Jon was friendly, fast, and very efficient. Market West Motors is small, and is nothing like dealing with a large dealership--Jon runs everything and there are no middle-men to go through. But like a dealership, he helps to take care of all of the paper work and gets you on the road fast. So it's the best of both worlds: Craigslist-level used car prices with dealership service. I'm really happy with the 2014 Prius Plug-In that he sold me. Don't bother making low-balls though, he's immune to offers on cars that he has priced competitively already :D

I already had my financing taken care of, however Mike in finance was able to find me a local Credit Union who had an amazing interest rate compared to my bank. Literally saved me thousands. They could have just sold me the vehicle and took the money, however Mike went out of his way to save me and my family some of our hard earned money. The first car I bought at Mossy, a 2000 Ford Explorer needed to be replaced after 238,000 miles. I met Caleb over the phone, and we completed a deal for a barely used 2018 Escape, which Caleb delivered that afternoon. We also have a Fusion we bought from Mossy in 2015.

Let me start out by saying that this and other places like this place should be shut down.
My grandson and I were totally scammed into buying a used car, the dealership must have done something to the dash readings to show not accurate info.
After only around 5 months the engine on the vehicle has blown, we are looking at different mechanics to see what can be done, and it comes down to the same prognosis, the engine needs to be replace.
The dealership knew that the car was a totale lemon but made sure to make the car seem great.
This world is a horrible place, and people like these at this dealership make you really see how horrible it is, how do they sleep at night.
If I could I would give a -star cause they don't deserve not even a 1 star.

Bought car on July 16 put 5K plus got talked into trading in my car. I recieved great service by Jules. David was financial salesman Andrew was person who I dealt with regarding letter I got via fed ex on August 3rd stating that finance could not be found don't have great credit however was led to believe that financing was done even got name of financial institution on contract. They were letting me know that I had to return car. Called dealer was told trade was sold now have to start process of getting another car plus my trade in is gone.

1. Told the sales lady I'd buy the car for 10k our the door, we agreed and shook on it. Two hours waiting to get into finance office and the amount was 400 more out the door. 2. Another 2 hours with the Finance lady who wouldn't let me have bottom of title (release of liability) for my trade, got a letter from dmv today suspending registration for my trade. (they never took it out of my name). 3
GM Certified warranty wasn't turned in to GM, so when I smelled coolant the first day I got home it spent a month in the shop waiting for the warranty to get put into the system with GM because this dealer dropped the ball. 4. They must skip the heater when inspecting certified used vehicles. Ended up being a leaking heater core. They lost 4 stars, and earned this rating. Will not shop here again, don't recommend you do either.

Service department is terrible for Ford service - Unhappy
The service advisor promised to call me after my car was dropped off at 10 AM. He didn't call. I called the next day and he promised my car would be done by the following morning. I drove to pick up my car and the advisor wasn't in. The work (recall) wasn't done. A trim part I ordered wasn't delivered. Another advisor hustled to try to help. He was the only advisor working. Under the circumstances, he did an excellent job. There seems to be a staffing problem.
I waited two hours and the work was completed minus the trim part. The original advisor presented me with a bill without reviewing it item by item. I insisted upon a review and found that the bill included the installation of the trim part. I asked to have this item emoved from the bill although I did pay for the part. Now, 4 days later, I am calling to see if the part is available for pickup. It is my intent to have some other service provider install the part because no one could assure me the 1 hour installation would be completed in a timely fashion. Now no one in the service advisor department is answering their phone. No one has responded to my messages.
There seems to be a staffing problem both in the advisor and the technician department.
Dishonest Car Dealer - Displeased customer
THIS PLACE IS VERY DISHONEST, They gave us xxxx when we bought our car. 3 weeks after we bought a 12 thousand dollar car from them, the car broke down and left me stranded in the middle of a very busy intersection with my kids inside. They came and towed the car and said they would take a look at it, it took them 3 weeks for them to get back with us and tell us that the engine had given up. I was furious, how can an engine give up after 3 weeks of buying a twelve thousand dollar car! Do they not inspect their cars before they sell them? They called me to the office and said that they would give us a brand new engine and that they were going to invest 4,000 dollars on it because they felt so bad this had happened so soon after we bought the car. We left happy believing this guys would take care of us, it took them over a month to fix the car and by then we were doing a payment on a car we didn’t even have! Finally we got the car back and the engine was not new, it was a used engine with 124 thousand miles on it, more miles than the old engine supposedly had. On top of that, when we got the car, the air conditioner would mildly work, and we told them to fix that too, but they never did. To this day I still have to take the car to have the air conditioner fix because they sold us a car with a broken air conditioner, The weather was cool when bought the car, but now is really hot and I have to open all the windows to not suffocate of heat in there. If you are looking for a good experience buying your car, I would not recommend you going there, their customer service is Awful as well. Especially from Alvarez himself. One of the worst experiences in my life. I could go back to ask them to fix the air conditioner again, but they treated us so bad, it turns my stomach just to think about. I was disgusted with their level of dishonesty.
