Like they say live and learn.....boy did I learn not to ever buy a car here again and to not recommend this xxxxy xxx dealer....only helpful when you go in there wanting to buy but after you get keys problems all yours ...and don't call them cause they always at meetings or not in office....took car for brake job to and got it back sounding like xxxx and they said they didn't cause it ...go figure car didn't make that when I took it

Very frustrated with our experience. We had to make 4 trips to the dealership because we had to resign contracts 3 times as well as they didn’t put a smog check in the system and had to go back in for a new one. Now almost 2 months later we are dealing with them again because of more financial problems! Horrible customer service from the financial person we worked with as he interrupted and talked over me the entire time I was trying to talk to him over the phone.

We bought a used Suburan from Ed Dena's in Dinuba from Bee who was the BEST, salesperson who was knowledgable, very helpful and very pleasant from our test drive to buying the car. The financial part went very well also. We had to bring the car back to the service department and WOW they were great.Ken Price the service manager and Shane is who we deal with, they would call us and kept us informed about the car, I have to say out of any service department we gone to we have never been treated so good.

A/C went from broken to great - dianamattoon
I took a 2009 Aveo in for A/C repair. Big, big repair needed - and it was covered by the warranty that we bought at the time we purchased the car. Greg in the Service Dept. kept me informed on the repairs, and after a couple of visits - no faulty of the dealership - we have the car back with a new A/C. Thank you!
