My last purchase from Elkgrove dodge was yesterday and I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Brown. This young man not only has expertise in all of the products sold by Dodge but also makes you feel highly respected in your thoughts and in your opinions regarding your potential purchase. In this case, I bought a used Ford from the dealership. Kyle directed me towards the various products I was interested in seeing based on my needs. He also was very helpful in understanding each product and its possibilities no matter the brand. His demeanor with and understanding of the customer makes the whole process painless and gratifying. Kyle is yet another positive aspect of this excellent dealership.

Took my 2012 dodge ram 3500 4x4 dually in for a new headliner and sunroof due to it leaking. Paid $2432.00 for a completely new headliner, sunroof, & labor. Dropped it off on a Friday & was contacted on Saturday. Was told it was done and ready to pick up. Came in Tuesday morning to get my vehicle, just to realize right from get go that the headliner was the same old headliner. They had tried to clean the water stain off from the leak. The sunroof glass appeared new but that was it. There was dirty hand prints all over the headliner witch were there previously. The headliner was still sagging and not properly attached to the roof. They had charged me for a new headliner and never replaced it. The serviceanger came out and lied to my face. He said he personally saw the new headliner because it was right next to his desk/office. This place is trying to charge for new items that they never even installed. The service manager's name was Khalif! He is a lier, thief, and has poor customer service!

My transmission blew on July 24, I had my truck towed in on July 25! It has been nothing but a constant battle to get my warranty to cover this, a constant battle to get a phone call answered or returned! Today is now sept. 5th and was told to be at the dealership first thing in the morning they would have it done, well we get there at 8:30 and they hadn’t even started putting the new transmission in!!! My truck was absolutely trashed when I showed up, they have had it parked in a dirt parking lot for over a month!! When it was towed in I had the truck detailed the day before, they told me they would clean the truck inside and out now that it wasn’t going to be done till 2pm and I was told to be here by 8:30! I’m sure you could understand my frustration here! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE OR FOR ANY SERVICE MATTERS!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!

We had a difficult time deciding between the Kia Optima we purchased and another make/model. The salesman, Thomas May, was very understanding about our decision making process, and didn't rush us through it. He didn't force a different year or options package on us just because they had one on their lot as many dealers do. Thomas was very knowledgeable and patient with us, which was one of the reasons we drove over an hour back to Swift instead of a closer dealership. Every employee we dealt with was great. Price was right too of course.
