Don't buy your next car from Center BMW. They are dishonest and deceptive. I custom ordered a brand new M2, they made a mistake when placing the order which increased the cost of my vehicle. They still have not admitted to making the mistake and to make matters worse they lied about taking my lease back, now I have 2 cars and 2 car payments. Plenty of BMW dealerships close by.

Disingenuous and unprofessional! AVOID GOING FOR SERVICE!... - a5sportback
Disingenuous and unprofessional! AVOID GOING FOR SERVICE! Staff is trained to entrap. I went for routine maintenance and was NEVER informed a quote or any estimate for a routine check. Admittedly, that was my fault and I won't be going back. Only after walking up to the cashier was I surprised. Some may consider $310/hour high but I'm okay with. It's the lack of courtesy from the service consultant, Chris Navarro, that really bothered me. When confronted he simply shrugged and said that's the labor rate and there's a sign outside, essentially holding my car hostage. Way to raise the bar Audi Santa Monica. Unprofessional and a clear reminder how staff will take advantage any chance they get.

They are Honest and give Great Customer Service - Sonia
Our son purchased a beautiful BMW 335i in the summer of 2017, with tan leather interior and wood grain trim. Mike had explained everything about the car and our son was very happy with the purchase. Here it is two years later and our sons car runs perfectly. In November 2018, our Toyota was totaled by a car passing a red light. We went to MDK first because of our sons positive experience. We purchased a beautiful Toyota Sienna Limited, with the same color scheme (tan and wood grain interior) like our son has, and the car is great for our grandchildren with the video, during our long trips that we regularly take. Mike took care of everything we had concerns about and Darya was so nice taking care of the financial end. These people are very honest and do their best to please the customer. We will always go to them first if we need another car. We wanted to wait and see how the car was before we wrote this review, and now it is 8 months since we purchased it and it runs beautifully. We are very happy with this purchase and this Company, and highly recommend MDK.

I am so grateful to both Abe & Kay for helping me through the process of buying my mother a safe/reliable car. After making an appointment with them (through the website) and discussing what I had in mind, Abe guided me in what he professionally thought was the best choice for her.
Kay assisted me with getting all of the paperwork and financial matters taken care of discretely so that I could return on a different day and surprise my mother. As you can see, she really had no idea except that we were browsing for cars, until I handed her the keys. The personal service & patience with me was amazing as they truly cared to help me with my situation. I never felt rushed, the pricing of the car was very reasonable and the car is great! I do not think I would've had this experience if I went elsewhere to shop around for other used cars.

BEWARE!!!! Deceitful, unreliable, exceptionally poor... - info
BEWARE!!!! Deceitful, unreliable, exceptionally poor customer service. My experience with LA Auto Exchange was a three-day nightmare. When I submitted the form online, I was immediately contacted by multiple salespeople from the same company. One told me the car was bought at auction. The other told me that the car was a trade-in. The disparity in the stories was my first red flag. As I had to drive 50 miles to test drive the car, I pressed for details on the vehicle. I was eventually told that the vehicle has been in an accident but was assured it was likely minor. I decided to take a chance and go check out the car. I made an appointment, and the sales rep said he would prep the car for me. When they pulled the car out for the test drive, I was shocked to find that the car was filthy (not just dirty). I was so bad I could not determine anything about the paint or status of the body because of the muck on the car.
As I drove off I saw the problems immediately. Warning lights about an engine malfunction, suspension stability, and brakes popped up. I took the car to my mechanic and confirmed multiple issues from the oversized tires and rims that would have to be replaced to extinguish the malfunction lights; the wrong brake sensors, a vacuum leak, and a driveshaft issue.
I was still interested in the car and would need to now have the body cleaned and checked. I called to update the *third* salesman I was handed off to. He told me the car had to be brought back within two hours. I informed him that the first salesman told me it was okay to take as much time as needed, just "keep us informed." NOTE: There was no time limit in the signed agreement on how long I could have to check out the car. The return time and date were also left open on the written agreement. The third salesman was now pressuring me to bring the car right back, although I had not been able to have the body and paint checked out.
By then, I had driven a hundred miles, took off the afternoon, and paid to have the car inspected and still didn't know if the accident's impact was visible behind the dirt. I told him I would bring the car back as soon as I got the body checked out.
The salesperson hung up on me. The sales manager called back and said he was sending someone to pick up the car at my home, which they did. I was still interested in the car, so when a fourth salesman called me the next day and asked why I didn't buy the car, I told him I was trying to buy it and was being bounced around. The new salesman was located in the El Monte office and said he would take care of me from here. He asked me to submit an app for financing, confirmed that I was approved, and said he'd have the car delivered to his location that day. When I didn't hear from him, I called for an update. He told me he had personally picked up the car, and it was being inspected. "Why?" I asked, I had already agreed to buy the car. He said he just wanted to make sure he was selling me a sound car. This made no sense, but I went along with it. Two days later, no car.
The calls and text messages from the salesman dwindled until I found myself having to call from different phones to get Jose to answer the call. I eventually found a number for the customer service manager and shared my story. He assured me that he had spoken to the manager, and they would get the sale done. He told me to call in the morning.
Shortly after getting off the phone with Kenny, I received 3 calls within an hour. The first was from the salesman who said the car would be ready to pick up at 5 pm. The second was from the same salesman telling me the car was sold. The third was from a fifth salesman at another location trying to confirm an appointment for me to test drive the same car that was supposedly sold.
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a car purchase. It was everything consumers hate about buying a car. I felt compelled to warn future buyers. Below the surface, this company is not trustworthy, not reliable, and unresponsive. They didn't stand behind their word or their written agreement. LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!!

