Bill was absolutely wonderful. I worked with him and Frank and they were great and worked well with me to make sure I was getting a deal. Unfortunately as a first time buyer I wasn’t able to get the price I was hoping for but they did give me many alternative options. I left extremely pleased with the service provided.

I ordered a bed cover and liner for a truck. When parts came in, I wasn’t notified. Upon my call to check status and request installation, I was given an appointment the following week. I arrived at my appointment for the installation at 9:45 am. I was told that I may need to leave it overnight. I was not happy since I planned to wait for the process to finish. I spoke to the service manager Brian (sp?) He did not provide a card. He told me the appt. was only for check in and not the work. He said my email should’ve explained. Didn’t get an email & asked what he would do about that. He said make sure I got an email next time. So, I’m going to sit in front of their place all day and night if need be. But it’ll be the last time.

Bought a 2008 Ford Truck salesman was nice guy but the scam was selling me alarm system for $ 1300 when I said No and having to go back and correct it never got my refund check promised to me in mail. Less than 29 days my truck broke down miles away on a trip I took and my $ 3500 warranty they said oh! You only have a level 1 service contract doesn’t help my $4800 service bill from out of state trying to get my truck back.. They dodged my calls and completely ignored my voicemails.. got a e mail after 6 calls I made. Never buy a car unless you have a high level of understanding the scam they try to add to the contracts when in finance office..

The service was great from dropping off my car to picking it up. Details of all transaction was extremely helpful and knowledgeable responses to all questions made me feel secured and well taken care of. Paul is a great sample of what a service advisor should be. The Glendale location is lucky to have him as I will not go anywhere else for my car needs.

Where to begin... I purchased a new Jeep Gladiator on... - Fourtyk
Where to begin... I purchased a new Jeep Gladiator on 1/31/2021. I contacted the dealer via internet sales manager and spoke on the phone related to my interest in the vehicle. We set up an appointment and started all the paper work. I show up at my time and they where not ready for me. I waited until my sales rep was free from another customer and we went to test drive and found out that the car they pulled down was not the same one I asked about. I then waiting again for them to now get it from another lot. I took a test drive and I knew yes for sure I wanted to vehicle. I then asked if my trade in value was done to find out that they never started it so I had to redo all the paper work and again wait. Finally I get the trade value and it was way too low. I mentioned my concern and waited again to hear back. I was told they would be willing to raise it if I agreed to a purchase price. I negotied the price before showing up so I said ok. Only to find out they added about $6k in add ons they said where already on the car and on the window sticker. Ok so I stopped them there and again voices my concerns. These add ons where never on the vehicle and was a pure and simple lie and sales tactic to gouge customers. After a long wait they came back again and said ok we can remove the fees and said I'll need to wait for finance. A solid hour plus goes by before I finally get into finance. In finance I am pressured again for gap insurance, extended warranty, and maintenence contract. I was told if I take these items my interest rate will be lower and that I would be getting a good deal. I say no thanks and am again pressured with lowering the price of the items and having the terms and milage of the plans increased for free I was told. I again said no thanks and now again lowered on price for the same 3 items. This time I review and if there is a term to cancel if I do say yes to these add ons and was told yes however they will not be able to cancel the contract terms but I could get them canceled and have the money go towards early payments. So I agree so I can get out of the dealer. It's now 10pm and I am now waiting for the car to be washed. I finally get the keys and am showed nothing on how to hook up my phone or about any features and the car seemed to still be dirty. I mentioned it's hard to see now that's its past 10pm but I think the wash could be better before driving off the lot. The next day I get a call from the sales department asking about my vehicle. I mentioned I loved it. Two days goes by and I get an email from Mopar about extended warranty for sell for half the price. I also find out about Jeep wave with 2 years of free maintenence. At this point I feel played. And I call to cancel the services. Low and behold I can only get voice mail for all departments. After 2 weeks of calling daily. I finally get a finance person on the phone. I send an email saying I want to cancel the extended maintenence and warranty and fill out the appropriate forms. I was also told and sent an email picture of there cancelation. It's now March 3 weeks since I contacted for the cancelations and have heard nothing. I contact both Mopar and Portfolio the two company's holding the agreement contracts that should of been canceled. They both say they have nothing from the dealer stating they are canceled. I try to call back every hour to the dealer to Gain only get voice mail. I even try to get ahold of the General Manager Josh Story on multiple occasions to never get a call back. At this point I am now reviewing my options with my lawyer I shopped around for. Terrible customer service. Not the way anyone should be treated at any dealer. The only good outcome is that the vehicle is actually well made and I love it. The dealer sadly is on my xxxx list.

Buyer beware, shady dealership! Explains why they have a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau:
RHETT BUTLER IS THE WORST - HIRD
First let me say I never leave bad reviews. This is incredible rare for me however based on the customer services I received today I felt it was necessary. Hopefully someone higher up reads this. I called the dealership and asked to speak to a manager and was put on the phone with a gentleman named Rhett Butler.... I told him I was interested in coming in to buy a four door Wrangler and do what is known in the industry as a "Lay Down" deal. Meaning minimal negotiating back and forth to keep it clean and simple to save all parties time. The managers tone was grumpy, condescending and aggressive the second he answered the phone... He told me he would need a VIN number of the car I wanted. When I told him I was not sure which one I wanted asked if I could see options he didn't seem interesting in having further dialogue. When I then asked if perhaps it would be better if I spoke to someone else, he said don't bother, I won't sell you a car a hung up the phone up... Funny considering I was ready to pay list price if I was shown options. Incredibly negative individual and a poor reflection of Jeep. Perhaps Rhett was having a bad day however as someone who does sales too, I was shocked by his behavior.... The last thing you want as a dealership is to loose sales based upon employee behavior.

