Easily the simplest, most hassle free, most pleasant and... - candice.villarreal
Easily the simplest, most hassle free, most pleasant and beyond fair car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased a lot of cars. I was looking for one very specific 2021 F150 build that nobody seemed to have locally. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't want like many dealers will try to do, Cory Davis got to work and found the only truck within 350 miles that matched exactly what I wanted. He worked a hard negotiation with the other dealer and had it on his lot within 24 hours of my initial phone call. Could I have taken the drive and bought from the other dealer? Sure, but I was determined to buy from Colley because they have a reputation for standing behind their customers and I wanted that small family feel and customer service from my dealer. Not only did he get me the truck I wanted, but he worked out an incredible deal on the price and even did some real math on the towing and payload capacities with another awesome guy named CJ. Many other dealers will sell you anything and they don't actually care what you tow with it. When I tell you I didn't have to haggle even once, it's because my experience and the deal were that good. Believe me when I say I spent weeks doing my research and nobody else was going to be able to touch that deal. He gave me a number, I was shocked with the deal I was presented and quickly said absolutely yes, let's do it! That is a first for me and I am often a pain in the butt when it comes to negotiations. I was offered max value for my trade in as well; I didn't even have to consider selling private party. He also beat every single interest rate I could find by a landslide. It's like I didn't even have to try with any part of this process! Instead of spending hours upon hours at a dealership sending negotiations back and forth, this deal literally only took a quick phone call and I was signing and driving it off the lot the very next day in no time at all. Epic win. When I got there, a wonderful salesman named Ed made sure he walked me through every single bell and whistle on the truck, took me to drive it, and made sure everything was perfect and I felt comfortable with my new vehicle. I was really happy with how well he knew his vehicles. Stellar customer service all around. It is common for shoppers to leave the car lot wondering if they got a good deal after all is said and done. I didn't even have to wonder about that for a second, and I am so grateful for that. The last thing customers need is added stress in a time like this, and it was completely stress free from start to finish. Who ever thought buying a car could actually be fun? Not me, that's for sure. I am glad they proved me wrong. Colley Ford just made me a lifetime customer. A+!

I am a car dealers dream. I love cars and trucks probably... - Strombeck
I am a car dealers dream. I love cars and trucks probably owned some where in the neighborhood of 60 new cars. So needless to say I've dealt with many car dealerships sales people etc. At Ken Grody Ford I had Jeremy France from the start of this process being that I'm 500 Miles away pictures, speaking on the phone and texting was how we worked together. Let me just say I would never buy another Ford from anyone but Jeremy and Ken Grody. Jeremy and the staff were fantastic (Samantha Grody in Finance was amazing as well). During the process Jeremy was working with me even on his days off as was Samantha. I am thinking about opening an office in Newport Beach (not in the car business) So Ken look out I may try and steal him from you. If you looking for a Ford Vehicle do yourself a big favor and ask for Jeremy and Samantha.

**HIGHLY RECOMMENDED**Professionalism, honest, high... - joswartz
Professionalism, honest, high integrity, and customer focused. That is how I would describe Star Ford Lincoln of Glendale. Usually there are some hiccups when you work with businesses online or via text. Not at Star Ford Lincoln.
I was fortunate enough to be connected with an amazing sales coordinator, Caitlynn Zimmer. And wow, I am so happy we did. Explained to her what we were looking for. A great deal on a 2020 Navigator L edition (see pictures). And Caitlynn delivered.
Car was for my brother in-law and we were able to secure the deal prior to coming in. A huge help with the pandemic going on and all the safety precautions that are mandated. When finally at the dealership he also worked with Harry (who was knowledgeable and courteous). The entire car buying process was expedited and you had one very happy customer leave with a new car.
If you are looking for car and want a reliable, beautiful, spacious vehicle with cutting edge technology go get a Lincoln. But make sure you contact and go to Star Ford Lincoln first. Ask for Caitlynn, she will go to bat for you and do everything in her power to make you happy. What a valuable asset to have for any business. Caitlynn completely exceeded all of our expectations and will do the same for you. THANK YOU!!!
I wish Caitlynn, Harry, and the entire team at Star Ford Lincoln only continued success in the years to come.
You just got another loyal customer

My own experience going to Santa Monica Ford it’s a wonderful & ease of buying or leasing. First their sale Rep. in particular always we deal with for years is Bob Kane. You tell what you want and what car you need he take note and bring it to you with no hustle. The place and the rest of the staff: it’s clean and friendly. You will be greeted with a smile and feel very welcome, but they don’t harass you. You are free to roam around and when you ready you are welcome to request for help. If they don’t have the car or truck you wanted they will find it for you. Doing paperwork it’s a breeze. Yes they offer extra care but if you don’t want they don’t insist and move on to finish your contract. Overall FiveStar for me!