I tried to negotiate a deal via the net due to circumstances. This dealership would not put anything in writing, would not reply, but once to my offers for this auto, then finally sold the auto I was trying to buy. Do not deal with these guys.

We drove 45 minutes to find out they didn’t even know if they had the car. Once it was finally located the battery was actually dead and tire was flat. Their 2k+ surcharge for the locator is not obvious on their posts as well so all cars are marked 2k less than they actually are. Ended up going to a city dealership
BE WARNED!!!! - JA
I bought a manual transmission 2015 Subaru WRX on the 27th of July and the car seemed to be in great shape and even scored a 92 AutoCheck. On the 25th, just two days later. I had notified the manager Kevin, that the clutch was starting to slip but I was reassured that it would be replaced at no charge since I had just bought the car. Alright awesome!
Only that a day later the clutch burnt on the highway causing me to get the car towed back to the dealer when I was supposed to be at a funeral. I spent about 4 hours at the dealership only to be told that there was $1500 worth of damage done to the clutch and that I was expected to pay half. I told them I'd review my options since I now had to worry about transportation expenses that they could not alleviate even when work is so difficult at this time because of the COVID pandemic. I left the dealership disappointed in hopes that I'd get a call back soon with a solution. I patiently awaited their call but to no avail.
This was starting to frustrate me so I decided to call on the 1st of August just to be informed that they haven't even checked the car. On top of this, I made another call the following Monday to receive some good news but was informed that they were now looking at $2000 worth of damage and was still expecting me to pay $800 even with my current hardships. I told them that now I wanted to review my legal options since the fees were starting to stack up even with communication being so grim. They immediately responded to this saying to not worry and that now I would only pay $600.
I responded that I'd think about it and would like to pick up my insurance documentation I had left in the vehicle along with my contract for my attorney. When I arrived and grabbed my documents from the glovebox, all the documents I needed were gone! Turns out that it was the manager's day off and I'd have to wait another day to receive all my documents again. I am currently still talking to an attorney and hoping to take action so something like this won't happen to anyone else again.
Beware - Car Guy
I did the online application. I received a call from a salesman named David. He told me that I would need to bring 2000 with me to get a certain car even though the ad clearly states you can get the car with 0 down and you have 5 months to build your down payment.
I drove all the way to there dealership. The drive took me 1.5 hours to get there. I brought the down payment with me. They actually showed me the car. I was amazed at how much it was beat up. As a matter of fact the battery was dead on the car and I had to show the manager and lot guy how to properly jump the car.
I was taken inside the showroom. They had me sit down in front of this jerk finance guy. He asked me how much I had to put down. I told him exactly what the salesman told me to bring. I also told him since I had 5 months to come up with more down payment I would give him a total of 6000. He said sorry that 2000 is not enough up front. He said he would need more. I didnt even ask him what that was. I just walked out.
These guys are liars and over charge for all these vehicles. Not only are they charging about 10,000 over what the car is worth but they are charging a 29 percent interest rate on top of that. JUST Beware that they will bury you so far in $$ that you will never get out of the vehicle. It will break before you will ever pay it off.
There are way better places then this xxxx show.
You were warned.
Unprofessional - L3THAGR8@gmail.com
I had great respect for this dealership when I first went to visit their business. Of course they took care of me because they wanted my hard earned money and I had a qualifying credit score for pretty much any vehicle I wanted on the lot sadly several days later after I financed my vehicle I realized that there was a $895 charge added to my financing I immediately went to the dealership and spoke with the finance manager (OCTAVIO SANTAMARIA) and told him about this issue and then told me he would have a gentleman named Bryan handle the situation. On the date of my purchase I traded in a vehicle that I had for several years and brought with me on my military move from Arizona I didn't have the vehicle title in hand the date of the purchase and due to it being late they told me I could mail it in or bring it in a few months later I received a call asking me for the title and if I had found it and I explained to OCTAVIO SANTAMARIA that I had found it he also explained that I needed to bring my vehicle in because the dealership FAILED TO DO A VIN VERIFICATION I explained to OCTAVIO that I would not be driving across town for an issue that happened on their end and that he had FAILED TO GET MY REFUND BACK FOR MY WARRANTY THAT I DID NOT PURCHASE he then said YOU NEED TO GET DOWN HERE THIS IS NOT HOW WE DO BUSINESS AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE after this encounter I have no choice but to review this dealership as GARBAGE customer service should continue from the first purchase to your next It has been three weeks since I heard from OCTAVIO and have as of yet to hear from Bryan about my $895 nor have I spoke with the manager of the dealership nor have I received my license plates from the DMV I would advise anyone who is planning to purchase from here to steer clear of the place unless you have no other option
Dishonest Business Practices - thegreentreefrog
The Dealer adds $2,000 in protection devices to the vehicles final invoice? Every vehicle they sell has this $2,000 added to it .WHY? it boosts their NET profit and gives them a $2,000 advantage when negotiating the final price. What are these PROTECTION devices that you must have on your Vehicle?
The first is Codes that are hidden in the door frame and other locations (NO ITS NOT LOJACK) its just numbers on a plate cost to you $995 REALLY? The Next is a UV protector added to the cars Finish commonly sold everywhere today its a CERAMIC COATING (not permanent and needs to be maintained. These Ceramic coatings can be applied yourself for about $35. BUT THEY GET $995. WOW !
Are you started to feel protected or RIPPED OFF?

