Had visited a couple other dealerships prior to reaching out to MK Smith Chevrolet regarding one of their used vehicles for sale. I guess you can say I had "had it" with sales MEN, that when Zaira, a female, responded to my inquiry, it was refreshing and I was hopeful!! When I was able to make it out, Zaira was off, so she put me in touch with her colleague, Stacie. Stacie was warm, welcoming, and all around PLEASANT to work with. Stacie was like a BFF ~ just trying to make my experience worthwhile, relaxed, and putting my needs first. She spent time trying to get my payment where I wanted it, and made it come true!! Joseph and Sean were equally as AMAZING! Joseph worked his magic to get my extended warranty added on without really moving my payment much, and Sean offered me MORE for my trade-in than another dealership (which alleviated me from having to drive all the way to Temecula). All in all, the process was seamless, took just over 3 hours total and I walked out with the car I had been searching for!!! I cannot thank this team of professionals enough. Their courteousness, professionalism, and kindness is unsurpassed in this business. I know you will find the same success here ~ just ask for Stacie and Sean!!

It was an oil change and tire rotation. No biggie. They are always a little slow. And why do they ALWAYS take air out of my tires? Enough that my truck dings at me to add air? EVERY time I ask them not to do that and they still air down by ten PSI. Below what the plate on my door and what's printed on my tires?

Unhappy Customer - unhappy customer
I made an appt. to have a recall services done on my chevy volt. I showed up on 6/29/19 at 810am. Appts & non-appts are taken at the same time. Why make an appt.? Long line for service dept. Car behind me asked if I could move up so he could get through the drieway to get to his job at the dodge dealership. I move my car sidways in the line but the back of my car is still in the line. The line starts to move and the car behind me zooms in and kicks me out of the line. I try to get back in and the 2nd car behind me refuses to let me in. Now no one will let me back in. I've been waiting 20 min in line. I leave my car and walk to the service dept. I speak w/ Jerry who tells me he will assist me as soon as he is done with his customer. He doesn't and proceeds to assist the next customer in line. I speak with Jerry again and he says he will help me. He speaks to the customer that kicked me out of the lane in Spanish. He then moves on to speak with the 2nd person who was behind me in the line. He states I am trying to cut in the line. What?? I have an 8am appt. I've now been waiting over 30 min. and Jerry does absolutely nothing to resolve this situation. He tells me to go to the end of the line. I was fuming. I waited an hour in line to get this recall service completed and I had an 8am appt. Why have appts? While waiting in line, I had to call the front office 3x to get an actual person. I left a msg for the service dept. manager since I was told that he wasn't in the office yet when I called. If it wasn't the last day for the service, I would have left and gone to a different chevy dealership. I made the appt. for a reason. It didn't matter if you had one, you were seen in order of the line. Jerry did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. There should be better and more detailed customer service training provided to their employees so situaitons like these can be avoided and handled in a professional matter. My husband was late for work due to this chaos. I will NEVER return to this place. I will tell EVERYONE I know about the poor customer service that is provided at this dealership.
went in to get my car checked out since it was leaking... - luiibarra88
went in to get my car checked out since it was leaking and soon as i pulled up to there drive and opened my hood the service advisor (Ricardo) told me it would be $180 since i didn't have warranty due to having short tube headers and an intake (don't know how that voids warranty if its not causing any problems (Magnuson moss warranty act) i ended up leaving my car and once they said they "found" the problem they told me there is oil sitting underneath my supercharger which i obviously already knew thats why i took it in, i contacted Edelbrock and the manager from edelbrock spoke with my advisor and were suppose to keep in touch when they both agreed to do a smoke test, not once dis the manager from edelbrock hear from Ricardo the advisor they did the smoke test and said "we think its leaking from the front main sea" they also charged me $180 for a smoke test and didn't get straight to the problem literally only saying "we think" so i ended up paying $360 for some xxxxxxxx xxx service that didn't even find my problem but still took $360 out of my pockets these guys think your dumb don't let these guys make a fool out of you. definitely would not recommend this dealership to anyone at all. xxxx is xxxxing ridiculous. i will be back to argue my money back with the Magnuson moss warranty act you can have aftermarket parts and still have warranty, if your mods are causing your car problems then your warranty is voided but THEY HAVE TO PROVE THAT THE AFTERMARKET PARTS ARE CAUSING THE PROBLEM WHICH THEY COULDN'T DO.

