there is no such person employed. They didn't want to take any responsibility for their stuff or even apologize for misinforming. Simply said, that they have new operators, like that should explain the situation and satisfy my frustration. It is very possible that their sales department is great and wonderful, but with this level of service I would not make a purchase with them. Most likely they wont take care of your problems in the future, should you encounter one.

I got totally scamed ,discussed finance for 60 months, then I went for a lesser value car they included a service contract and other crap that has no value to me for the same monthly,It was not until I got home and read thru it they had switched it to 84 months,There is a culture of greed and deception in that dealer ship If any one reading this ever has any business there remember just walk out if it feels like you are getting ripped because you probably are
The Worst (it’s Nissani Bros. now) - sboileau1
Still furious. Yesterday I went to buy a new "used" leftover 2017 Camaro 2LT Convertible (119 mi). Negotiated, got the price to where I wanted, signed all of the paperwork. Owned it. Done and done. Salesman was honestly wonderful to work with. Literally waiting outside to drive home in it.
When they went to pull it in to wash it, it wouldn't start. Somehow, the lot attendant, in his attempt to jump the car, fried it... or else it was a dangerous manufacturer defect. Either way... Entire cabin filled up with electrical insulation smoke, absolutely reeked, the terminal and the battery cooked, maybe the cables too. Just a mess. Scorched the electrical system.
While they had FIVE identical cars (identical Monroney sticker price), all used because the dealership purchased them from the manufacturer a few months ago, the manager refused to sell me one of the other ones at the same price (swap it out evenly), because they were arbitrarily priced differently on different websites ($23,995, $25,998, $26,998) so he couldn't "afford" to give me the same deal on one of those. I just wanted them to reprint the paperwork with the VIN of one of the literally identical cars and send me home happy in one on Christmas Eve. He wanted $2000 more for me to drive home an identical car to the one I literally bought from them, in good faith, an hour earlier.
Voided the deal, went home in an Uber, empty handed, after wasting SIX HOURS at the dealership on Christmas Eve, angrier than I've probably been in ten years.
Ho, ho, ho. About to file a formal grievance with corporate, with the owner, and with the better business bureau, for the first time in my life. They absolutely had an easy way to do right by me, and they absolutely avoided any responsibility to save a few bucks. That's apparently their ethical code.
