This was by far the WORST experience for purchasing a brand new car fully paid same day. I was sold a USED car as new. I was called less then a week later regarding this vehicle, because it wasn’t to be removed from the service area, because they were working on it. There was two nails, in two separate tires, as well as I almost had 3 accidents on the freeway with the engine slowing down. I was then harassed by all star which is a low jack service attached to the car, but since they hadn’t properly taken the previous previous owner off the vehicle, they were playing with my lights, are either during annoying tactics until I took the vehicle back. In the mist of this I had been taking the car back numerous times for multiple recalls on my vehicle that they were unable to fix

We visited Simi Valley Chevrolet on April 11th with the intention of purchasing a new 2021 Bolt LT advertised at $25,772. With the $3,000 Costco discount we expected a $22,772 price. After arriving and being told Ed Mallory, whom we made the appointment with, was not there the receptionist proceeded to take us on the test drive whilst knowing nothing about the car. When we arrived back at the dealership we went to discuss numbers and a $3,500 security system was added to the total price and we were told it could not be removed. Everyone at the dealership was rude the entire time and showed no interest in selling their cars at the advertised prices. Take your business elsewhere, your time will be wasted here and you will not be taken seriously.

I drove over 150 Miles almost 3 hour drive to this place so they could just lie to me. The deal was done already I just needed to go in and sign paperwork and Sal the manager comes out and adds 2k to the deal we already had. They got no honor in this place and bunch of clowns can’t believe they made me waste my time and money like that. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody, all they sale is lies here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
