Beyond Expsctations - BHill Man
Harold Johnson was the awesome salesman to make this purchase happen. Went ONLY to price out a jeep and walked out with my first one. The entire Sierra Team was awesome and such a pleasure of an experience.

Great dealership - DJBlancett
Jim Brooks did a great job of locating the truck I needed, then when out to the other dealership to retrieve it. Great dedication. He took the time to hammer out all the frog-hair details, making the whole process a smooth transition into a new truck. Now if I can just figure out how I’m gonna pay for it...just kidding! Jim kept all the other players on the same page during the process. I think I might have been torpedoed without his oversight. Thanks again Jim Brooks and Glendora Dodge Chrysler Jeep.
Typical Sleazy Dealership tactics - cricutchick
We wanted to purchase a used car for our son. We went through our credit union recommended site and saw the car he wanted and a good price, but when we got there they upped it by over 1K for things that were not listed on the website and wouldn't remove them or discount them off the car. So it was take the car my son fell in love & pay for crap we didn't want or disappoint our son and keep looking. If it was for me I would have walked away. but it wasn't. Then we got the car with a quarter of tank after being told it would be filled up. We we called to check if the sent the paperwork to my finance like the said they would, I asked about the gas and told that their policy for used cars only get $35.00, not a full tank.. But I spoke to another person later, they said they don't have a policy with putting gas in a used cars. if that wasn't bad enough, it took all next day for them to send over the contract/PO to my credit union. They didn't receive it until the end of business, too late for them to work on my loan. I very disappointed with this dealer and will not be returning to them with any future business. BTW no manual for the car just recommended us to go online,"you tube it," only gave us one key and told us to go to a Ford Dealer to get another,
Awesome service - Tatted
My service was awesome! The second I arrived David made sure I understood what my car needed and how long I would wait if I decided to. He made the process less stressful
Worst service - Julian
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership for service. I took my Jeep in for a warranty oil change and tire rotation. It was 12:30pm, I was told that it would be 2-3hrs max. I said it was ok and I would wait. He didn't offer a loaner car or shuttle service. After 2 hours I decided to take a walk with my special needs son that was getting restless. We were gone for about an hour. I later called for a shuttle to get picked up. When I arrived I asked if my Jeep was ready, Eduardo was like I just called you about 15mins ago, I said no you didn't. There's no message or a missed call, then he said oh I got busy! So what is it you called me or not, he was saying that was a leak in the coolant system and needed my ok to replace it and I said well if it's under warranty go ahead, so if I wouldn't have came to the front desk & asked for the status, you wouldn't have said anything and I would be waiting in the waiting room still. He assured me it would be fast. But lied to my face. After another 1.5 hr I said this was enough. I asked for the service manager. Instead of apologizing or getting on the phone to check on the eta, he just ignored me and disregarded me, sent me to the manager. Where he was given a chance to explain and he did not make any effort or wasn't even sympathetic that I've waiting for 5 hours. He has no customer service skills what so ever. I must've been the calmest client there, since I work in customer service, I know how to fix things but Eduardo really needs to be Educated, taught, he needs to learn how to treat his customers with respect & dignity. he's not a service advisor in my opinion . Even though the service manager offered a free detail I declined, I would never step on that lot again, never again. So AVOID this place, at all cost. Unless you want to an express oil change that will take 5 hours.
scam!!!!!!! - dscdsc
I have a problem with my new car. I take it to my dealership for 3 times and i wait for 1 month, they still did't do the work and even lie to me.
the problem happened to my new fiat spider 124 break, and i gived it to my dealership (Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep), they kept my car for a week and didn't fix it. when i have the car, the problem come back again, so i have to take it back. However, they take the car for more than a week and retured the car to me with out even fix it. they said that they gonna ask the fiat company. and i take my car back, still not fixed, i wait for another 1.5 weeks and keeping asking them, they always lie to me that the parts gonna be ready tomorrow. finally,i contect fiat company and i sent my car to Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep. i wait for another two weeks and they still not even start on my car. Also, they said it was a small factory problem which just need to change the break pad , but they turns out to change at least 12 part(whole breaking system and part of suspension system.) they keeping lie to me that the work is gonna be done the next day or week. but the truth is they not even start.
Because of their inefficience and dishonesty. i no more turst their work.
I really don't know what to do right now, the only thing i can say is DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!
Fairly decent and good prices - Durangogirl
Our sales rep Garret was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in and was not pushy at all. The new car detail job was subpar, had smudges in the interior which were pointed out before and still there which we will take care of on our own. For this reason I gave an average for quality of work. Finance dept. a bit pushy, but we knew what we wanted. Overall experience was good. All questions were answered at a later time when we returned for the detail.
Great experience at motor village LA dealer - panda1570
Motor village service department went beyond expectations and did an excellent job for my car. I have an Alfa Romeo Giulia which is a new brand car in US market and I had concerns about the service etc. My car has been serviced there a few times. First time, the electric throttle had a problem and the technician Robert Ibarra found the problem and fixed. Then the brakes didn’t feel as good as before and they did a software upgrade and now the car drives even better. Robert has very good knowledge about the car and did everything professionally. Sujey and Cindy are always helpful and friendly. I live 50 miles away and each time they gave me a courtesy car so I can keep my life as normal by driving my kids to school and soccer field. I had a very good experience at the motor village dealer and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs an auto repair.
