Everyone I dealt with was professional and extremely friendly. I went into the dealership expecting to need a cosigner for a loan on a car but they worked really hard to make it possible for me to get a loan on my own and keep the monthly payments at what I said was personally affordable. There was no need for negotiating or getting multiple quotes, which is what I've dealt with at other dealerships. The first offer they came to me with was what I needed. I was able to get the car I really wanted, (which has never been an option for me for multiple reasons) at a price I could afford, without a cosigner, which also I never thought would be possible. They helped me accomplish a personal goal. I never post reviews (horrible I know) but I cannot express enough how amazing my experience here was and if someone thinks the way I did about trying to get a new car hopefully this will encourage them to try!

In December of 2017, we had leased a brand new 2018 BMW... - armenohani
In December of 2017, we had leased a brand new 2018 BMW 330i from Rusnak BMW in Thousand Oaks, CA. All regular maintenance services were included in our lease deal. Therefore, all necessary services were performed at an authorized BWM dealer when it was due. On July 12, 2020, around 11:15 p.m., while my son was driving home, the car got on fire with no apparent reason. The entire front of the car was charred! Fire Department was called immediately and they put out the fire. Fire Department report shows that cause of ignition is “Failure of equipment or heat source”. Luckily, my son noticed the flame right away and left the car on the side of the road. If this incident would have happened on the freeway, my son’s life could have been jeopardized big time! Even though my insurance company paid the residual value of the car (less my deductable amount) to BMW financials, they still demanded to get paid my deductable amount immediately. They had their collection department call & harass us once every two weeks for this payment. Needless to say, we were furious and called Betsy Hohmann, the Executive Customer Care of BMW of North America in Westwood, NJ to explain our disappointment on our car fire and handling of issues we were confronting with their collection department. In order to find out the cause of fire, Betsy wanted to inspect the car which was held by my insurance company for 30 days only. Since Betsy’s group was unorganized and didn’t make an appointment on time to inspect the car, our BMW was sold by my insurance company. Considering that car wasn’t available for inspection anymore, Betsy offered to give us $3500 loyalty fee if we purchased a new BMW and pay off our insurance deductable in the amount of $2500 as well. Per Betsy's offer, we ended up purchasing a new BMW from an authorized dealer in San Antonio, Texas. Per Betsy’s request, the dealer and us, forwarded proof of purchase to Betsy so we can get paid and settle our differences. Unfortunately, Betsy wouldn’t accept our provided proof of purchase, regardless of what we and the dealer provided. She kept giving us excuse why our provided documents were not sufficient. After 4 months of communications and due to Betsy’s empty promises I filed a law suit against the BMW of North America and Rusank BMW to settle our differences in court. Within 10 days of my law suit filing, Betsy responded via email that she’ll issue a check in the amount of $6k . Unfortunately, due to my law suit, I finally got the check from Betsy after so many months of aggravation dealing with an extremely unprofessional way of handling a simple case which could have turned deadly and caused loss of my son’s life. Frankly, I’ve owned numerous BMWs for over 25 years and never confronted such a horrible ordeal like our BMW 330i. I will never buy another BMW for as long as Betsy Hohmann remains an Executive Customer Care of BMW North America. Shame on BMW of North America who hires employees like Betsy who give xxxx to their loyal customers like me!!!

Literally the worst dealership/business I have ever come across. To describe my experience as nightmarish would be a gross understatement. Moreover, to type out every transgression that evinces how unbelievably unprofessional and dishonest this dealership is would take up more energy that I don’t have after two weeks of dealing with them.
I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle here and am still dealing with all of the tech problems it possesses. Further, stock equipment wasn’t included with the car (tools, etc)-I’m guessing they were hoping I wouldn’t find out. The car was never detailed as promised which resulted in a delay. Systems weren’t calibrated at all which resulted in more delays and me having to call Porsche NA a billion times to do what Rusnak should have done once I took possession. Later, while “attempting” to calibrate the aforementioned systems, the mechanics at Rusnak stole a tire pressure gauge out of my car, tore a hole into the leather of the driver’s seat, and scratched the top of the driver’s side door.
This place in general and the people who staff it are absolutely reprehensible-and some are literally thieves! It starts with Goldberg and permeates all the way down. Preserve your sanity and stay away from this horrid place. I rue the day I walked into their door and signed the bottom line. No car is worth this experience!

