We just purchased a 2021 Ranger XLT from Bowen Scarff... - Nick
We just purchased a 2021 Ranger XLT from Bowen Scarff Ford. In all fairness, we used to be regular customers back in the 90s when we lived in the area, but since moving 75 miles north in 2002, we haven't made a purchase there since 1998 (we still have that truck). Since we were in the market for a new truck, I decided to benchmark Ranger prices using Bowen Scarff, and not surprisingly, they are still pricing their vehicles very competitively with every other Ford dealer between Olympia and Bellingham (I checked). I decided to reach out through their excellent website and immediately got a response from salesman Chris Kelly. Over the next several days, we remained in contact to narrow down our options to a couple different trucks that they had in stock, and finally settled on the one we wanted - or so I thought. My wife decided she didn't like the color, and instead wanted a similar color - one that was discontinued on the Ranger after the 2020 model year. I called Chris back to see if they had any 2020 Rangers in that color, but he was off for a few days. However, sales manager Joel Koval called me right back, made sure he understood what we were looking for, and began searching as far away as Portland for "that" truck. Unfortunately, that was a very popular color, and Joel spent a couple days looking for one with no luck. Since Chris was still off, Joel handed us off to Daniel Montgomery, another salesman at the dealership. After verifying that no 2020s were available, we went back to our original choice. Daniel arranged to have the truck ready for purchase that afternoon, and we began the 75-mile drive down to Kent. Once we arrived at Bowen Scarff about 1:30PM, Daniel met us at the door. Even though he appeared to be a little younger than most auto salesmen, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were buying and the processes to complete the transaction. In addition, he was very courteous and respectful - especially with regard to COVID protocols - as well as very attentive, and he was able to answer all of our questions right away. Once we test drove the rig and cleaned out our trade-in, we were handed over to Tom Buttram in Finance. Tom is one of the old guard, as he was a salesman we knew back in the 90s at Bowen Scarff, so it was kind of fun to go down memory lane with him. I think we spent more time reminiscing and BS'ing than we did on the finance paperwork, and at no time were we pressured or shamed into buying something we didn't want or need. He carefully explained all the products available for us to purchase, answered our questions and laughed at my lame jokes. Once that was done, Daniel handed us our keys asked if we had any more questions, then thanked us for shopping at Bowen Scarff - we were on our way home by 3PM. I think it is fair to say that everyone in this process - Chris, Joel, Daniel and Tom - went above and beyond to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted without wasting any of our time. It was worth the 75-mile drive to make this purchase, and the new Ranger is sweet rig.

Visit was great!! Josh was very helpful! I didn't have an appointment when I stopped in, but I stopped anyways just to see if I could have something taken a look at. I was told that in fact I did need an appointment but they would get me in as soon as they could. I didn't mind making the appointment but after explaining to Josh my concerns about my engine he said, "ok, I really want to make sure we get that looked at right away!" He asked if I had some time to hang out and see if he could get someone to take a look and he did! He had my car checked out and serviced shortly after. I couldn't be more grateful to him for taking care of my vehicle and for the piece of mind he gave me to drive my car off the lot!!

Bought a certified pre-owned vehicle. Recalls were still needing to be done. No manual. No factory key code. Just super sloppy on attention to detail and common sense.

I was interested in a 2013 Ford Fusion and Nick immediately reached out and offered his help with everything. Ultimately, our family decided to go with a newer car but Nick was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the decision making process. Would recommend working with Nick!

Excellent service-knowledgeable, trustworthy and fair in negotiations. We are now purchasing our 5th vehicle from them, over a period of years. We used to work with Dan in sales but he retired so we worked with Chase this time; same fantastic service. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

The service here is great! Just came down looking to buy a car and left the lot with a new highlander two hours later counting the 30 minutes test drive. Fast and great service, the people here are great! Joe and Paul helped us out and I’d recommend going to them when coming to this location.