Incompetent no customer service skills sale lemons - Guru1234
Do not buy from this dealer and do not go for service...they are a joke..Chris tried but failed miserably and they have no word...
$40,000.00 OVER STICKER RIP OFF BY LOUIE GONZALEZ SLAES MGR. - Demon Shadows
Not a good way to treat repeated customers by trying to rip them off with over sticker on a Dodge Challenger Demon. Spoke with sales manager Louie Gonzalez in hopes to buy a B5 blue Dodge Demon and he's asking $40,000.00 over sticker. Good thing I went to Rydell Dodge for my B5 Blue Demon and work with great people like sales manager: James Booth for a much better deal. Champion Dodge might be a nice place to look at cars, but if your looking for a great deal on cars, treated with better respect, not get rip off in over sticker and talk with wonderful sales manager like James Booth, then you need to buy from Rydell Dodge. Rydell Dodge is where you want to buy from
DO NOT GO TO HOOMAN CHRYSLER - SCAM ARTIST! - Adam Sloop
Worst customer service ever.
I leased a 2004 Jeep Cherokee with these guys. At the time the sales team was great. Very professional and not too pushy.
But once the lease began it's been xxxx dealing with the service dept. Their was a Jeep recalls so I brought the car in on a Wednesday to be picked up the next morning. But I never get a call to pick it up like I was promised. I called Thurs but no call back. I called Friday and again, nothing. I waited to pick it up and left two messages in vain. I called Saturday - and left messages with a few people including the head of service - and NOBODY CALLS BACK! I'm rearranging my day and they could care less.
DO NOT LEASE A JEEP AT HOOMAN. The day you drop it off to get serviced you will realize what a mismanaged, horribly inept place this is.
They do not care about their customers once you sign the lease. If CHRYSLER is reading this, you need to do a customer investigation on this dealership.
Should have done my homework when looking for a car. - deannam1126
I have no idea where to begin. I bought the truck 2 months ago and since then it has been at the dealer twice and now needs to go a 3rd time! They did not tell me about recalls, I had to tell them!!! One recall is know but the mfg has no solution to repair it! If you have a 201 Dodge Ram, there is a recall on the brakes and now one on the tailgate that just opens for no reason, yes, even when you are driving! I asked for the car fax on the car and they said "since you are the original owner, that might be hard". xxx?? I bought it 2 months ago with 15K miles on it - how am I the original owner?? Stupid just stupid people!! Oh - first - when I was buying the car, they do not offer you the online price which was $2000 lower than the sticker price - I had to tell them! Ripoffs!
How can I claim this as a lemon?
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - Anthony12345
I don’t know where to start but this by far has been THE WORST CAR EXPERIENCE I’ve EVER had. I had tried to run a co-signers credit along with mine and they had informed us that the co-signerers credit was “frozen” and they weren’t able to use it in which I had to fully sign for my first car under my name and got a higher interest rate. It was 11pm the credit bureau wasn’t open so we weren’t able to call. First thing the following morning we call to find out the credit wasn’t frozen and when we bring it to the attention of the dealership they inform me it’s to late to add the co-signer and that actually they weren’t able to find the name not that it the account was frozen.
Also the financial manager was very rude making comments like “next time come alone don’t bring so many people” “you kept us here all night” and before we had gotten to a price I was satisfied with he said “really we’ve been here all this time and your not going to sign”. Then after all was said and done I was finally leaving the lot (not fully satisfied since my co-signer would of without a doubt dropped my interest rate) and I get home to realize I have almost an empty tank of gas. I call the following morning to ask if they can fill it up because every car experience I’ve had they always make sure to fill the tank full.
The salesmen responds at first by not wanting to and saying he doesn’t think they do it anymore after a few minutes of arguing he finally gives in to filling the tank and we agree on a date for me to take the car in. (TO TOP IT OFF I GO TO THE DEALERSHIP ON SUCH DATE TO FILL THE TANK AND THEY REFUSE TO FILL IT AND COME BACK SAYING THE SALESMAN IS NO LONGER THERE AND THE MANAGER DENIES EVER AGREEING.....)
Finally I think this whole headache nightmare experience of a buy is finally over, then I find out while I’m on vacation that they deposited my down payment check that was dated for 2 weeks later and they had agreed they wouldn’t cash it before the 2 weeks. So now I’m on vacation out of the country ,my bank account is negative & I’m getting charged international for every second I’m on the phone with them trying to get me money back.
The shady financial manager was “busy” and after several calls I finally got a hold of a sales manager who almost didn’t help and tried to justify the actions of the finacial manager....after a long phone call of arguing I was thankfully able to get my money and overdraft fee back given that I was right and they don’t care about anything but getting their money. When I came in they were all pouring themselves trying to “help” but as soon as you sign they could care less about customer service. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP if your looking for HONEST and RESPECTABLE workers. I will never purchase another vehicle from here again.
THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD they are very shady and will do anything to get your money but do absolutely NOTHING to keep your business. I’m disgusted at how this dealership does business.
Save your self a nightmare and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