What a joke! Got there around 4:25 for the service. I just need to order some accessories and installation. The guy name Christopher said the service closed already at 4:30pm and asked me to come back tomorrow..... The website says 5pm, I called to the dealer just to confirm, surely the receptionist also said 5pm. I am very upset!!
Nice way to lose a customer!! 👏🏻 Also emailed to the GM, I wonder how the management will react to this type of situation.

I’ve bought a car from karplus warehouse and I had excellent experience, always thought used cars dealership is not a place you can trust but after my experience I highly recommend it to friend and family and I’ll definitely will buy my next car from Karplus Warehouse as well, first of all their prices is way lower than any other dealership I went to buy my 2016 Land Rover discovery 😍, when I applied for a loan they got me unbelievably low interest rate than what I expected and my finance manager (Max) was better than perfect and honest, I’ve read many comments about gps locator that many people were complaining about it but what I find out is even with the gps locator system you are still paying at least couple grand less than any other dealership plus the benefit and the service you’ll get for the anti theft device. I promised Max to write this review and I’m doing it because I felt somehow I have to thanks Karplus for the service they offered me. Thank you Karplus 🙏🏻
I bought a Subaru WRX on June 13th, 2020, due to Covid 19... - Lorena De la Ossa
I bought a Subaru WRX on June 13th, 2020, due to Covid 19 the loan wasnt processed on time by the dealership. Despite my requests for Chase loan's Bills, SUBARU Santa Monica Dealer kept saying that soon I'll get them by mail. After 2 months I drove to S. M. Dealership and met the manager, I expressed my worrisome for not receiving the bills for payments, SM manager said, ok, leave the money here and we'll send it to CHASE and fix the billing problem. Guess what, I received a notification from Credit report that S.M dealership never submitted any information and I was late 60 days. I creadit scored ruinned, after 2 months im still fighting for my right, NEGLIGENCE, Incompetence, Ineptude runs in that building. SSM and CHase work together and they dont communicate, a letter and basic clarification takes 2 months??? There is no service, no respect once they take your money you dont exist.
This is by far the most uncomfortable and unprofessional... - Esmeralda.firstname.lastname@example.org
This is by far the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience ever. My boyfriend and I live 40minutes away from this location we met with a couple sales people yesterday and they reassured us that they would help us out in any way possible, with that in mind we came home and decided to go back today to purchase the car we had been eyeing out. Before we started any paper work my boyfriend specifically told our sales person more than 6 times to NOT run our credit more than 1 time AND again he reassured us that he would take good care of us and that he would make sure that wouldn’t happen.. but he did the total opposite. Long story short our sales person started helping other clients and didn’t pay attention to what his finance worker was doing because HE RAN BOTH OF OUR CREDIT more than 6 times!!! After we realized they had done that we were both STILL willing to work with them and we spoke to different sales people and they all refused to help us with better pricing.
I have purchased a car in the past with the dealership.... - Jose B
I have purchased a car in the past with the dealership. This week I was told about another car I am looking to purchase on Wednesday. Was quoted a price on Thursday and when I went on Friday to purchase and take it home I was told it had been sold before I even got the quote. Was very disappointed that I drop 30 minutes on way to find this out. It feels like because they are so big they are not worried about individuals. Also, they just had a big sales month, so they seem unconcerned. Needless to say, they will have to wow me to get me back.
