Luis Carrazco was the sales-person that assisted me in my purchase. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He offered me a demonstrable level of care and service that is what I value and seek in the businesses to which I offer my patronage to. He was never overly zealous and afforded me with time and information to make the right decision.

I have to say the the team at VW Ontario took great care of me. We got the car we wanted, the price point was spot on, trade in was above others, and they threw in a few extras. Armando and the rest of the team went above and beyond. I’m happy to recommend them to anyone. This was a painless car buying experience. Thank you and look forward to doing more business in the future.

Total waste of time. I confirmed three times end I kid you not three times the price in the car before I went in. The price was wrong, and they didn’t even have the car.
I purchased a CPO 2016 Jetta from Mckenna on Friday... - sarah
I purchased a CPO 2016 Jetta from Mckenna on Friday (11/30) and within a week I had a flat tire, two bald tires, a dead battery cell, a major alignment problem, brakes that needed replacing and a vehicle that was unsafe to drive. ONE WEEK after driving my car off the lot and I've already racked up $1,285 in repairs.
When viewing the vehicle, I noticed that the front driver's side tire was completely flat. Before test driving, my salesman had it filled up with air. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, he promised me that the tire would be inspected and replaced if necessary. Before I drove off the lot on Friday, my salesman confirmed with me verbally and via text message that my vehicle had been seen by their service department, the tire was replaced and my vehicle was safe to drive. I was later informed by McKenna's service manager that there is absolutely no record of my vehicle being seen by their team that day.
It was reported my on vehicles certification inspection paperwork that my battery had been checked and was in good working condition, my tires had the minimum level of tread on them (not even going to mention the flat), there wasn't any major structural damage and that my rear brakes had 50% life remaining on them.
HOWEVER, I have documentation from the technicians that serviced my vehicle after I purchased it which states otherwise. My front tires were absolutely bald (not to mention my front drivers side tire was never replaced as my salesman confirmed with me), my battery had a dead cell, my rear brakes were at less than 4mm, and the alignment was so far off on my vehicle that my technician asked if I had gotten into a major accident. Is there something that McKenna isn't telling me?
I would like to have a representative from McKenna explain to me how a vehicle with two bald tires, one flat tire, a dead battery cell, major alignment issues and brakes that are about to go out passed the CPO inspection. It is clear to me, and everyone who has worked on my car since I purchased it, that McKenna fraudulently reported the condition of my vehicle as meeting the minimum standards for certification in order to make it more appealing to buyers AND CHARGE MORE FOR THE CAR.
I understand that wear and tear items such as brakes, batteries and tires are not covered under my CPO warranty. However, it is absolutely unacceptable to allow a customer to drive any vehicle off the lot in this condition. McKenna misreported the condition of my vehicle as it pertains to the items specifically not covered under the CPO warranty (how convenient) and KNOWINGLY let me drive off the lot in a vehicle that was ABSOLUTELY UNSAFE TO DRIVE.
In all honesty, I am GRATEFUL that my car's problems surfaced so quickly. It was reported to CarFax that my vehicle received the 40K mile service (McKenna's service manager has yet to provide me with any documentation of this), so I would not have been due for another service or inspection for another 10K miles. It is obvious that I would not have made it that far without being in a major accident that very likely would have been caused by either my bald tires or expired brakes.
The sheer level of negligence and complete disregard for my safety displayed by McKenna VW is appalling to me. I wrote McKenna a check for $15,045 and they let me drive off the lot in a vehicle that ended up costing me over $1,285 in repairs AFTER ONE WEEK of owning it and was ABSOLUTELY UNSAFE TO DRIVE!!!!
McKenna has agreed to cover the cost of my battery and one tire replacement. This puts a very small dent in the total cost of the repairs. Hans (service manager) has been pleasant to speak to and has been the only representative willing to get in contact with me – Thank you!
I want to warn anyone who is considering purchasing a CPO vehicle from McKenna. It is VERY likely that my vehicle is not the only one who's condition was falsely reported on the certification inspection. YOU MAY BE IN DANGER! If you purchased a CPO from McKenna please go get your car inspected immediately. If I wouldn't have had my car looked over by my own service technician, it is extremely likely I would have been in a major accident due to my vehicle's bald tires and worn out brake pads - both of which were reported as being in sound condition.
Horrible experience - electrasummersong
I had a 50,000 mile service for my 2012 Turbo Beetle. I asked for a complete safety check while the car was in for service. I made a point to ask that all belts hoses seals be checked. I was sent a video telling me my car was in excellent shape. A few weeks later my battery went out. Triple A was not able to replace the battery as it needed to be "reset" at a dealership. Back to Bozzani. I made an appointment and paid for the battery and installation. While waiting for my car I looked over my invoice. The mechanic had made some notes that concerned me. I walked up to Ruben Sandoval at the service desk and asked why there were items checked that were replaced three weeks earlier. Nothing major but I had just paid for wind shield wipers and new filters during the last service. His comment to me was "its a different mechanic" What??? He went on to say its nothing. and then took his pen and scribbled over the mechanics notes. What???? I then said how about the serpentine belt. Ruben (who had not looked at my car) told me it was nothing and just a different mechanic. What???? I told Ruben I wanted to talk to the mechanic. Once again Ruben told me it was nothing. What???? A wonderful young man came into the office. I voiced my concerns and he asked me if I wanted to see the belt in question, We walked to my car (with Ruben hot on our heels) and the mechanic pointed to the obviously worn out belt. Ruben tried to say it wasn't that bad. What????? The young mechanic held his ground and showed me the bits of rubber and the frayed area of concern. I could see it myself and I was shocked. I asked if it were safe for me to drive the car. He said no if the belt broke my engine would seize up. The repair was around $100 and took 15 minutes. This should have been noticed and fixed when I went in for the big service which by the way cost me $1,100). The battery that was in the car had not been installed properly and moved around because a bracket was not used. The mechanic pointed this out to me. Ruben Sandoval was dismissive of a woman client. His treatment of me at Bozanni Volkswagon needs to be reported to upper management. I need to take my car back and have a proper safety check done. I chose to have my repairs done at our local Volkswagon dealership . I hope someone reaches out to me and oversees the safety check of my car. Barbara Caplan
The sales person (Jorge Hernandez) and finance person... - Going to I-10 Toyota!
The sales person (Jorge Hernandez) and finance person (Frank Parto) both will not answer my inquiries about my $1,200 down payment that after 60-days still has not been applied to my loan balance.
I've tried numerous times to reach out them to them both. Neither will as much as reply to me. I'm now waiting to hear back from the General Manager, Matt Smith - fingers crossed! VW America and my attorney will be my next stops if they continue to stonewall and avoid me.
Be careful dealing with Mossy; they're great when you're giving them the money; not so good when they owe you anything. They've been unresponsive and unhelpful with these needs.