SHOPPER BEWARE!!!! They use the typical BATE and SWITCH techniques to get you on their lot. What ever happened to honesty and integrity. I guess the words are not synonymous with Car Dealership!
Exhibit A the online advertised price $66,575. We arrived at the dealership test drove the vehicle and sat down with the sales person. One very nice and professional Alfredo. We presented the copy of the online price including the VIN number. OH no!! that doesn't sound right let me get the "General Manager" We waited about 25 minutes and in comes the GM. Hiro Sayama, he looks at the computer makes some calculation on his phone. He comes over and with a very serious look and his head down says " I apologize that price in an error" apparently the price of the vehicle and the least they can let if go for is $81,000. and change. Or they are taking a loss. The mark up alone is $14,999.( for what??? there is no explanation, supply and demand??). The world of controlled marketing and disclosures must not apply to auto sales. As you can verify from other reviews this is not the first time.
Today this same vehicle is listed once again on their website now for a price of $77,855. (This advertising guy must need glasses and whoever is proofing it as well).
There needs to be some accountability for this type of false advertisement.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived on the lot. We were greeted by the most friendly salesperson, helped immediately by the manger, Kam and the financing department was also kind and helpful. Every part of buying this car was fabulous! We were given a fair amount off of the sticker price, no haggling needed and everyone was willing to help all along the way. Since it was a one year old car, there were a few things needed such as a small ding removal and only had one key. Worthington Ford had their service department remove the ding and make a new key for us too. Fabulous! I highly recommend this dealership!!

I could not be happier with Ed Butts Ford.Everyone that I encountered was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to trade in my previous vehicle, arrive at a truck payment I was comfortable with and got a better interest rate than I had before. Nobody tried to pressure sell me on anything while still making sure I was aware of all my options. Mr. Tom Iannone was even able to help me with an excellent recommendation at Premium RV to to assist me in purchasing and installing a 5th wheel hitch which proved to be indispensable. I love my new Ford F-250 and would go out of my way to do business with Ed Butts Ford in the future. Thanks guys! I appreciate your excellent service!

Be WARNED!!!!Dealing with this place is like trying to... - MaxPen
Dealing with this place is like trying to have a picnic on a fire ant hill. They only care about getting the check and running a scam on you.
I was told that I must purchase Stargard for $395. No way around it because it was a system that was pre-installed on all vehicles for theft protection and it was too difficult to remove. I acquiesced due to coming from Vegas for the purchase and believing them at face value despite it sounding weird. Enclosed is the pics of this GPS device clipped to the OBD power supply and zip tied to factory wire harness directly behind the fold down dash access panel. It's really a borderline criminal scam.
Imagine my surprise when I got the car delivered a few days later and find out that Stargard is literally less than a $50 common GPS locator that was simply clipped into the OBD power supply directly behind the fold down dash panel. A 5 minute install and it took me 5 minutes to remove it as well. Apparently, they rip customers for up to $1395.00 for this. A straight scam that is pulled off by the sales and finance department. Do yourself a favor and refuse Stargard or go elsewhere. If you want a GPS locator ,,,,buy one for $50 and pay your local mechanic $75 or so to connect it to the vehicles power supply. They would probably actually make it hard to find as well. Offering some actual protection.
I am also having to track down a windshield reimbursement owed on a DUE bill form them. Sitting at 10 business days now from when they said the check was being cut. My sales guy Jorge went incommunicado. The business off Accounts Payable person is conveniently not present. Amount due is over $500.00.
The reason why the windshield needed to be replaced was because of some disgruntled ex-employee shooting their cars with a BB gun. Apparently he also took out the front sales window previously as well, according to the story told to me by Jorge during the test drive. Who knows, maybe he/she got screwed as well. So, if you like drama this is your place.

I came here for the first time to get my work van... - Cesar jimenez
I came here for the first time to get my work van service. I was waiting in the waiting area and went to use the restroom, I noticed toilet paper and napkins on the floor. I told a finance employee that the restroom need it attention and he said ok I'll take care of it. An hour and a half past and I had to use the restroom again and when I went inside it was still the same they did not clean it. I asked a guy in the front a sales person if I can speak to a manager regarding this matter, he said let me find him for you a few minutes went by and I saw him talking to a gentleman and they looked to my direction and they walked I to an office. I was waiting for about 10 minutes and still no manager, so I started walking around to see if I can find a manager. A lady that was sitting in the entrance asked me if I need it some help and I pointed to the sales gentleman I had spoken to regarding the manager and told her that I was still waiting to speak to a manager. She found the manager and told him and he just walked away to a desk, I stood up and I said excuse me are you the manager and he said yes I am. I told him he was been rude for ignoring me. He said I was just advised of the situation and he was not ignoring me. I told him they were because they did not bother telling me that the manager was busy, he said "are you having a rough morning" you are making a big deal over a small thing. I said I'm upset because I was been ignored and to me walking in to a restroom and it's dirty it's not a restroom I want to use. I want to make sure it gets cleaned. He was very rude kept asking me so what do you want me to do, so I told him I want you to get the restroom cleaned. I also said this is a nice dealer and the restroom should be cleaned specially after I advised someone about it. I also told him that if a customer is looking for him they should at least tell me he is busy even if it takes a while for me to speak to him. I went back to the restroom 15 minutes later and is still not clean. To top it off he is the General Manager his name is Robert he said when I asked him for a business card and he did not have one.
I don't like the way I was treated by him. I have to consider coming back and bringing my other work van.

