Our family spent $150,000 on an RV here. The sales staff is AMAZING! Of course, there was some warranty work needed on some items as this is a house on wheels. I have taken the RV in 2 times, and both times the service center department has been HORRIBLE. No personality on the phone, no ability to solve problems, no ability to assist in anything. It is like they do not want to do their job. It's warranty work for the love of god! It costs you nothing! I paid a crapton of money for this warranty. Stop acting like you are put out by having to fix the problems with the rv. It is extremely irritating and I swear the next time I am ignored for 20 minutes at the counter or dealt with in the crappy way you speak to people on the phone I am going to lose my sh#% on you.
