Purchase process was easy. No pressure and by far the best car buying experience I have experienced. No big up-sell pressure in the finance office made this a really pleasant experience.

The General Manager at this location, Samer K, provides... - Doublejg
The General Manager at this location, Samer K, provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any dealership. I was attempting to drop off my lease, and the he told me that they couldn’t accept it. I told him I talked to a lady at that location the day prior and she told me to bring it on by and it would be taken in without any problems. Samer, the General Manager, said, “Did you lease it from us?” I told him that I did not but I’ve serviced at this location. “If you didn’t lease from us, I don’t care where you serviced. I’m not taking your car.” I told him that the weekend receptionist told me that it’d be no problem. He responded, again, with, “Yeah I’m not taking it. Go back to where you got it from. I’m not taking your car.” I’m completely floored by this level of service. The other brand I’m currently leasing has accepted leases from other dealerships with no trouble, and not even the sales people spoke to me with such disrespect. Not only will I and my family and friends never visit this store again, we will never go with a Dodge product. Mark my words when I say that Dodge corporate will be hearing about this and other negative experiences I’ve had here but chose to brush under the rug until now.
I first briefly visited Perry Jeep National City before... - Macie
I first briefly visited Perry Jeep National City before the holidays on literally my first day looking at cars. I did not know which car I wanted to buy at that time and salesperson Nacho showed me a car that I was interested in. After a few weeks of researching and comparing with other cars I decided to return and buy the first car I had seen except for a different model/trim and sunroof. I asked for the same salesperson Nacho because I had a good first impression of him and I thought he would be excited that we had returned to buy the car. He actually didn’t even remember us and he left us standing out in the freezing weather for 20 minutes. Then he walked us over to car I had picked out online and antibloqueo stated that he would need us to give social security numbers tone and get preapproved if we wanted to test drive or look at the car further. It was so abrupt and shocking that we were being blocked from even looking at a car that we were there excited to buy. We were paying all cash so we shouldnt have to be forced to give out a lot of personal information without even being able to look at the car or test drive it. Just grateful that we got to see the red flags before getting into an actual buying stage with this shady and unprofessional salesperson and dealership.
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. They will try to take advantage... - James W
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. They will try to take advantage of you. First they appraise my vehicle at 14,500 which didn't seem right since KBB had a trade in range of 19,000 to 21,000. They worked a deal using my trade of 14,500 and told me the lease would be roughly $550 a month. I went to carmax and was offered 19,500 for my trade. Jack Powell agreed to match and worked a deal on the same car for $525 a month. How does $5000 more for my trade equate to only a $25 difference monthly...BS. Then I show them a lease I got approved for through another Dodge dealer using chrysler capital for $480 a month. They do a deal on a different car they have on the lot and want $530 a month. They claim their car has a package the other one does not. That is true but the car for $480 has a $3500 package theirs does not. The cars are the same year and model. Their car cost $200 more. How does that add $50 a month...again BS. I would of already purchased the other one but it is still enroute to the dealer. Guess I will wait the week and a half to get it. Do not be a sucker and buy from this dealership....THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!
Update: After my post they offered me $469 a month but asked if I would take my review down. Hmm I guess the truth hurts. Now Jack Powell responds and tells me to contact Michael Lopez but no response. This dealership is shady....STAY AWAY!
