We had a wonderful experience with Ash in finding and buying our car. He knew what I was looking for a keep me abreast of cars that came in that met our needs. Finally one peaked my interest so I brought the family to the dealership to see it. Ash and the team were very accommodating, patient with us as we explored every inch of the car, gave us a tour of the dealership, and showed my 5year old son some very special cars. Buying a car can be stressful, let alone during Covid. I called ahead and asked about the process due to the pandemic. They carefully explained the process over the phone and actually followed through on their words. Upon arriving, the car was ready, and the sanitization occurred in front of me. They appear to be genuinely concerned about their safety as well as the customers’.
I noticed that they all appeared to be related and I was correct, as they’re a family of 3 running a small operation. Everything appeared to be straightforward with no red flags. The car has been great so far and I’m happy with it. I will be taking a look at their inventory first, for my next car purchase. Cheers!

10 mile a hr accident.. 6 times my truck had to go back.. the ship is the worst. Half the hardware was put back on, front end loose.. Ac condenser not bolted down, Ac low pressure hose not mounted.. low pressure AC hose blew.. paint / clear built up a 1/8th in n the door edges.. truck had 5000 miles on it when the repairs were done. Dealership had them redo the work.. again!! Same issue shop lied expressing the paint was stripped to bare metal.. I pointed out in the blend it wasn’t..

Raising your voice at a customer who is merely asking if there is flexibility on the sticker price is insanely bad business, and a massive red flag.

My husband's Acadia was brought in for it's 30,000 service and Paul was the Service Representative who helped me. I had first discussed my appointment with Paul on the phone. He set it up and told me about the service involved and the time line. Once I showed up for my appointment, every detail was set up. Since I had asked to check an additional item, Paul was proactive in even arranging a 'loaner' car for me. Paul was professional and customer service oriented. The service was timely and completed in its entirety.

I was going to write a very long and detailed review but it would have been huge. Long story short me and a friend each bought a car from Vacaville Kia. Our sales person Miranda was nice but didn't listen. I had to ask three times to get a value for my car. On the third time she came back saying they would have to run credit before giving me a value for my car. I refused to run credit until I knew what they would give me for the car. Finally they came back with an agreeable value so I bought The Kia Seltos I liked.
I gave them my 10 day pay off for my loan. They didn't pay off the car in that 10 days. Then my payment came out of my account om Saturday. The finance guy Paolo said he would get that handled and apologized. He said he would call me back on Monday. He didn't call me. So around noon I called him and he seemed surprised I was calling. I asked him what happened. He said he would look into it and call me back. This went on back and forth with him saying he doesn't know how this happened and he was emailing and calling people.
So then around the 20th of October i got the title from VW showing I owned the car. So i called and told Paolo that I now had title on the car and have not been refunded for the payment and the interest that was taken. He asked if I could send the title and i said I would when I got my money back. I also asked him and had been asking since the payment was taken out of my account, if they could give me a set of rubber floor mats for all this trouble. He said he was talking to the Service manager and the business office about that. That is what he has been telling me the whole time. So on 11/05/20 I received my check from VW for the overpayment of my loan. I called Paolo and told him I received my check. I asked him if he made progress on the floor mats and he said he was still working on it and we would all me back and let me know. I never heard anything from him. So on 11/6/20 I called and left him a message asking if he heard anything and for him to call me and let me know. As of 11/21/20 I have not heard from him.
On 11/17/20 The DMV clerk called me and said there was an issue on the paperwork and she needed me to sign a form. I told her that I have title for the vehicle still and she asked for that. I told her that I have been trying to get ahold of Paolo about that and told her everything that had happened. She was very nice and listened to me and was apologetic. She said she was going to have the GM reach out to me. I also have not heard from him as of 11/21/20.
This is a very terrible dealership. It is very unprofessional. When you call the main line, no one identifies them self. They just say "Vacaville Kia". Paolo is terrible at returning calls when he says he will. You will 90% of the time have to keep calling him.
I never heard from our Salesperson Miranda and neither has my friend who bought a car the same day.
If I could go back in time I would have bought from Elk Grove Kia or Folsom Kia.

Shannon helped us out with installing replacement bulbs for the headlights. She was efficient and friendly and got us in and out in a minimum amount of time. The Company was quick to respond to my first Request For Information (RFI) and they shared the CARFAX report with me, which indicated a damage report that had been revealed by the owner. Since they were asking the top blue book estimate +, I sent a second RFI regarding this damage, from that point they become unresponsive with information and told me to come look at it, as if the damage would be apparent, but; not worth discussing. My attempt to get the information before traveling the 1.5 hours of I80 traffic to look at one vehicle that was overpriced was something everyone does every day.
I gave up and moved on.

DO NOT BUY from this dealer without fully testing the vehicle by a professional. They manage to make the vehicle look far better than they are. I was told Autometrics is solid. The best. My father has worked with them for over 20 years.
I bought a car from them that had a few flags, but I figured since it was Autometrics, there wouldn't be any problem. Within a week, I had transmission problems, one of the two things that they just happen to not cover 100% under their warranty. They offered to replace it new for $3100 or $1500 used (but no guarantee of work), but 50% off since it was under warranty.
Smelling a rat, I took it to another shop who fixed the major issue in two minutes. The transmission mount and seals weren't good, which means that Autometrics NEVER looked at the transmission. The price they were charging for a new transmission was $900 over what a dealer would charge. This other shop would put a used transmission for $750 and guarantee the work.
In short, I got screwed. My car wasn't the most expensive on the lot, but they were willing to screw me since they had made the mistake of taking the car in the first place.
The owner told me that he had to "do right by me" since he had worked with my father for so long. He didn't, proving he's just another used car salesman. Don't go to Autometrics.
