Brandon the sales manager is a very mean, disrespectful and unrealiable perosn. I was in talk with him and John via my cell phone which starts from (312) Chicago #, because we never changed since we moved to California 3 years back. He called me and questioned me why I was using 312 phone #, instead of CA area code. I told him all our friends knew this nubmer for years so we decided to keep. I also tried to provide my office phone # which starts with 626 but he didnt listen. He ended up the call saying "I would pass on this opportunity and please Never call us back, because I don't believe what you said that you are buying for your family. I think you are exporting to other country". I am so furious on this and felt so much insulted. We looked all around in LA, San Diego, Thousand Oaks area, but cannot find a vehicle matches our need: R350 Bluetech, non-black interior, 7-seat, parktronic. And they have one and I called them. Never thought I would be treated like this. It is so unfair and I cannot believe this is how they treated a customer like this. Never go to this dealer, especially this Brandon guy!!!
