I had the most awesome, professional experience when I purchased a vehicle from Puente Hills Toyota. The Outstanding Customer Service that each employee gave us during our visit was exceptional!! We were greeted by someone when we drove up. When we got out of our car he asked how he could help us. We advised him we were working with Lupe via email. He took us in and got us in touch with our sales consultant Enio Jaimes. Enio was very excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and took great care of us. We were the last sale of the night and he waited until he could hand us our keys before he went home. The 2019 RAV4 we purchased was very clean and the gas tank was filled up. Jose Diaz in finance was excellent as well. He really treated us like a member of his family. He made sure we were taken care of. I thought I was being financed by one company but to my surprise I was actually financed with Toyota Finance. Jose did promise us he would get us with the best finance company and he did. Thank you so much Puente Hills Toyota!!! We will defiantly come back to purchase again!!

Three stars for now with the hope to raise to five stars soon. This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Orange and have been extremely satisfied with the sales team. There is an unresolved over payment of more than $500 in sales tax on the most recent transaction. This is not to blame Toyota of Orange for the overage but rather to express disappointment in the lack of follow up to our request for resolution. Specifically our vehicle is garaged in the unincorporated area of the 92705 zip code, not in the City of Santa Ana. The accounting software could not be adjusted at point of sale so we agreed to overpay the sales tax with an understanding that the dealership would file a claim on our behalf and refund the over payment of sales tax. Please Toyota of Orange answer my emails. You will get more stars by continuing the discussion as we agreed to when we bought your wonderful vehicle.

Here is some advice if you are planning to buy a car here. Be prepared for unethical but legal tricks aimed to maximize their profit.
They list all of their used cars at a price well below what they actual want to get for the car. According to their sales manager Jake Mottram, all of their used cars have a $1300 required dealer add-on that is supposed to provide "tracking and performance" data. In all of their listings, they bury this crucial detail so you cant find it: "Advertised price is plus any dealer installed accessories." This is what they use to justify the unjustified mark-up. Its a scam.
This lets them price their vehicles below their honest competitors, which in turn, gives them higher rankings on cars.com, cargurus, etc and earns them a "Great Price" badge on their listings. In reality, if you add the non-negotiable $1300 add on fee, their vehicles quickly fall to the "Overpriced" category.
Also, they will attempt to run your credit before you negotiate the price - they acted surprised when I wanted to negotiate - so be sure you agree on price before they pull your credit.

Took in my Scion XB for 30k service this afternoon and was very happy with the excellent service. My service advisor was Daniel Choo - he was courteous, prompt, fair, reasonable, and took the time to explain and provide advise on the details/items involved in the service. Never felt any pressure ... and ended up just getting what I really needed done at this point and at the same time got the recommendations for anything that needed to be addressed in the future. These dealer scheduled maintenance are usually never a good experience (expensive, unreasonable, etc.) but Mr. Choo made the experience a lot more pleasant and I will not hesitate to come back to this Toyota dealership in the future.

Don't go there, worse services, un-professional. I looked for sienna, I told them I can pay off, so give a good deal. There was last left, the sticker price is $43k, they quote final price was $57k include tax. I was so xxxx off and try to leave. Then they hold my ID and try to stop me to argue the price. I don't even wanna say one more word to these xxxxer. This was super bad experience ever.

Took my 2020 here after it was stolen and vandalized. Drive up and a service manager came up and asked if I had an apt. No greeting, nothing. I said yes. He replied what can we do for you. I told him I needed my fuses checked because of the theft. He said the inspection would be (if I can remember it correctly) $169. I told him no, I just needed the fuses checked. He proceeded to repeat the same sentence about 10 times until he said that I wasn't going to raise my voice at him and walked off. What?? A lady came out, Mariena. I told her the issue with him and my car, explained that as a single mother with 3 kids, I could not just throw away money like an entire inspection. Especially when I was about 99% sure it was the fuses. She had a guy come out and look at the box and he said nothing was wrong. So I left. Super upset at how I was treated. Mariena made it better, but he still ruined my day. Same issue a few days later, so I went back. This time speaking to the gm. He told me Theallze would take care of me. She took me to Steven, told him to look over the car and it would be covered on my part. Left it to them overnight. Next day I get a call from Steven. He said it doesn't look good, more than likely a total loss. Wth!!! He said labor was already at $1500. One day!!!!! So dashboard was last resort. He said the guy was so smart he wiped the system clean. I was horrified. Called the detective working the case and asked crying if they could get him for anything else. Next day I get a text. " Great news susan! We fixed your car you can come to pick it up. I asked what the problem was. He said fuses!!!!!! A couple other things, but fuses!!!! Then he told me it would cost $825!!!!!! Lord jesus I almost died! I told him no way I am paying that!!! It was what I had told them and they said no! So he called back, said they would give 50% off. I told him I'd come in later. Came in he politely argued with me for a min then went to get Theallze. She was gunning for an argument the second I saw her walking out. Right away she asked so what's the problem. I began with the fist guy and she said that had nothing to do with anything. I told her yes it did because he started the spiral of the mess proceeded to tell her everything else, about him possibly totalling out the car etc. He flat out called me a liar. I said get the recordings!!!! I have no need to lie! He said they took care of me cus usually they gave a contract and to put money down but it was as a favor for me. Uhm. What!!!! He finally said if he did say it,his bad. He did say it!!! Theallze interpreted and told me to take my car, I wouldn't be charged anything but I was no longer a customer of theirs. She was disgusting. I told her she was a manager and had no business speaking like that. Where is the guest service!!! I got in my car and left. Got home and found multiple phones programed in my cars bluetooth from them!!!! And the speakers now rattle when it's on so my speakers are blown!!! And my heater doesn't work still!!!!!!! Costa Mesa toyota I should have gone there. Now I regret it. I was taken advantage of then made to feel like I was trying to get my car for free. Awful
