DO NOT BUY A CAR THERE!! DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED THERE!!!! WARNING!! 5 Months and 79 days in the shop starting only days after I bought the car and they couldnt even diagnose a loose Ebrake that was rattling. Instead they dismantled my car several times destroying the beautiful white paint job on the rear end. The car was sold to me with bad rotors, bent wheels, potentially a bent axle, bad tie rods, 2 quarts low on trannie fluid that no one knows how long was driven like that and ABS wheel speed sensors where locking the car up when I would try and pull forward from a stop. All this and after they turned the rotors they threw a rachet into the drivers door damaging my car. Still bent wheels and they havent fixed the paint they destroyed. Car is deemed unsafe by Meineke, Brotherton and Les Schwab and bounces all over the road in the rain but the Service Manager John forced me to drive it home even after I expressed the fears about driving an unsafe car they havent fixed on wet highways. They left me stranded "fixing" my car all summer, all fall and now for the holidays. They refuse to take responsibility for selling a car with bent wheels and now refuse to fix what they destroyed. They dont care that I have been paying car payments for months while the car sat in pieces in their garage for over 11 weeks. Completely disgusted with the business as a whole and the people that work there. Absolutely dont care about safety or their customer service. Tony Rehn(Owner and GM) and the Service Manager John said the car is safe and sue then. So I am, along with filing complaints with Attorney General, BBB and wherever else I can warn people.

I have been looking for a reliable truck for almost a year now. I found the one I wanted at NW Chevy. The salesman seemed pleasant on the phone and claimed he was a "straight shooter" and "I'll work with you" and "I want to earn your business. Total BS.
We planned a trip to visit some family and go buy the truck. Drove a long way. I had him give me a quote for the truck and my car for a trade in. He changed the numbers on me when I arrived and made the buying experience difficult, shady and frustrating. The sales manager is a huge xxxxxx and even gestured for me to get out in front of my family. Rude, unprofessional and they weren't wearing masks until I entered the room. Avoid this dealership and save yourself the headache and the COVID.

I first of all admit that I’m an idiot! I was so excited when I found a 2015 pearl in color Chevy Tahoe only a little over four hours away from my house that I didn’t think it through well enough. I drove from Spokane to Auburn to buy this vehicle. I was promised repeatedly and reassured by Chris that it was a single owner vehicle that had been bought there and serviced there religiously! There was only around 42,000 miles on the vehicle when I bought it. Their asking price was $48,000 which was extremely high But it was what I wanted so I made the drive. I’m a single mother of four children... I never received a copy of the Carfax after repeatedly asking for it after purchasing the vehicle. When I got back to Spokane I took it in to get new tires at Alton‘s thinking I had at least one more season left but I should just go ahead and do it anyways and I was told that my tires were borderline illegal because they were so worn out. I have put about 8000 miles on my car since buying it in April. $1000 I spent on the new tires and now my brakes are shot and completely grinding. $55k out the door plus the time for travel and hotel with four children is what I spent on this vehicle and I am so dissatisfied. I was excited when I saw the vehicle had weather tech but after vacuuming it out on my own after returning to Spokane from purchasing it I realized the weather tech had tore up all the carpet in the Tahoe. None of these things are mentioned to me and I do admit I should have not been so foolish and checked things closer myself but the bottom line is that they were dishonest and I trusted them to be a reputable company!!! I am so angry and frustrated I now have to pay for new brake pads rotors etc. when I should not have needed to put any money into this car especially new tires and now the brakes I am beyond irritated and I want to spread the word that this is not an honest dealership they are all about making money and don’t care if they put your safety at risk do not do business with the Chevrolet lot!!!

Service center ruined my new CAR!! So I bring my new car into Burien Chevrolet to get a new battery put in. It's difficult because they have to take out the passenger fender to get to it. There is also a tough bolt to get to inside the door jam. I watched a YouTube video on how to do it and they say to be extremely careful talking that bolt out because you can chip up the door. So I decided to have the dealership do it instead of messing up my car. I supplied the new battery and had them swap it out for $95. What do you do when these guys roll it out like this??? What recourse do you have when they do this to your property? I have pictures of the car before I took it in that show zero damage before I brought it to them. There are numerous bolts missing (including the tough one in the door jam, they just left it out) and dinged up my door really bad. The fender is LITERALLY JUST HANGING THERE!! DON'T GO HERE!!

I had the best truck buying experience ever. After closing a deal on a truck at another dealership, only to find out a week later they couldn't get it I talked to Axel. He not only said he could get the exact truck I wanted, he had it on the lot when we got there an hour later. His friendly and no pressure attitude was much appreciated. He answered every question we had and didn't let us leave without knowing we were comfortable driving off in our new Silverado 3500. Steve in finance made everything clear and gave us options on the extras. He guided us through every detail to make sure we knew what we were signing.