The rep even let me know that if I got my trade-in quoted at CarMax beforehand then they had to accept it in our transaction. All in all, it felt like they were listening to me and allowing me to find the car that I wanted. Low pressure and very friendly, knowledgeable team. They have a great selection to choose from and will move vehicles located at other lots to a central place for you to try all at once. Had a great experience and am very happy with my new car. Our son purchased a beautiful BMW 335i in the summer of 2017, with tan leather interior and wood grain trim. Mike had explained everything about the car and our son was very happy with the purchase. Here it is two years later and our sons car runs perfectly. In November 2018, our Toyota was totaled by a car passing a red light. We went to MDK first because of our sons positive experience. We purchased a beautiful Toyota Sienna Limited, with the same color scheme (tan and wood grain interior) like our son has, and the car is great for our grandchildren with the video, during our long trips that we regularly take. Mike took care of everything we had concerns about and Darya was so nice taking care of the financial end. These people are very honest and do their best to please the customer. We will always go to them first if we need another car. We wanted to wait and see how the car was before we wrote this review, and now it is 8 months since we purchased it and it runs beautifully. We are very happy with this purchase and this Company, and highly recommend MDK.

I am so grateful to both Abe & Kay for helping me through the process of buying my mother a safe/reliable car. After making an appointment with them (through the website) and discussing what I had in mind, Abe guided me in what he professionally thought was the best choice for her.
Kay assisted me with getting all of the paperwork and financial matters taken care of discretely so that I could return on a different day and surprise my mother. As you can see, she really had no idea except that we were browsing for cars, until I handed her the keys. The personal service & patience with me was amazing as they truly cared to help me with my situation. I never felt rushed, the pricing of the car was very reasonable and the car is great! I do not think I would've had this experience if I went elsewhere to shop around for other used cars.

I bought a manual transmission 2015 Subaru WRX on the 27th of July and the car seemed to be in great shape and even scored a 92 AutoCheck. On the 25th, just two days later. I had notified the manager Kevin, that the clutch was starting to slip but I was reassured that it would be replaced at no charge since I had just bought the car. Alright awesome!
Only that a day later the clutch burnt on the highway causing me to get the car towed back to the dealer when I was supposed to be at a funeral. I spent about 4 hours at the dealership only to be told that there was $1500 worth of damage done to the clutch and that I was expected to pay half. I told them I'd review my options since I now had to worry about transportation expenses that they could not alleviate even when work is so difficult at this time because of the COVID pandemic. I left the dealership disappointed in hopes that I'd get a call back soon with a solution. I patiently awaited their call but to no avail.
This was starting to frustrate me so I decided to call on the 1st of August just to be informed that they haven't even checked the car. On top of this, I made another call the following Monday to receive some good news but was informed that they were now looking at $2000 worth of damage and was still expecting me to pay $800 even with my current hardships. I told them that now I wanted to review my legal options since the fees were starting to stack up even with communication being so grim. They immediately responded to this saying to not worry and that now I would only pay $600.
I responded that I'd think about it and would like to pick up my insurance documentation I had left in the vehicle along with my contract for my attorney. When I arrived and grabbed my documents from the glovebox, all the documents I needed were gone! Turns out that it was the manager's day off and I'd have to wait another day to receive all my documents again. I am currently still talking to an attorney and hoping to take action so something like this won't happen to anyone else again.

The Next is a UV protector added to the cars Finish commonly sold everywhere today its a CERAMIC COATING (not permanent and needs to be maintained. These Ceramic coatings can be applied yourself for about $35. BUT THEY GET $995. WOW !
