This place is Awesome - I took my vehicle there to sell (I used the KBB Instant cash offer I found online).
They were very transparent in the whole process and showed my how they use a paint thickness tool to detect if my vehicle had been repainted or not. They took my vehicle to their mechanic shop to inspect the underneath and give a quick look over.
While I was waiting I noticed how involved they are in the local community and I noticed how hard they try to please everyone that comes to their dealership.
After all was said and done, Classic Chariots paid me more than CarMax, and showed me how the KBB Instant Cash Offer is backed by KBB, so they had no reason to “lowball” me. They showed me how if I filled out the questions properly on KBB’s site, the Offer was backed by KBB.
Long story short, I was completely satisfied as to how the whole transaction went down, and I would definitely recommend anyone to do business with Classic Chariots. I was given a check on the spot. BTW, When I went to CarMax, they seemed so fake and not transparent at all, actually they tried to make me feel stupid there.
I am saddened to see any bad reviews for them considering how much they do for the local community. Just one thing I saw they do for the local area is their Thanksgiving letter writing contest for the two schools nearby. They gave away 25 thanksgiving dinners to their neighbors !

Bought car on July 16 put 5K plus got talked into trading in my car. I recieved great service by Jules. David was financial salesman Andrew was person who I dealt with regarding letter I got via fed ex on August 3rd stating that finance could not be found don't have great credit however was led to believe that financing was done even got name of financial institution on contract. They were letting me know that I had to return car. Called dealer was told trade was sold now have to start process of getting another car plus my trade in is gone.
Unprofessional, Discourteous and Poorly Executed - 2018CT6
Requested a simple 39-month lease quote from one of their Internet Sales Reps (Mark LaVally) who told me they were "working on it" and would be sending it over "soon." However, they never followed up, provided any information despite numerous attempts to resolve. Their General Manager, Cyrus Khalooghli, states in their never-ending marketing emails that "Our goal at Allen Cadillac is to treat the needs of each individual customer with paramount concern."
Really? Because not only did his Internet Sales Rep lie to me about sending the Lease quote over, when I advised Mr. Khalooghli about it there was no response either. So, please be advised that despite a TON of constant marketing messaging that the "customer is our paramount concern" my experience was quite to the contrary - very unprofessional, discourteous and poorly done.

I have mixed feelings on my experience buying a car here. It didn’t start well when I went to purchase my Honda Pilotonly to find out that the price listed was a mistake - and that they were increasing it $2k. Fine, I’ll do my best to trust that it was just an error and not them being shady as soon as I showed interest. Then it was the constant back and forth of bad information- to which I’ll assume was again just innocent human error. So, I get to the dealership to buy the car and the representatives are very nice and helpful- no complaints there. I do a thorough go through of the vehicle notating some minor damages - which, for the price are acceptable - but notice that it’s pretty dirty. I mean, they knew I came to buy the car and while I can see the exterior had been washed the inside had basically only been vacuumed. I would have expected the car to be detailed and shampooed in the least from a reputable dealership. I can absolutely without a doubt tell you that it was not - and this is how I know. When I decided to shampoo it myself (the morning after purchasing) I started to move the seats and found old dried vomit under the seat. Like a pretty generous amount - NOT easy to miss! I’m a mom of two. I know vomit well. Cleaning your own kids vomit is pretty awful, cleaning another person’s old dried stinky vomit is a new experience. So anyway, I stuck it up and detail the car myself. The carpet cleaner water was BLACK. It was soooo filthy. But it’s done and I’m loving my car. So you decide what you’re willing to put up with for a good deal.
