I had a wonderful experience with my salesman, but not the finance manager.
He seemed cold and indifferent towards my concerns. I was not happy.

This review concerns my last visit to the service department. I scheduled an appointment at 8 am on Friday to get some recall work done and decided to get a diagnostic run because of error messages on startup. I was told because they only have two technicians for electric vehicles. I have a 2019 Chevy Bolt. I was told they would have to keep the car overnight because the technicians were busy. I went home and called on Saturday to get the status. My car hadn't even been touched at all, even the recall work that I had made an appointment for. I picked up my car because I have things to do and was told most likely not be able to see it until Tuesday and plan to leave it overnight, I will be checking other dealers for service. Not happy.

Very important!! Must read!!
I used to buy from Performance Chevrolet. They switched to Future. I was 100% going to buy at Future. I gave the finance department authorization to check only gm financial. Told them i needed to get a business loan and couldnt afford to have a bunch of inquiries drag my credit down. Only 1 inquiry allowed. I was also told while i was there that the best rate offered was 10% and no full financing. I said i'd need to think about it and left. Experian alerted me that evening they pulled it 7 times while i waited without my authorization. I complained and they promised to retract the unauthorized inquities. I waited 2 weeks, over and over the manager told me it was removed. Every time i checked my credit it wasnt. They also sent me a text to me 2 weeks later the same 10% offer saying it was the best one. I called golden 1 and found out they made a 7% standing offer to Future the first day i applied with full financing. I would have taken that if Future hadnt lied! That's a truth in lending violation and they failed to uphold their fiduciary responsibility. Completely disgusted, I went to another dealer and bought a 2019 Silverado 6500 crew cab 4x4 LTZ. They pulled my credit once and got me a loan. Future Chevrolet are liars and break lending laws to gouge customers!

Disrespectful runaround - JScottRN
My friend, a widow with a young child, paid full price--more than $50,000--here for a Chevy Traverse and also paid almost $3,000 for an extended warranty and service contract at the time of purchase. She brought her vehicle in at the recommended intervals for servicing, and always left happy--until the 60,000-mile service visit. At that time, she made an appointment with the service department, took a day off from work, and drove the twenty miles to Hanlees in Davis. When she arrived at the service department, the new service manager refused to perform the service, saying they needed the paperwork to "prove" she was entitled to prepaid work. She waited there for more than two hours while they supposedly searched for the contract. She was told they couldn't find the records, that their computer system only kept records for two years, that they couldn't find the key to a filing cabinet that contained paper records, etc. Extremely upset by what seemed like disrespectful treatment by the service manager, she finally left in tears after being told they would do the service, but only if she paid for it on the spot. I accompanied her to the dealership yesterday with a copy of the original purchase agreement to see if I could help resolve the issue. We received the same runaround: they couldn't tell what particular service agreement she had purchased, their computer system only kept records for two years, and they would have to "send someone to another city where backup records were kept" before they could decide whether to do the service "for free". The manager was unimpressed when told the work had previously always been done on a pre-paid basis, and in fact told my friend that she had been getting "free" servicing! I got the impression that this dealer is friendly when you're buying a car, but otherwise isn't interested in taking care of their customers.