Awful misrepresentation. Completely untrained stuff and irresponsible management. Called beforehand to return leased vehicle. Was told by a representative that I don't need an appointment, welcome to come in today and can do it on that dealership even if didn't lease from them. Came in to find out that there is a specific person that handles lease-end returns, he is not in, I need an appointment and have to lease from them to terminate the lease there. When I asked to talk to that person that misguided me so badly I was told that there she is in another building, and then that there is no such person employed. They didn't want to take any responsibility for their stuff or even apologize for misinforming. Simply said, that they have new operators, like that should explain the situation and satisfy my frustration. It is very possible that their sales department is great and wonderful, but with this level of service I would not make a purchase with them. Most likely they wont take care of your problems in the future, should you encounter one.

Been coming here for two years straight for all my oil... - Ksikes
Been coming here for two years straight for all my oil changes and tire rotations with no problems because the car is new and nothing really needs to be changed besides that.
So now I'm hearing a noise from the AC I bring it in , first day they don't hear anything so they tell us to come in and show us the noise we hear 20 mins before the mechanic goes home. On our way , they finally hear the noise. At this point we turn around and wait to hear what happens the next day. So it's 1pm I haven't heard anything so I call. They are still figuring it out & they will call back when they find the issue . 3pm they find out the condenser is leaking Freon therefore it has to be replaced and since it's under warranty they will replace it TOMORROW. So this is going on day 3 and all this time I'm carless with 4 kids at home and my Husband at work with his car. I was never offered a loaner or anything . So day 3 the car was finally finished at 4pm just in time for me to take my kids to their mma class. They send someone to pick me up which was the best thing they did.
Get my car back & it's STILL MAKING THE SAMS NOISE. At this point I leave bc I already signed the papers and they brought the car to me and never said hey let's test drive before u leave .
So besides this concern I also had a tire rotation, oil change and a differential oil change as well.
Before I took my car in I knew I had a nail in my tire and it has a slow leak but I plan to get it repaired else wear. So tell me why they never noticed the mail in my tire & THEY DIDNT PUT AIR IN MY TIRES! So on top of hearing the noise on my way to the freeways I get an alert that my tire pressure is low on my tire that has a slow leak. I knew what the tire pressures were before I came in and didn't tell them specifically to put air in my tires bc I know that is mandatory. I called back they advised me to drive it a few days to see if the noise goes away some how. Drive it a week with the noise coming back less often then the first time. I filled complaint with dodge about everything . I'm back in the shop this last Monday after not being able to get ahold of the lady who called me to take care of my issues and concerns. I called her 5 days straight , leaving 3 voicemails and never a call back. I go in ask for her directly , she meets me and remembers who I was and like nothing she tells me she will take care of everything with the car. She take me to George who is very nice and the veteran service writer. He is very nice and sits in the car with me trying to determine the sound. He hears it and tells me he thinks it's the blower motor ( but since he isn't a mechanic he shouldn't of try to make a guess in my opinion) . He does do a good job of getting the mechanic and showing him the noise as well. Once they get my car in I don't hear from them until the next day after I called in around 1 again.
They said the Freon way LOW like almost empty!!!! Are u kidding me. So I worked at a dealership and a mother car shop before so I know that any AC job requires an an recharge which is with a machine that puts the FREON IN YOUR CAR. So the idiot mechanic most of not even noticed that there was no Freon in the machine and all this headache is because of him!!
So this time I come and George goes to the car with me to hear for the noise which is now gone because the Freon is full and isn't messing up my car anymore !!
So when I'm loading up my kids in the suv I notice all my car seats were taken out and the two back rows were out down for some odd reason! They shouldn't have even been in my car for an AC issue . I now had to connect 3 car seats and they used a whole quarter of a tank . I had just filled up my car before I went here so that was noticeable . Can't help but think they used my car to load stuff up and take somewhere else !! Never ever ever coming back to this very UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP!
The Worst (it’s Nissani Bros. now) - sboileau1
Still furious. Yesterday I went to buy a new "used" leftover 2017 Camaro 2LT Convertible (119 mi). Negotiated, got the price to where I wanted, signed all of the paperwork. Owned it. Done and done. Salesman was honestly wonderful to work with. Literally waiting outside to drive home in it.
When they went to pull it in to wash it, it wouldn't start. Somehow, the lot attendant, in his attempt to jump the car, fried it... or else it was a dangerous manufacturer defect. Either way... Entire cabin filled up with electrical insulation smoke, absolutely reeked, the terminal and the battery cooked, maybe the cables too. Just a mess. Scorched the electrical system.
While they had FIVE identical cars (identical Monroney sticker price), all used because the dealership purchased them from the manufacturer a few months ago, the manager refused to sell me one of the other ones at the same price (swap it out evenly), because they were arbitrarily priced differently on different websites ($23,995, $25,998, $26,998) so he couldn't "afford" to give me the same deal on one of those. I just wanted them to reprint the paperwork with the VIN of one of the literally identical cars and send me home happy in one on Christmas Eve. He wanted $2000 more for me to drive home an identical car to the one I literally bought from them, in good faith, an hour earlier.
Voided the deal, went home in an Uber, empty handed, after wasting SIX HOURS at the dealership on Christmas Eve, angrier than I've probably been in ten years.
Ho, ho, ho. About to file a formal grievance with corporate, with the owner, and with the better business bureau, for the first time in my life. They absolutely had an easy way to do right by me, and they absolutely avoided any responsibility to save a few bucks. That's apparently their ethical code.
