Made an appointment regarding one of their Sales Events they were having. I explained our bad experience at another dealership in town to the dealer. As soon as we came in for our appointment did all the financial stuff first so we can have a good idea on what we are able to get, picked out our car, then was told they couldn't help us any further. It was a waste of time. I still see this Ford advertise their event and they are able to help with any situation but it's definitely false. The sales person was great with customer service and everything but the financial department were no help.

The last car I purchased was 25 years ago so to say I was a little apprehensive of going through the dealership experience would be an understatement. Fred Gates and everybody at Big Valley Ford made the experience an absolute breeze. No pressure, no sleazy sales tactics just honest discussions on the car and the best way for me to get it. I drove two hours to get the car of my dreams and I will definitely be coming back to them in the future.

Took a brand new car in for a warranty issue. Paul at the reception is nice. They keep the car for a couple of days on the first visit, which was without appointment, talking with Ford Tech Hotline, and could not find the fault. After ordering parts they setup a new appointment and then keep the car for three days, tell me it is fixed, upon pickup it is not fixed, keep it another day... when finally repaired, the issue came back again a week later. When the new mechanic took off plastic cover he found spliced wires in the factory harness. Completely unacceptable for a new car, be warned.
5 brand new Vehicles in five years! - Manny on Cars!
Between my father-in-law and I we have purchased five brand new vehicles ranging from a $40,000 F-1 50 all the way up to a $91,000 Ford Expedition. I’ve worked with both David, and Ryan In sales. In terms of price, ease of purchase, and the willingness to be flexible in most situations, there simply is no better dealer.
Now I live in California, and usually what that means is anytime you purchase the Ford Raptor, you have to pay $30,000 mark up. I went down to Tom Hillier Ford, and they gave me the cheapest price in the state, along with daily updates. Waiting for the truck I was like the inpatient girlfriend who is jealous, calling every day asking a ton of questions. The whole team at Tom Hillier Ford put up with my craziness as i waited for my Raptor to arrive. After having the vehicles for a few years And getting them serviced, the customer service has been second to none. Simply put, if you’re looking for a new vehicle and you are in the area, Tom Hillier Ford needs to be in the top list of dealers you go to. And if you’re looking for Ford Performance Vehicles, there is no better price then Tom Hillier Ford.
