I will not even give one star! I have an ongoing issue with this dealer. The finance manager asked for my credit card payment to pay my lease pmt, and long story short, my payment was not given to Acura Financial, I had to pay Acura Financial again and Center Acura has not refunded my money!!!!If I could return the car I would, and my next step will be to report them to the BBB!

I was looking for a specific RDX color and package combination. After internet searches I contacted several dealers online for pricing. Acura of Alhambra was by far the best price and the most responsive. I worked with Nicole the product specialist and Carlos the manager who were both very easy going and very professional. Erik in Finance was was a pleasant and quick encounter. The dealership worked with me online to complete all the paperwork so all I had to do was go to the dealer to "Sign and Drive". Kudos to Nicole who had the new RDX parked in front with a BIG red bow. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Worst customer service - HitomiO
I went to dealer to check out car we were interested. I told them I have to work so I just wanted to test drive and think about it. Agent suggest to get quotes and we liked the deal. They told me 30 min everything is done. we were doing paper works and they told me my credit score wont apply to the deal we made ( I already told them my score before everything starts...) I was quite upset because I waisted my time and I had to go to work. I told them I am not interested in so Agent changed his attitude completely and told me "Dont be rude" with threatening face.
I was so scared that he would phisically do something... I run into managers office and they told me don't worry we will take care of it. They quickly try to close sale but their system rundown so I couldn't pay or do anything. At that point,Its been 2 and half hours past. I was late for work and my husband was late for meeting. They told me to come back next day. NO WAY!!
In the way, I was glad that payment didn't go through because I shouldn't give them my hard working money for that horrible service I experienced.
