Hello Mr. Tony my name is Agustín I am writing to you why I am very upset with the treatment the lack of professionalism of the Kia service today I took my 2017 Kia sporage truck with only 35000 miles I had a drop of oil underneath they charged me 250 dollars just for a 20 minute service they did not repair the vehicle Erin told me so many false things I felt cheated the only thing my vehicle had was the loose filter and I needed an oil change which ended up giving an estimated 8400 dollars change the engine I am very annoying I do not recommend Kia to anyone I hope and contact me to explain better Thank you Agustí

This is not a dealership that values customers. If you are buying from this dealership please do make sure NOT TO WORK WITH RANDY GUZMAN. We bought a new Kia Telluride from this dealership last week. Had a pleasant experience working with the sales guy cesar But then comes the finance guy Randy Guzman, he is extremely rude, doesn't care about customers, did not value our time, made it an unpleasant experience. We reported this to the sales guy and took the car delivery and left.
Few days later get a call from Randy saying they made some mistake in numbers and want us to come and resign without discussing any severity of the situation. As we were busy we couldn't go as agreed and made sure to inform the sales guy. But we get another call from Randy saying he is going to repossess the vehicle without explaining what is going on. I told him I am in middle of my baby shower and cannot come now. He did not seem to understand. Finally his manager explained the situation and sent someone home to get the signature. The problem was taken care but calling and saying repossess the vehicle without informing what is going on or how urgent the matter is. The tone, the rudeness was unbelievable. NEVER NEVER WORK WITH RANDY GUZMAN. we went back to complain this to manager.. Which again was not taken seriously. Some GUY working there asked us what are you trying to accomplish by complaining??what the xxxx.HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. NEVER GO THERE.

I bought a used car from B.S. (Sales Consultant) for >$10,000 and accepted the high loan interest they provided. Car died on the freeway on the same day while I driving back from the dealer. It was very dangerous because the car suddenly died on the freeway, and my pregnant wife was also in the car. I barely managed to pull it over and called AAA for help. The car was towed to an auto repair recommended by AAA. They found that the alternator was dead, and the battery was newly replaced so that the problem of alternator could not be found immediately while I test drived the car (a new battery could sustain for a while even with a bad alternator). The dealer also covered the fact from me that the bumper of the car had been replaced, for reasons unknown. I had to replace the alternator for over $1,000. We went to the dealer for an explanation on Saturday. B.S. and R.S. ( Sales Manager) promised to contact their mechanics and get back to us on Monday. But they did not. When I called R.S. several times on Tuesday, he said he would definitely reply me on Wednesday. But he did not come back at all (nor did he reply my call) within the whole week.
