We bought a Honda Civic from Ball Honda with 100% satisfaction! First Mr Gabe setup our appointment via the email to see Mr. Bernard Brown. Mr. Bernard got for us the deal as good as it could be, that included as many discounts in addition to military discount of $500, and a good financing interest rate 1.9% for 60 months. I'd like to specially personally thank Mr. Roberto Saive (or Saivz? please correct me if I made wrong spell). Mr. Roberto helped introduce us a dozen of cars for us to choose the one we liked (my wife liked the red one most). After the deal was made, he helped clean it up, showed us how to use, and finally drove the car to our home. I'd like to thank you again, and highly recommended anyone who is considering buying a Honda at least give them a chance to visit/email/phone.

I have peace of mind to drive to Riverside in a 23 year old car. I will also be bringing my car in for further repairs this week and he offered to pay for a rental so I do not have to miss work. I always have a good experience with the service department. Marco is very professional and makes sure all my concerns are addressed. I also like that he lets me know that they will try and have my car done in a timely manner but there may be delays.
I think there should be a message when you schedule online to that effect to avoid customers getting upset when their wait is longer. Maybe all service techs should relay that message as well. Multiple times I have encountered angry customers in the waiting area due to the long wait times even when they have a scheduled appointment. I’m sure the mechanics are doing their best to get cars done but I feel if the mechanics are rushed they may miss something. Maybe you would have less angry customers and a happier staff. One other thing about the online experience, it states “do you need a rental while you’re car is serviced “which makes it seem like Honda will give you a loaner while you’re car is being serviced. Maybe you should state you have to pay a fee and you will be shuttled over to the car rental dealer.

I am more than pleased with my experience at Hoehn Honda and more specifically with the service received by my dealer, Angelina. Her professionalism and friendliness made the entire car buying experience a pleasure. When I was shopping, Angelina spent the time with me to make sure I was in a car that I loved, then made sure I understood all of its features and benefits before I ever drove off of the lot. When I came back to purchase the vehicle, I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend Angelina and Hoehn if you are in the market for a Honda.

Dont come to buy a car from that dealership. One Loatia guy is very stupid. He attempted to push me into buying the car without letting me to see the car. He asked if I am comfortable with the listed price as I have not seen the car directly yet. How can we buy a car without a test drive and check for any scratches or other dents! He treated me as I don't have money to buy the car.

Unfortuntely, my first experience with Pacific Honda Service Center was poor. I was quoted $1450 and ended up paying $2000 for the repairs. I don't like surprise charges specially when I had already been quoted a certain amount. It's just unprofessional and opportunistic.
