Wish I could rate 0 stars. I'm contacting everyone and every organization I know and I will stand outside this place iwth a picket sign on the weekends and distribute leaflets until they totally go out of business. I told you clowns I had a big family and that's the only reason I was buying this van and you still screwed me, shame on you all! criminals!
About a year ago I purchased a used 2002 Dodge ram 1500 conversion van. I told them I was concerned about reliability and wanted assurance everything was done to make sure it's safe and I won't be spending tons in repairs. It only had 56,000 miles on it! They showed me a check list, signed by the mechanic which said it had the maintenance done to it etc and I was told the belts and brakes were taken care of. Within the first 6 months of owning it, it started making loud clunking noises in the rear. We had work done on the rear axel at their shop, but even though it was still under warranty we were given the run around, made to wait for long periods of time etc and the first time told there was nothing wrong with it.
Next, electrical problems. my wife was driving with all the kids in the back and it totally went out, no power anywhere and wouldn't turn on. It took a month in the shop to get it fixed. I learn from the manager that they dont have an internal shop, they use a nearby shop. not wanting to get involved himself, he gave me the number to this joker and I went to his shop. nice guy and all, but I ended up needing a new computer which was $1,000 with labor. Keep in mind, it's not like we're a wealthy family or anything and this was a huge expense of time, energy and money, niether of which I was happy to spare! Fast forward through the next 6 months. We got the brakes done ebcause of course shortly after buying the van the front and rear were below 10%. Got the tires done because they sold us the vehicle rear tires that were worn despite telling us "they'd see what they can do" after we buy it. The tv, dvd and vhs players are all BROKEN and don't work anymore and the radio is totally dead! On top of this, it's now in the shop because there are two coolant leaks. One leak is because the wrong sized plug was used by whoever worked on it last. Who knows about the other, I'm supposed to hearing from my mechanic about that. Oh and when I took the van in the second time their Saturn's mechanic, they forgot to put the vents on so now the air does not circulate /no AC throughout the van and they want me to bring it back! when do I ever have time with work two jobs to do that?? We've barely even had the opportunity to enjoy our van because it stays in the shop. It only has 60,000 miles on it and still is a piece of junk with electrical problems. we think it was flooded and somehow resold, which would explain the low price of approximately $12k that it was selling for. too good to be true! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
