Sheyla was amazing as my sales person. I was going back and forth between a used car or the new Sentra and she helped me make the best choice for me and I went with the new sentra. I really need something good on gas, but reliable and this is both. They helped me with a maintenance plan so I don't need to worry about paying when I come in for my oil changes. Then she quickly showed me around the dealership which is nice because that place is huge. Thank you Sheyla for your patience and help. I'll be recommending all my friends and family to her.

I walked into Nissan after hearing a strange sound coming from the back of my Rouge. I was directed to the service department/drive for my car to be inspected. Not long after Shant asked me to allow a tech to discuss things over. Anthony, who introduced himself as my mechanic had the moment to give me a thorough explanation and solution. A miracle! I have always had a good expierience at Nissan but the reason I am writing this is to credit Anthonys work as a mechanic. I will explain how prior to presenting my problem to Universal Nissan, 3 other mechanics inspected my car ( one being LA Puente Nissan). No clear explanation to the mystery noise, in no way do I blame or discredit the other technicians that couldn't figure it out, but instead was rather impressed by Anthonys clever approach in disecting the probabilities and narrowing it down to the solution. Just outstanding! My luck to have found him. Thank you again, your work is noticed and appreciated.

This dealership is a solid group of con artist and liars as I was assisting a young women in purchasing a vehicle and they tell you all the things you want hear before the sale but I am telling you DO NOT trust a single world the say as Steve Schwartz is a professional liar and the most rudest man on earth and its like they train their sales staff to do the same as Carlos Agosto was nothing short of a major con artist and lied through the entire process because he never delivered on what they had promised and their vehicles they claim go through this intense inspection but they are a train wreck and i urge you all reading this to research the this dealerships surveys online before stepping a foot into their location as they are crude, lying, con artist who sell junk and are so proud of screwing people over. Also I called in another time only to speak to another liar Vincent Franco who is a sales manager like Steve but because Steve was never returning my calls I tried calling in and got the liar and CON MAN Vincent who promised the world and delivered on NOTHING.

I do not recommend anybody do business with Ross Nissan in El Monte. I strongly believe they are taking advantage of their customers finances for their personal gain. I bought a new car from this dealership in October 2019. My very first oil change visit with this company, I was told my break pads need to be replaced, which brought my total to pay over $300. I found this very strange so I took my car for a second opinion. The second opinion concluded my breaks are completely fine and do not need to be replaced!! This news upset me so much because as a female, I am constantly taken advantage of and told false information about my car ! I should not have to question the information being told to me. I should be able to trust the business I purchased my car from but unfortunately, Ross Nissan of El Monte has shown me clear as day that they cannot be trusted!

I went in for another oil change. Nobody informed me that they touch other things along with the oil service that’s taken place. When my car was returned to me after this oil change, I noticed that my tires looked weird. I told a worker, he assured me that everything was fine and that I was good to take off. So I left. 10 minutes later, I haven’t even gotten on the freeway yet, so speed has not been picked up yet, and my hub cap on my driver side pops off and gets ran over by another car that almost crashed into another car because the driver was trying not to run over my hub cap! I asked for a replacement. For someone to speak to me on this manner and ever single person I’ve spoken with has told me they would get back to me but NOBODY, NOT ONE PERSON, has gotten back to me! I am very I pleased with how I’ve been treated and regret ever doing business with Ross Nissan of El Monte!