I recently turned in my leased vehicle and had the pleasure of working with Simon. I had planned to buy my old car, but he clearly showed me, without pressure, where I would lose any warranty and be better off with a new lease.
I AM SO HAPPY I DID!
Simon is kind and approachable and honest. We had great conversations from teaching/schools to homelessness.
He worked extremely hard for several hours to get me the monthly rate I needed and then he cleaned and gassed up the car I chose.
He is the one to ask for if you want a new car or a lease!
Mt previous experience here was not good with two other high-pressure salesmen.

Bought a van a year ago. First I contacted them about the vehicle on the phone & internet and got the price. But when I arrived they had "dealer extras" of $3k they did not tell me about! That wasn't right, clear coat and plastic door guards, crazy for a work van and for $3k?! They removed it and I bought the van. Then on the way home I got a flat and found that the jack was missing. One tire never held air, I had to put air in it every day, twice. I spoke to them in various ways and they never did anything, just kept putting me off. Its a year now, I got a tire on my own a long time ago and drive around with a floor jack if I get another flat tire. At one time I got a text from them that said they were under new management, blah, blah, blah. Still no real response. When I bought the van it took then 2 hours to clean it and still left stickers on it. I had to wait 2 hours for that. I won't deal with this dealer again, nor will anyone I know. BTW, love the van, just not this company.

Never Completed the job, yet charged our insurance - kanderberg230
Zach and Arsalan really worked hard to find us the exact truck we wanted. They spent a lot of time with us and kept a smile on their faces the whole time. They made the experience memorable and actually enjoyable!
The issues started with the service department. Our truck was hit in a parking lot by someone who did not leave a note. We took the truck to the service department. They returned the truck claiming it was fixed “good as new”. It wasn’t. The sensors for cruise control and parking were still glitching. I was ignored and had to go to great lengths to get a response. Once I did, I was able to take the truck back in. Auto nation admitted to the fact that when their collision center reinstalled the bumper they pinched wires so they told us they will fix their mistake. I picked the truck back up. The sensors are still not fixed AND auto nation submitted the claim to my insurance company. So they got paid for bad work the first time then got paid for failing to fix their first mistake the second time.
DO NOT take your vehicle to the service department. There were more issues when it comes to communication but this review is long enough. Again, the purchasing department was GREAT but their service department is shady and failed to complete a simple job.

Made an appointment to have my car's transmission serviced on 1/22/21. I had to wait 2 weeks for that appointment. Showed up as scheduled and was informed by the service advisor that they could not get to my car till Feb 3 but if I wanted I could just leave it there. Really? 2 weeks?
This is not the first time I have had issues with AutoNation service department but I guarantee you it is the last. Will not buy another vehicle that has to be serviced by them. I would like to blame it on just this one service department in Torrance but ran into the same problems in the Denver area.
Would not recommend any AutoNation to anyone.

Bought a new 2014 Ford Fusion on Black Friday. Lyndon... - Tomward01
Bought a new 2014 Ford Fusion on Black Friday. Lyndon and Justin in the sales department did an excellent job and I cannot enough good things about them. I negotiated a great deal on the vehicle. When I got to the finance department I put a small amount on a credit card and the rest in a personal check. I trusted that Tim in the financial department who works with numbers all the time was giving me a final amount that I needed to write the check for which was accurate. He overcharged me by $950.00!! I only discovered the "mistake" or overcharge the next day when I slowly went over the contract with a calculator. I called him that night but he was busy with another customer and told me to call back the next day. When I did, he did not act surprised or concerned but agreed to refund the money immediately. Almost as though he knew about the miscalculation. I expected him to tell me he wanted to go over the contract again to make sure there were no other errors but he did not. The next day I called Jim Buerge (the owner of the dealership). He did apologize, but did not seem to concerned and stated "mistakes do happen and we sold a lot of cars that day" ( on Black Friday 2013). I wonder if he would have been so forgiving if his finance man had made the error in my favor?? If you decide to buy from this dealership watch out for what I believe was bait and switch game. Give a great sales price and then stick it to them in the final contract. I highly recommend you slowly go over the final contract line by line with your own calculator to make sure all of the numbers are correct. I will not be taking my new Ford to Buerge Ford for service and will not recommend any one do business with them. The Fusion is a great car...just make sure you find an honest and reliable dealership who will not attempt to rip you off.
They really do not care about Business Consumers - HBS-INC
The only reason we chose to have our work truck serviced here is convenience as it is very close to our Business location. We have had our service truck in and out of this dealership for more than a month because the truck would not start and the gear shifter would lock in Park position. They have removed and replaced the entire dashboard to replace the ("GAGES???), replaced the safety neutral switch and we took the truck back after paying the bill, then it happened again. We take it back and they have the truck for more than a week, no calls nothing. We come back to the dealership and the service department shows no progress and really do not seem to care that without this truck in our fleet we lose money and we have to send employees home . We will be returning to Cerritos Ford for future service.
