I have taken my vehicles in several times for scheduled maintenance and have slwsys received great service. Yesterday was no exception. Shannon helped us out with installing replacement bulbs for the headlights. She was efficient and friendly and got us in and out in a minimum amount of time. I would recommend going to Future CJDR for sales and service.
Best Sales Experience Ever! Ask for Billy - Ryan
Thank you Billy! Truly exceptional service and a great person. Listened to what we wanted, asked questions to help us make decisions, did an excellent job finding the color combo we wanted after he showed us multiple van exterior and interior combos in stock. He really cared about our experience and getting the vehicle we wanted. David also assisted us and was polite and helpful. Alberto was very nice and brought clarity to the financing, charges and additional purchase options we could choose and did including the extended warranty (opted for since new vehicles have tons of computer components and buttons that can fail and cost big bucks to repair, divided out over the length, was only a couple hundred bucks additional each year), gap insurance and Zurich protection. Very impressed and happy with our experience and purchase. Looking forward to returning for services visits and to buy our next Ram truck there.
Side note, I had viewed other dealers websites and even called them but chose to come to Walnut Creek CJDR when I spoke to my uncle about our interest in getting a Pacifica Hybrid. He has known multiple people there for decades and highly recommended them and their professionalism. It is rare to find people who have worked at the same dealership for 15, 20 years and that is true here because they are great people and a great dealership who care about the customer.
Do Not give your business to salesman "Marcus Lawless".... - Jigisup
Do Not give your business to salesman "Marcus Lawless". He is very Unprofessional! He fails in his position as a car salesman. He wasn't Honest.
Horrible service from Sales Rep - domonique
I purchased a car from this Redwood City location on September 12th, a sales rep name Derek was helpful until I encountered problems with my BRAND NEW 2018 GRAND CHEROKEE. When I purchased it, it only had 12 miles on it.. On Sept 25t, I gave it a hand wash and 2 dime size pieces of paint chipped off, also my panel had been blacking out and glitch for a few days. So the following morning I went in this branch and Derek said he would schedule me an apt with the body shop. He finally reached out on Oct 7th and scheduled my appointment for Oct 9th. I took my car in and it was done on Saturday, Oct 12th they told me they did the paint AND they also took my car to service and they were able to reset my panel.. Everything was okay until Oct 22nd. My panel started glitching again and I immediately texted Derek letting him know what was going on. He did not care, and acted as if he did me a favor by painting my car over and sending my car to sales.. He then agreed to schedule me an appointment with service. I texted Derek on Nov 7th because I haven't heard back from him about my service appointment and he ignored me. never responded to my message... I then texted him again on November 18th to find out he blocked me from contacting him. Finally Today 11/21 I called to talk to his boss and guess who answered the phone?? DERRIC and he never denied blocking me. He lied and said he gave me service number to contact and make a appointment. HE NEVER did. I have every single text message from the day I purchased this car. DO NOT GO HERE! if you do, deal with another sales rep.Derek is horrible and his attitude SUCKS! If I didn't have to select 1 star I wouldn't have. ZERO STARS! Very poor costumer service to avoid dealing with an issue he agreed to take care of. I am livid!
This place has repeatedly offered the worst service I... - Maczero
This place has repeatedly offered the worst service I have ever received. When purchasing my vehicle this dealership took $2,500 from me as a payment on a jeep while they were supposed to finish preparing paperwork for me to pick up the vehicle the next day. Once I arrived I was told the vehicle I had put cash down for was sold out from underneath me and was no longer available...
That was just my first experience, the next I called to make an appointment to have my vehicles recall serviced. Once I arrived and waited for over an hr they finally got back to me and told me that the parts that were verified before I made the apt were no longer in stock. Once finding this out they offered no assistance as far as a rental car or anything else that would justify my time I took away to have this service done.
Worst customer service I have ever received.

I wish we had read these reviews BEFORE we purchased a... - dgeorge824
I wish we had read these reviews BEFORE we purchased a car from this dealer. We ended up buying a new 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited. We had walked in telling them we were financing through our credit union. We were there for 3 hours
2 of which were sitting in the building waiting for them to do what they needed to do for us to leave. We finally got through the finance department and told Eric, our sales person, we would pick up the car the next day around noon. He said he didn't come in until noon but would come in early if we really wanted to pick up the car at noon. We agreed that we could wait to pick up the car and asked him to have it ready by 3. The next day we had some errands to do and I texted Eric letting him know we were on our way around 2:00 pm. When he didn't respond I called him @ 2:30. He asked if we could come and get it in an hour. Obviously he did not do anything to get this car ready. I said no we were on our way- when we showed up
we waited for 20 minutes or so and they finally brought the car out. They washed it
but did not detail it. The sticker glue was still on the windows. Eric could see my
irritation and offered to have me bring the car back in for a detail. But these guys had already established that they promise alot with no action. When he went to hand us the keys there was only one set. Eric told us they couldn't find the other set and that was why it had taken so long the day before . SO THEY PUT US THROUGH ALL THE FINANCING AND KNEW THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND THE SECOND KEY AND NEVER TOLD US UNTIL WE WERE DRIVING OFF THE LOT.