I wrote a review in August 2020 when I came across this site. I wrote the review because I built a truck out at Ford.com and sent an email to 6-7 dealers in the area stating that this is exactly what I want, I want best price and I will order the truck. (or buy it in the unlikely situation they could fine one with my EXACT configuration)
I was surprised to see Evergreen Ford have lower than average ratings as I brought my wife an explorer there in 2019 and it was a smooth breeze with great price and service.
As it turned out Evergreen ford came back with the best price, so I purchased the truck from them.
Everything from ordering the truck, getting transparency on pricing ( which was great ), the service and updates from the Sales person ( Kelly Bader ) was fantastic. I was tracking my build on the ford tracker, and the dealership was able to give me better updates. I woke up one morning to a text picture of my truck on a truck hauler, and drove the truck out of the dealership that evening.
I cant speak for everyone that leaves reviews here, but I will say I am a bit demanding and unforgiving, and Evergreen for has in 2 times met or exceeded my expectations of great deal, married up with great service and delivery!
Give this dealership a call and ask for Kelly!

Unequivocally, worst customer service experience I have... - v1ntage1
Unequivocally, worst customer service experience I have had in 35 years on this earth.
Took my Ford Performance vehicle in to Ashley H @ Ford Bellevue Service for a simple change of tires. Literally, a single action item for low profile tires given the original Cup 2s on the vehicle were at the end of useful life.
Upon taking inventory of the car, the advisor made a huge deal of the type of vehicle (which is fine, happens everywhere) and then proceeds to…
1. Tell me I need to get X, Y, Z after markets parts and only those parts
2. Provides an additional 1k in services that the RS “needs” – I am already paying you 1k for equipment – maybe try to install that sufficiently prior to trying to gouge a new customer for an incremental 1k?
3. Within the first 60 mins – I receive an AutoNation email from Florida (this dealer is in Seattle, WA) asking me to buy my Focus RS which I have never seen occur in the first 30-60 mins following checking in at a dealership
a. When I bring this to the Service Attendants attention, she asks me if I “would like help routing it to my trash or spam folder?” – PNW passive aggressiveness at its finest
4. I then ask for an update at Hour 3 – to which she returns without an update and throws an east coast Ford dealership under the bus (“when was the last time you serviced this vehicle?” ; “If you don’t replace these lugnuts the wheels will explode”)
5. At Hour 4, when Ashley tells me it will be another 40 mins to finish the job and align the car, I ask her to take the vehicle off the rack because I am in danger of missing another appointment
6. Then, as she passive aggressively finalizes the bill for incomplete work, given the tires were not balanced, she breaks down and starts crying in front of me and is a hysterical mess which makes me extremely uncomfortable as the customer
a. Also, makes it a point to state that this is “her livelihood and any negative feedback would impact her professionally” – completely unprofessional way to handle not meeting customer expectation
7. Given a woman is melting down in front of me and it’s a complete public spectacle, I am unable to question Ashley on why I have been overcharged by 40 percent on the brand new tires sold to me by AutoNation
Approximately 40 days after the incident, I follow up with Josh M who is the GM of AutoNation Bellevue. I communicated to him the points above and he agreed that the situation was wholly unacceptable. He stressed I would work directly with him and he wanted to “make it right”. Therefore, I carved out MORE time to bring the vehicle back to Bellevue (I live in Seattle) and he also stated a $200 return for the overcharged equipment
I voiced to Josh I would not write a review as long as the agreement was upheld. After calling Josh no less than 4 times following our in person meeting, he and his staff are unable or unwilling to send reimbursement for my time in addition to their dishonesty wrt equipment pricing.
If you have a Ford Performance vehicle in the PNW and want literally the worst customer service experience possible with a healthy dose of white privilege and absence of honesty in transacting business, give Josh M @ AutoNation a call 😊

I recently purchased a Ford Fusion from Courtesy Ford in Poulsbo Wa. Unlike most automobile dealing, It was a very pleasant experience. During the process of buying the car the people I dealt with, the Salesman, the Sales Manager, and the Service Manager all impressed me as ethical and aboveboard. I researched the market before buying the car and got it for the price I intended to pay; no hassles. I understand that this dealer is under new ownership and management. I think they got it right this time and I will return on my next ford purchase.
