Buying a car from Marian Dailey was the most pleasant, easiest auto purchase I have ever made! I highly recommend Marian at Silver Star! She found the car I was looking for and provided a great finance rate too! After the paperwork was complete, she sat in the car with me and showed me how to use all of the extras that come with the car. She even followed up the next day to make sure I was still loving my new car. I can't say enough good things about Marian!!

They are the worst of the worst. My first experience with them was awful, but I got my second car from them again recently (paying over a 1000 dollars a month). Malika, the sales person was the rudest and pushed my to sign the contract. She gave me a ton of false promises, including taking my other car (leased from them as well) without me having to pay an extra penny for it. Mercedes has now sent me a letter asking for so many different charges for the old car. When I finally was able to see Malika at the dealership (she wouldn't answer my phone calls and texts), she said, her manager has told her that because I didn't leave a good review for her, she doesn't have to answer to me anymore!!!

Stay away from their service department. They have serious theft of personal items going on there. After I dropped my car off and came to pick it up , it was ransacked and items were stolen. The reason I noticed is because when i was dropping it off i purposely covered the items, hiding them in passenger seat and putting things on top. So when I got my car back the first thing I did was check for the items hidden. everything was turned over and the things were missing. I reported to the manager on duty and he thought that I was crazy. It was Thursday. He told me they will check all of the cameras and the service manager will get back to me on Monday when he returns back to work. By Wednesday nobody called so we called them and the manager was very rude and unprofessional and said that they cant do anything about it. didnt even offer an apology. My personal property was invaded and items stolen and nothing was done about it.
Customers beware. Horrible Horrible dealership!
