I just took my Porsche to a dealership 90 miles away for service. A world of difference between Porsche Riverside and Porsche Carlsbad. Porsche Riverside actually welcomes your business. The sales department at Carlsbad acts like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you, just like their service department. I believe you can get more bang for your buck at other dealerships too. I found the dealership in El Paso,TX, also much more welcoming than Carlsbad. I started with Carlsbad, but they won't be getting my business in the foreseeable future. What a shame it was really a great dealership about 10 years ago.
