Car shopping can be so stressful! George took away all... - Youngshawn
Car shopping can be so stressful! George took away all that and made it such an easy and pleasant experience. From the moment of initial contact online, George was responsive and continued to make contact and answer any questions we had. He was accommodating in scheduling the test drive. George streamlined the finance paperwork by detailing it all and even had the forms ready for me to sign with all the blanks filled in. When George passed me onto Finance, David was just as accommodating. He thoroughly explained all the parts of the sale. It was an extremely smooth transaction from start to finish and I appreciate George and David! Thank you!

My tire blew out coming home from work on a Friday night. On Saturday morning, they were able to replace my tire and do my maintenance service! I really appreciate being able to do both as a walk-in! Also as a nurse I felt totally Covid safe! :)

SELLER BEWARE - GT
Timmons provided me with a written quote to purchase my car for $1,975. When I returned 5 days later, they refused to honor their quote. They stated there were mechanical issues but they were not able to provide any details as to what those issues were. In the five days since receiving the quote, the car was not driven except to drive to the dealership. They said that could only offer me $1,500. I had turned down three other offers for $1,500 from dealers much closer to my home because I believed (wrongly) that Timmons would buy my car for $1,975. When I complained, their attitude became very cold and hostile. I was told that they did not need my car and that I could take it or leave it in regard to their revised offer. They then kept me waiting for 2.5 hours before completing the paperwork. I am a senior citizen and it would not surprise me if their standard MO is to take advantage of seniors.
I bought a Subaru WRX on June 13th, 2020, due to Covid 19... - Lorena De la Ossa
I bought a Subaru WRX on June 13th, 2020, due to Covid 19 the loan wasnt processed on time by the dealership. Despite my requests for Chase loan's Bills, SUBARU Santa Monica Dealer kept saying that soon I'll get them by mail. After 2 months I drove to S. M. Dealership and met the manager, I expressed my worrisome for not receiving the bills for payments, SM manager said, ok, leave the money here and we'll send it to CHASE and fix the billing problem. Guess what, I received a notification from Credit report that S.M dealership never submitted any information and I was late 60 days. I creadit scored ruinned, after 2 months im still fighting for my right, NEGLIGENCE, Incompetence, Ineptude runs in that building. SSM and CHase work together and they dont communicate, a letter and basic clarification takes 2 months??? There is no service, no respect once they take your money you dont exist.
Great place to buy your subie. Mr Chris Garchitorena... - Subie-ry Nice
Great place to buy your subie. Mr Chris Garchitorena walked us through every detail we need to know about the outback model . The process didn’t take us that long too, and we left the dealership driving our new Outback .
Kudos to Chris for the positive buying experience that we truly enjoyed.
I will surely recommend this place and Mr Garchitorena to my friends and family members.

Recommend this dpealership. Good customer relations and they honor their deals. Purchase of my new Outback was very fair and easy. Shout-out for John Everett who was helpful in setting up a salesperson and follow up. I would recommend this dealership even to close family. I ordered a special configuration Outback and they more than honored the agreement when the vehicle was delivered to me. This was my 11th new vehicle purchase and likely the best experience of all of them. It is worth checking them out when searching for a new Subaru.
Cannot even fully explain all the shenanigans this... - Norman
Cannot even fully explain all the shenanigans this dealership engages in. Went in for routine 30,000-mile service on my 2017 Subaru -- that alone, with no repairs, was nearly $1,000. While waiting in showroom, a sales guy texts me if I want to trade in my car that day for a new one. I have little interest, and tell him that besides all the previous probllems I've had with this Subaru, the $1,000 service bill isn't putting me in a good mood. He tells me we can wipe out that service bill and make a deal on a new car. We then haggle -- yeah, haggle, like it's the 1990s -- on a price. It's pretty unseemly. I finally agree to the deal, largely because I want to start with a clean slate and a new car (figuring I just had bad luck with the 2017 one). The new car I'm buying, I'm told, won't be delivered for a couple weeks. Fine. Then the salesman tells me my current car is ready and instructs me to go to front desk to pay. TO PAY? He had told me I wouldn't be paying for service if I bought a new car. He counters that, well, it looked like we weren;t gonna close the deal, so they went ahead and serviced old car. Huh? So? He had told me no service charge if I was trading car in. WHY WOULD I PAY FOR SERVICE FOR A CAR I NO LONGER WILL OWN? This was insane. He said there was nothing he could do about it. Not to mention the service they performed was something they'd be doing anyway to prep the car for sale. Besides the fact that he lied to me, again I ask -- why would someone pay for service for a car the dealer was buying? I don't have the energy at the moment to detail the other unacceptable actions of dealing with everyone that day at Subaru Pacific. Buyer beware? No -- buyer should just AVOID.