Eric PROMISED that they would search for the key the ext day and if not found would order one for us to have next day aired. After two days of not hearing from them I called and wanted to speak with the Sales Manager or the General Manager.
Neither one will take our repeated calls or call us back. I called Jeep/Mopar to complain and ask for assistance. The case manager took the case and said she would get back to me. When she did not respond I called and emailed to which she did not respond to either! Yesterday I called Jeep/Mopar and asked for a manager- She was from a different division but assured me she would get the manager of the division I needed to call today. My husband then called and asked for Eric so that we could resolve the second key. The customer service person
told us that Eric had our second key but he was out for his birthday. As I no longer trust anyone who works for this unethical dealership- I called and asked for Eric and was promptly transferred to him. My husband had a conversation with him and told Eric to walk over to the Sales Manager or General Manager and tell them to call us back......Crickets. Had they told us the day we were purchasing the car that they did not have a second key we would not have purchased the car. If you do a transaction with this dealer they will NOT be transparent and they will not be truthful. They play large part of why people do NOT trust or like car dealerships
and stereotype them to be someplace to avoid at all costs.
awsome customer service - camille.winet
My experience at hilltop dodge dealing with Ray
has been a pleasure.
He is always very helpful, courteous, and helps me with my service needs.
Terribe service department - April
I really wanted to like this service department because it's much closer to home than my old service department in Walnut Creek. But, my recent service was so terrible I don't think I will be able to return. When I arrived at 9:45AM for my 10AM appointment, they asked if I would be staying with my car. I told them 'no,' but that I would be back around 2PM to pick up the car. I asked them if that would be enough time to provide an oil change and a coolant flush. They assured me it would indeed be enough time. They quoted me a price of approximately $300. They then asked if I needed a shuttle and they paged their shuttle driver. The shuttle driver said he would be there in 2 minutes. 20 minutes later, the shuttle driver was still nowhere to be found. He was reportedly at the gas station (more on this later). Another kind employee offered me a ride. They updated me at 1PM confirming again that the car would be ready by 2. I showed up at 2:15, and the car was not ready. They told me it would probably be another half hour. I gave them 45 minutes. Car was still not ready. They then kept telling me "just a few more minutes" until about 3:30, when I told them I had to leave or I would be late to pick up my kids at daycare. Finally, they released my car to me. The grand total was now closer to $600 for services--twice of what they quoted me and an hour and a half past the promised time. There were no surprises in services needed when they first began service, nor where there any surprises from when they called me at 1PM to confirm everything would be ready, so it is unclear to me why services subsequently cost double what they quoted me and well past the time they said it would be done. Based on my observation, they just did not start working on my car until the afternoon, even though I dropped my car off in the morning for a pre-scheduled appointment. Oh yeah, and when I was leaving, I overheard someone asking for the shuttle driver. They replied, "oh, he's at the gas station." Ha! Just indicative of the entire experience. One last shady thing about this experience...I always receive a survey asking about my experiences post-service. This time I did not receive a survey from them--I can only assume they know it's because I would report on the abysmal service I received from them. I guess it's back to the Walnut Creek Jeep Service Center. A long drive, but at least they provide consistent, quality service.
Total scam - Fire911
So we went through the process of buying a car (ie credit pull, etc). It wasn’t until the very end, after I signed everything, that they say “oh sorry we got the wrong car, the car you want costs 10k more”...even though we test drove that car to the front with the representative and they told us the MSRP three times.
Bottom line, do not get your car from here. The sales guys are idiots, and the owner is a sleezebag and they do this to get you hooked on a car and then do the bait and switch later.
Lied to and Misled - Duane Davis
If I could give 0 stars I would. I found a car that I wanted online and inquired about its availability. I arranged to see the car the next day and told the sales person that I would be there late in the morning (I was driving from about 3 hours away specifically to see this car, so I got there as early as I reasonably could). Upon arriving, I was told that the car I was interested in had been sent on a 2-day test drive that morning. When I complained, the salesperson (same one I talked to the night before) just shrugged and said "you should have gotten here earlier." He didn't even offer an apology.
I obviously didn't buy a car here, but if this is the way this company treats potential customers, I probably dodged a bullet.
Uncooperative when a problem arises. - Hal3838
Stoneridge Chrysler Dodge sold first a RAM truck to my mentally disabled son, and then when he returned it 3 days later, sold him a Dodge Durango, which after finding out what he did, I also returned the Dodge Durango to the dealership. The dealership refuses to provide a copy of the contracts he signed, because they say, the "Dealership Principal" will not approve it. In the process my family has lost over $40,000.00 to the dealership, and we have nothing to show for it. They took advantage of my son's disability, and now refuse to even cooperate in resolving this outrage. I will pursue legal action.