1 - I leased a vehicle from them 3 years ago and they sold me excess wear and tear insurance. After returning the vehicle I got a bill for excess wear and tear!! Called them and was rudely told that I need to fend for myslef, and although i bought the insurance from them they will not do anything to help.
2 -- GM financial -- they are charging me a disposition fee and say that can only be waived if I bought another car and financed it through GM financial.
Word of advise -- go somewhere else!

So many good experiences until I had to leave my truck... - Chevy lover for life
So many good experiences until I had to leave my truck there for a cv axle leaking oil at only 20k miles. They changed the seal and I had my truck back next day. A couple months went by and then my suspension came apart on the freeway. I went across all lanes and then back over off the freeway into the dirt. I was safe and no damage to the truck. The nut on the ball joint had warped loose, because it was NOT “torqued to specs” from the assembly after they replaced the seal. I had it towed back to the dealer on a windy day and the service writers wouldn’t even come outside to assess it and know what I would need for a loaner vehicle. Also this is my work truck that I rely on. The service writer said he doesn’t know if it will be covered because I “may have just hit a curb” I was beyond upset! Anyway, the manager Ron took over and finally came outside to assess the truck and see what I needed for a loaner work truck. That’s when everything went from bad to absolutely horrific. I brought my truck in scratch free and meticulously maintained by myself and only myself ever since I left the dealer. I get a call that my truck was hit on the fender, so I went in immediately to find my fender damaged and greasy hand prints all over the truck. I look underneath and everything is still broken and apart. Gets even better, the parts were never ordered after over a week had went by. I was promised my truck to be kept inside and safe in their hands with the best care, to not worry. Now I have a truck less than a year old with a replacement fender and paint job. Most important, I bought a brand new work truck for safety and reliability. Which was compromised, due to incompetent mechanics not torquing one nut and risking my life among many others traveling at the time it happened. I will never ever go there again, I have lost all faith and trust in this dealership. Disappointment is an understatement. UPDATE THEY PUT A BAD CARFAX ON MY TRUCK FROM THEIR OWN DAMAGES TO MY TRUCK!!! They are the absolute worst!!!

Just not a good over all experience on the initial sale.... - happyweller
Just not a good over all experience on the initial sale. Then worse on service. Total rip off.
Stock on hand was minimal and had 4kmi on the one I was interested in. Salesman threw in floor mats that weren't for the truck I looked at.
Service department charged me $85.00 to tell me they couldn't fix the trouble on my truck.
If you're looking for service for your ride in Orange... - Stumbo
If you're looking for service for your ride in Orange County/Los Angeles, please give Showcase Chevrolet a call. They have a great website at: http://www.showcasechevrolet.net/. I was extremely satisfied with everything about their operation.
I took my 2004 Corvette Z06 CE in for service based on recommendations I found on Corvette web sites and based on the fact that my daughter recently purchased a new Tahoe from the same dealership. I wasn't disappointed.
My car has 3k miles, is kept covered in the garage, and still has the new car smell. Essentially, it's still a new car and I intend to keep it that way. Showcase returned my car in pristine condition and looking as good as it did going in.
Alvin/Steve (service reps) have excellent communication skills. They kept in touch about the status of my car and took the time to answer all my questions, especially since I took it in the day the dealer warranty was to run out. I wanted everything checked and rechecked to make sure there were no warranty items that would be overlooked and where the cost would come out of my pocket if I had to fix them in the future.
The maintenance required at this time was called Maintenance II(oil change/inspection) and adjusting the handbrake. Also, GM had a free air filter parts/installation that was included due to the recent fires in Souther California. It was much appreciated because there was so much ash in the air for so many days.
In addition, based on my readings of Corvette web sites, it was recommended that the brake fluid be changed every two years. Alvin had my brake fluid tested and it was determined that it contained no air bubbles and looked to be in fine condition. This fact was documented on my paperwork and initialed by Alvin. There was not charge for their testing and I saved close to $100.
While I was waiting for my car, I also spoke with the finance manager (sorry, can't remember her name) who took her time to explain the different options available regarding extended warranties.
When I was checking out, I received a $10 off gift card which was partially applied to my initial service and the remainder to be applied to my next service. The cashier/receptionist was also very friendly and helpful (sorry, can't remember her name). Even the showroom salesman was cordial since I was checking out the seats of a new Corvette to see how they compared to my 2004.
While I didn't meet him, the service manager, Mr. Pattison, should be recognized for running such a fine shop.