FANTASTIC SALES EXPERIENCE!
I finally found the right dealership and most of all the BEST person to work with! You must request and work with Miko! She is amazing! Miko is so respectful and knowledgeable! She went above and beyond in making my experience unforgettable.
I test drove an Atlas last November 2020 at a different dealership and since I wasn't in any rush, I took my time in finding the right deal. I've done my research and I knew exactly what I wanted. And in order to do that Miko and the Puente Hills dealership made it possible. I contacted all the dealerships nearby and even down in San Diego. That was 12 in total. But although I came close with a couple of dealerships none were as transparent and offered the deal as sincere and honest as Miko did. Her price beat all other dealers from the get go: saving my big $$ down the road!!
My personal thanks and praise to Miko for going that extra mile in making me feel comfortable. Miko showed such consideration for my concern with COVID. She made special arrangements so I take care of all the paperwork outside. I informed her I was okay if we signed inside since there was a plexiglass separation and we were in an open area. I even watched her disinfect the table.
Signing the paperwork was super easy. I was pretty much provided all the information prior to coming into the dealership. They are paper friendly so
signing on the ipad super quick.
After all the signing was done, Miko took her time to show me details about the car that I did not know. Again after dealing with so many different salesmen working with Miko was a blessing. She beat all the other prices from the get go and didn't play any games. Nothing but a sincere straight forward deal. I can't emphasize how much shopping around I did and how satisfied I was driving off in my new Atlas!
Outstanding experience with Herman Cook! Let me start by... - Rice
Outstanding experience with Herman Cook!
Let me start by shouting out JoJo our sales associate and her finance manager Linda. We didn't know either of them when we bought a used RAV4. But after that amazing experience (they trusted us to hold the car while we drove five hours to go get it!) we knew we wanted to lease our Tiguan from them.
In this day and age, customer service is, at best, an 8 out of 10. But JoJo and Linda gave us 10 out of 10 and we couldn't be more pleased!
Who doesn't loathe buying a car? Well with JoJo and Linda it was stress-free and dare I say "easy"!
If you want to be treated like you have brains, like you might be intelligent and even savvy and that your time is super valuable-- go to Herman Cook VW. And, oh, btw, they have great inventory-- who doesn't love a VW? :)
Thank you thank you! Can't wait for three years to be up so we can lease another Tiguan from y'all!

Do not use this dealership! My husband and I walked in found the car we wanted to purchase and because we mentioned cash they seem fine until we got into the office. Not only did they tell us the discount rate was for lease/loan options but took a car from costing 15,000 to up to over 20,000. Unbelieveable!

