Everyone I dealt with was professional and extremely friendly. I went into the dealership expecting to need a cosigner for a loan on a car but they worked really hard to make it possible for me to get a loan on my own and keep the monthly payments at what I said was personally affordable. There was no need for negotiating or getting multiple quotes, which is what I've dealt with at other dealerships. The first offer they came to me with was what I needed. I was able to get the car I really wanted, (which has never been an option for me for multiple reasons) at a price I could afford, without a cosigner, which also I never thought would be possible. They helped me accomplish a personal goal. I never post reviews (horrible I know) but I cannot express enough how amazing my experience here was and if someone thinks the way I did about trying to get a new car hopefully this will encourage them to try!

Such a horrible time with Culver City Toyota- My car broke down in less than a month and I had taken to another Toyota mechanic/dealership since I had the warranty because the car is certified. Now the Culver City is not helping us at all and blaming us that we took it to the wrong place even though the Toyota roadside place picked the Toyota dealership to tow it. All we wanted was the car to be fixed and running and guess what- it was the stupid GPS/Anti-theft (Theft Patrol) that shut off the car- which is an aftermarket product that was place into the car by Culver City Toyota.
We call the General Manger - Brandon Ortiz and we can't talk to him and had them page him and went in circles and he did not answer our call - multiple times. They said they was suppose to send a person at 3pm and no one came to check it out and we are leaving the car longer in the other Toyota dealership - wasting time and money. Miller Toyota has been so helpful and they went all out to help us and at Culver City Toyota is making us go in circle and just horrible service and dragging things all out.
Please do not go to this place since they will not help you plus they want to just overcharge you and have you pay for things that is not needed.

I met with finance director Mr. Haim Bushy, finance manager Mr. Ed Casimiro (he did my paper work) and Business development manager Karina Cardenas but always they said we will follow up but they never did. I contact with Warranty Company and they told me they send the credit to Toyota of Hollywood back in October 2017. But the dealer never give the money to Toyota Finance Department. I talked with Toyota Finance Department and they said they never received the money from Toyota of Hollywood. I asked for suggestion they said if dealer ignore you just sue them, because it’s your money. What else can I say!!!!!

Here is some advice if you are planning to buy a car here. Be prepared for unethical but legal tricks aimed to maximize their profit.
They list all of their used cars at a price well below what they actual want to get for the car. According to their sales manager Jake Mottram, all of their used cars have a $1300 required dealer add-on that is supposed to provide "tracking and performance" data. In all of their listings, they bury this crucial detail so you cant find it: "Advertised price is plus any dealer installed accessories." This is what they use to justify the unjustified mark-up. Its a scam.
This lets them price their vehicles below their honest competitors, which in turn, gives them higher rankings on cars.com, cargurus, etc and earns them a "Great Price" badge on their listings. In reality, if you add the non-negotiable $1300 add on fee, their vehicles quickly fall to the "Overpriced" category.
Also, they will attempt to run your credit before you negotiate the price - they acted surprised when I wanted to negotiate - so be sure you agree on price before they pull your credit.

Took in my Scion XB for 30k service this afternoon and was very happy with the excellent service. My service advisor was Daniel Choo - he was courteous, prompt, fair, reasonable, and took the time to explain and provide advise on the details/items involved in the service. Never felt any pressure ... and ended up just getting what I really needed done at this point and at the same time got the recommendations for anything that needed to be addressed in the future. These dealer scheduled maintenance are usually never a good experience (expensive, unreasonable, etc.) but Mr. Choo made the experience a lot more pleasant and I will not hesitate to come back to this Toyota dealership in the future.

We drive from Camarillo to Gardena with my daughter who found a car they had for sale via Internet. 17K and change. This was almost 5K lower than market value. We sat down after the test drive down, went through all the paperwork and were told the car was 22,9K The salesgirl said, “They must have lowered the price over the weekend to boost sales.” (Better known as “Bait & Switch”)
We showed her the ad and she said she’d talk to the Mgr. she came back and said, “OK, we can do that, but we can’t talk any discounts”
That was OK with me, and I really felt they were being truthful when they told us it was Edmunds fault for putting the wrong price up. I reminded her that she said they posted that price to boost business. Her response? “No, I said I THOUGHT that’s what they did, it’s Edmund’s fault for posting it incorrectly” She left again, this time for quite a while..... She returned...”Can’t do it. Gotta stuck with the 22.9K”. I mentioned the Mgr just OK’d the advertised price...”He did, but the owner can’t do it, he said he’d lose money in the deal,” She said she could knock a little off... it was right then we walked out, promising we’d leave a review on this scam.

Poor customer service. Watch out for Sam and as he is very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Frank was also very unprofessional and rude. Allison and Carl are the only people holding this business together. This establishment sells vehicles that have multiple problems. Finally was able to return the vehicle after multiple issues and returning it was a complete headache. Many other quality dealerships with honest people and way better customer service.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought a car from there. Do not go there. I bought a car and found out 6 weeks later when my car broke down on the freeway and I almost got hit by a big rig that there were many recalls on my car. The brake pads needed to be replaced a month after I had it. They should have never sold a car in that condition. It was very unsafe and illegal. Stay away from the dealership!!!
