I wanted a car and Bill delivered . Ive been on a hunt for a cla 250/c300 white on beige combo which seems to be impossible to find in the dealerships near my area. I've dealt with brokers who wanted to sell me cars that I don't want and multiples sales reps from different Mbz locations who were so unprofessional. I was having the worst of luck finding a car. Either the car wasn't available in the model/color I want or the monthly payment was higher than what you'd normally pay for that model to lease.
I was ready to give up and one night I stumbled upon a listing for a 2020 c300 with amg/night package on car gurus. I requested for a quote and the following morning Bill reached out to me. I'm just gonna tell you that I work in sales so when I meet a pushy and aggressive sales person i'm already turned off. I SWEAR THIS IS A POSITIVE REVIEW FOR BILL. lol. Anyway, not only was Bill extremely professional, he was also very personable. He answered all my questions (I had a lot) and he made me feel so comfortable with my first Mercedes lease. Everything was so easy. We did some paper work online, the car was delivered the following day and the car was mine after a few autographs. Talking to Bill is like talking to your uncle. lol. I probably wouldn't have purchased a car that quick if it wasn't for his personality and excellent customer service. It's so rare to find that now. Thank you again Bill! I love my car!!!

I've been putting off getting a new card because the exhausting process (in the past) is so anxiety provoking for me. I've had 2 Mercedes in the past, and never had a bad experience. On a whim, I began looking online and searched all the MB dealerships around and, by far, Mercedes Benz of Long Beach had the best inventory and most competitive prices. So, I sent an email inquiry about one of their vehicles and within an hour, the Internet Sales Manager (Joel Turett) got in touch with me. Even with less than perfect credit, Joel had me financed in about 20 minutes. The next day I came in, test drove a couple vehicles I liked and finally settled on one. I got a more than expected fair trade on my old Mercedes, and was leaving there in a short time with my new car. In the past when car shopping (especially at MB dealerships), I've always felt I was treated "less than", because I wasn't buying $75,000+ car. Not the case here! From Joel, to the sales manager, to the woman in the finance department... everyone was so kind and helpful. I'm not one to write reviews often, but I felt I needed to express my positive experience, especially with Joel. You can't go wrong contacting him if you're in the market for a Mercedes. He's patient, has been working there for over a decade so he is beyond knowledgeable, and, most importantly, never once pressured me or made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. The entire dealership operates like a well oiled machine with a team atmosphere and I believe that is evidenced by all these positive reviews. You guys have a lifelong customer... Thank you!.

They are the worst of the worst. My first experience with them was awful, but I got my second car from them again recently (paying over a 1000 dollars a month). Malika, the sales person was the rudest and pushed my to sign the contract. She gave me a ton of false promises, including taking my other car (leased from them as well) without me having to pay an extra penny for it. Mercedes has now sent me a letter asking for so many different charges for the old car. When I finally was able to see Malika at the dealership (she wouldn't answer my phone calls and texts), she said, her manager has told her that because I didn't leave a good review for her, she doesn't have to answer to me anymore!!!

Big shout out to Wil Silva and his Sales Associate Edward Bacilio! They helped my Spouse and I with the purchase of her new Mercedes GLC 300. I worked with Wil on the price and financing (he is the General Sales Manager) and he was extremely upfront and easy to work with.
He had Edward Bacilio drive the GLC to me all the way out here in OC and pick up our trade. Edward was very professional and knowledgeable of the SUV. It's nice to have a Sales Person who is respectful and clean cut! He was on time when he got here and had all the paperwork ready in a neat order to be signed.

Last year I lost the key to our car. My husband had his key and since we each drive separate cars we were in no hurry to replace it. With all the uncertainty with COVID we thought it best to go ahead a get a replacement. I did a little research I found out it could cost up to $500!! Yikes!! Nevertheless we agreed it was needed. My husband comes home and I almost fainted!! They charged us over $700!!!! What a rip off!!! Guess where I will NOT be going when I buy a new car this summer!!!

I would like to personally thank you for wasting my time today. I took two hours out of my work day to drive all the way to West Covina to TEST DRIVE an AMG GTC. I made it clear that I would NOT be purchasing today.
These people ran my credit and took my paystubs prior to me driving out to the dealership, and promised that I would be able to drive the vehicle.
I was trapped at the sales desk for an hour while the guy tried every trick in the book to "get my business today." I asked them directly about the APR their in-house financing was offering and they refused to answer the question.
I do not appreciate these tactics. I've been watching these cars for a while. I know you're not going to sell them today, you know you're not going to sell them today. I will NEVER buy or lease a vehicle without first driving it, that's ludicrous.
Anyway, thanks again for the phenomenal waste of time. I'll write a nice letter to corporate as well. And I'll send you a photo of me next to my GTC in a couple of weeks when I make my purchase from a dealership that doesn't lie to people.
Don't treat car people like morons. I'm not some twenty year old idiot, I've been working in sales for 15 years and I know all of your stupid tricks. All you succeeded in doing is losing a customer.