I bought a used car with a warranty. When I went to use the warranty I was told it was canceled by the dealer. We never requested the warranty to be canceled. We were never notified it was canceled and we never received our money back. Our lender was never notified it was canceled nor did they receive the money back. I have been calling for answers but nobody gets back to me. I have since been contacted and the problem resolved.
This is by far the most uncomfortable and unprofessional... - Esmeralda.email@example.com
This is by far the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience ever. My boyfriend and I live 40minutes away from this location we met with a couple sales people yesterday and they reassured us that they would help us out in any way possible, with that in mind we came home and decided to go back today to purchase the car we had been eyeing out. Before we started any paper work my boyfriend specifically told our sales person more than 6 times to NOT run our credit more than 1 time AND again he reassured us that he would take good care of us and that he would make sure that wouldn’t happen.. but he did the total opposite. Long story short our sales person started helping other clients and didn’t pay attention to what his finance worker was doing because HE RAN BOTH OF OUR CREDIT more than 6 times!!! After we realized they had done that we were both STILL willing to work with them and we spoke to different sales people and they all refused to help us with better pricing.

Buying a new car shouldn’t be soooo. remorseful, NO credibility ,. Lack professionalism, and most important their service department completely lack the knowledge to their vehicles they are clueless to my vehicles malfunctions.. They will exhaust all possibilities attempting to FOOL YOU rather than finding a Remedy they will FOOL you on your car issues that they’re ignorant on.. My vehicle was WORST every time i took it to this service department..This people wont even make an effort to provide you with a courtesy call to update you on your vehicle service status. Volkswagen is a waste of my very important Time and money..

This was one of the worst car buying experience I have... - terri.glasgow
This was one of the worst car buying experience I have had. The salesperson talked us in to purchasing some bogus extras but that was not the worst part. I purchased a used car for my son and it had no tire sensors on it but they assured we could bring the car back to have them installed. 4 months later he took it back to get the sensors installed and to fix a tire. 5 hours later in the service appt they say they dont have the parts. The service advisor Kimberly Trajano not only gaslighted my son but also was extremely defensive with me when i called. I can't believe there are any good reviews on this place. They are shifty and need to train the advisors better. The fact that they took my money with smiles but then treated us like trash after. Lesson learned that I will never nor anyone i know in the area will do business there again.

The sales representative Leo Ramirez made my entire experience at this dealer an awesome one. He was very informative and attentive. I totally recommend this dealer.
Not loyal to customers - Oriol Serra
Don't get fooled by the smiles and red carpet when buying a car there, because if at some point your interests as a customer do not align with their business needs they will not go the extra mile they go for when making money out of your pocket. I bought a 2014 VW Tiguan R-Line end of 2014, before the VW scandal...obviously while my car was not diesel , the VW scandal affected my car value now that i want to sell it out as i am moving out of the country. I went back recently to the dealer asking if they could re-buy my car , they declined buying the car i bought from them 2 years ago and suggested me I go to carmax as they already have enough inventory...i get it, but as they get creative to buy your used car when you are going to buy a new car from them it seems that when this is not the case their creativity gets dry and they ditch you as customer...think twice about buying with them because they will only cater to their needs and selfishness
Service history on my new beetle in this dealer: $800 to... - wkqe03a
Service history on my new beetle in this dealer:
$800 to fix airbag indicator yellow light. The light came back two weeks later and it was not under the work warrant because it was not the same problem.
$500 to replace transmission seal but still see slow leaking one month after the repair work.
More scatches on dash covers , steer wheel and door panels after each oil change (new interior became worn interior after oil changes).
Oil level extremely low (no oil on dip stick) one week after oil change at one time.
After an oil change, radio (both AM and FM) recieves no signal and make very load noise. Service advisor comment: It is normal for VW in this area, Escondido, CA. Somehow, It gets signal again four years later after a battery change in Murriata VW dealer, CA.
Scam Artists - Nicholas
The initial buying experience was fine, only to be followed by complete and utter nonsense from the dealership.
Due to their own neglect and complete lack of intelligence, they are demanding I owe them over $1000, 45+ days after signing lease papers on a new Volkswagen.
They are attempting to RIP ME OFF and I will not stand for it.
These are the LOSERS / CON ARTISTS I dealt with:
EDWIN LEGASPI - Sales Manager / Scam Artist
OMAR FONSECA - Sales Manager / Scam Artist
DANNY DONAYRE - Good Cop / Scam Artist
AVOID Timmons Volkswagen of Long Beach at all costs.
Great Dealer with Great Deal - Autolease
This is a small but very honest and hard working dealer who wants to business with you. I returned 2012 leased Volkswagen vehicle (Passat) (prior to 9 months of expiration). Sales team were very honest, kind and very helpful. Within 2 hours, I walked away with leased a brand new 2015 Passat at the same monthly price with Sign N Drive (0-0-0-0) I was paying for my 2012 Passat.
NOW THAT'S GREAT DEAL & GREAT EFFORTS BY SALES TEAM.

Norman is terrific. Knows his cars but more important, a very good listener. He heard my issue and with Abe and other team members worked through the problem until there was a resolution. Super service and friendly, almost makes you want to have an issue so you can go in and hang with the team.
