Had to have my smog sensors checked they weren’t ready .I drove 246 miles but never reset .These guys worked 8 hrs + ..Went through the hole car drove it too to reset them .Did the price I was quoted was under charged did 1.5 hours labor .Would of cost way more at any other shop .Super job they really have changed their service. It’s very good now I guess they replaced some people had issues before .But great now good quality work .

I had an excellent experience at Keller Ford. They were prompt in replying to my inquiry and sent the inventory to me via a text link. Once I decided on a vehicle the process was smooth. Arwin was a knowledgable sales associate who answered all questions and made the process easy. The Finance dep was excellent and even came to my office the next day to pick up a deposit check. Love the Lincoln Nautilus it's a beautiful car.

We bought our truck from Silva 4 yrs ago. We have had good experiences until recently. The service department did not have us set up for our appt. After arriving at 7:30 AM, it took until 4:00 PM to finally have the oil and filters changed. They also checked lights that were on the dash. For that we were charged nearly $800.00 dollars when the quote we had was $173.00. That was the last trip we will make there. I will never buy another vehicle from them. We called and wanted to have this unfair amount refunded, however, the money was more important than having a repeat customer. I thought they were the exception to the reputation car dealers have, but Silva Ford is one of the worst. They can not be trusted and do not care about their customers or their reputation.
