So I’m shopping around for a 2019/2020 civic si and had heard decent reviews of this place so I decided to give them a shot. Requested a quote on their 2019 since they don’t have a 2020 in, thinking since 2019 is old model and 2020 is refreshed They would try to sale these models. I already had a couple quotes form other dealers on both models so I knew what the price they both were going for. the salesperson Fausto responded in email in a smart Alec tone...very unprofessional and said Great did you pre order it ? Because they don't have any 2020 Si when Temecula has 4......“ if I preordered it would I be contacting you guys? I’ve been in sales and man if anyone ever responded so rudely to a customer they would have been fired on the spot this is defiantly something I’m sending to corporate very rude and unprofessional behavior.

on Sept 1, 2019, i got a honda here.
i was told by Angel (salesman) that Hardin honda can beat the price from Westminster honda world if i buy from them. they made me waited for 2 hours. however, at the end they COULD NOT beat it, they can only match it, but gave even me a HIGHER APR!! (4.5%vs 3.9%). i did not want to buy it, but carlos pozos (finance guy) says he can added me the "loyal customer list" for some free oil change, and told me to come back next week after i can get a lower rate from my bank, then he will honor that rate. i didn't want to go to another dealer because i waited too long here already, plus i have very good credit score and always get a better rate. So i did, and i came back 2 times in one week, he was not there,i called everyday for 1 week, no call back. i met with another finance person,and was told to bring in a cashier check. but when i finally got carlos on the phone, he says he can not honor that rate because he already have Honda finance me ( 4.5% vs 3.14% from my bank). he acts as he doesn't want to deal with me and NEVER EVER call me back again. i talked to John in finance, and he was very rude to me, basically told me that i'm at fault coz i didn't read the policy . this guy even HANG UP on me while i was waiting.
im a long time Honda costumer ,and very very disappointed.
these guys straight out lied to me and hide from me. i even plan to buy a honda pilot in November for my business, and i dont think it will happen.
i hope someone with some sense reach out to me and fix this!! coz i have called every day this week as well and still no one calls back!!

Those guys a bunch of amateurs running a Mickey mouse show. They advertise a price and trying to sell the car for thousands more. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a car dealership. Rude and incompetent sales stuff running a scam. Shop for your Honda some place else preferably away from California.

I stopped by here on a Friday morning looking for a specific car. I parked, walked around the cars enjoying the fact that I was not bombarded by salesmen. But then I had questions so I walked into the side door of the building it is was quiet as crickets. I walked 1/3 way in and saw no one, so I Walked out. Looked around a bit more and got back in my car as an older man in a straw hat came to peer out the door.
Saturday I brought a friend that was a male. Low and behold, before we were out of the car, a salesman was on us. Our experience went downhill from there. He answered our questions and we test drove a car. During that time we learned more about him then I know about some of my friends. The whole time the conversation was peppered with language that would make my mother blush. At one point I told him I wouldn't talk tat way -and he continued. Unbelievable.
Once inside I reluctantly gave him my cell # because I was interested in the car. I told him I had things to do but would come back in 3 hours. I also told him I would give my # but not to call me a thousand times. He promised he would not. In that time I had 5 texts from him or other people at the dealership and one call. Talk about overkill. We did go back in and felt like prey - too heavy on the push. No matter how much I may have liked a car - that was more than I could handle, I will drive to another Honda dealership. I have blocked all calls and will not mention any names because they do have my info.
I have visited several dealerships in my cat hunt - this dealership is the epitome of car salesmen.
And the line I heard the most..."We're Honda- we don't have to..(fill in whatever here) ,
