When we arrived at the dealer we were met by Josh Popham (with a smile, under his covid mask). Josh got the truck ready, we drove it, purchased it within 2 hours. Josh was outstanding!!!! The car was priced better than any similar car in town or on-line, They gave me a great value for my trade in and found me a really low interest rate.
There was one hiccup in the process..the salesman thought it had gone through all the service checks but it had not. Day 2 I went out to my new car and the battery was dead. I contacted my salesman Jasen and he came to my house ( 20 mile drive) and jumped the car and followed me back to the dealership where they completed the checks and put in a new battery. It would have been nice if the service had been done before hand but they went above and beyond to make it right. Thanks !!!!!

Yesterday we purchased our new ride at BMW and had an excellent experience thanks to Derreck McGee. He has a wealth of knowledge with the vehicles inside and out which gave us confidence in buying our first BMW. We test drove several vehicles and had many questions for our salesman and Mr McGee was able to answer all of our questions far beyond what was expected.
Not only does he have high integrity in the products that this dealership has to offer as a whole but in the customer service that he provides. We went from never owning a BMW to feeling well educated on the decision making process
His customer service is exceptional and it was so nice to purchase a vehicle with someone who had our best interest in mind and not a pushy sales pitch. He was very friendly and professional even allowing us time alone to discuss our decisions with no pressure. The whole process was truly seamless and enjoyable. So much so that we have made a pact to never buy from another dealership or salesman again in the future. In fact just today we shared our story with a close friend and she will be visiting Derreck at BMW this week to purchase her first BMW!

We were very happy with Tom and the experience we had at Autoplex. Both sales guys we met Mike and Tom were very helpful and very low pressure. The sales manager that signed our deal was not a pleasant as the rest of the team but we only had to deal with him at the end. I would definitely go there again.

After a poor experience at a dealership in North Spokane, my husband & I walked away from a deal on a pre-owned Jeep Cherokee that checked every single box on our list. The Jeep was great, the price was right, but the sales manager was pushy & rude, so we walked. The next day we found the same model at Midway; a year newer but lacking a couple features that were on our wish list. From the moment we arrived it was obvious though that Midway was worlds apart from the first dealership. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxed; and our salesman Curtis Heirston was friendly (also funny), understanding, and genuine. Also, Curtis recognized right away that I (“the wife”) was not simply along for the ride, but rather just as much in the driver’s seat as my husband when it came to making this deal. The previous dealership was dismissive of me and my research and focused the conversation directly to my husband. Curtis at Midway on the other hand was impressed with my knowledge, and super respectful and equally attentive to us both. I should mention that Derrick in finance offered the same genuine respect and friendly disposition as well - especially considering we were pre-approved and using outside financing. This seemed to be a major pain point for the previous dealership, but Derrick was gracious about it and it was really a “non-issue”. From Curtis working for us to get us this Jeep, to management (who we didn’t even need to meet because they let Curtis do his job), to Derrick in the finance department wrapping up the particulars – Midway listened to our needs, understood our budget, and delivered a deal that we are more than happy with! This Jeep may not have a tow package or memory seats, but I don’t care! Sacrificing those features to do business with folks who understand the value of customer service and relationships is well worth it! Sincerity are integrity are priceless, and as it turns out those are the two things that I love the MOST that came with our 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited! Thank you Midway! Seriously, thank you!

The car I purchased was not properly inspected by the shop at the dealership. The entire front wheel fell off the car while I was driving with my daughter in the car. Over the next few months I spent close to $7500.00 trying to keep it drivable.
These guys only concern is money.

Not the Dave Smith I bought my first two vehicles from ! Bought a used car from Dave Smith as is with a extended warranty. Didn't make it off the lot heater quite working , key fob no good, went back and they sent me down the street to service they said they could help me . Then they closed for the night saterday. Monday couldn't get a call back, called manager he said he would call back never did. Went to BMW dealer Spokane he told me the car needed 9,487.86 in repairs and the extended warranty I bought for 4,200.00 wouldn't cover anything. Never got a call back from Sales man Dustyn. I got had in a bad way ! I will never buy another car from Dave Smith ever again ! Worst customer service ever ! Dishonest used car salesmen ! Not Dave Smith anymore. Welcome to the new Dave Smith. Do not buy anything from these guys ! Buyer beware !

I have 2 unfortunate experiences with this company. I first purchased an 04 Audi a few months ago. Not quite 6 months. Purchased the warranty as well. My wife drove it to work a week ago and it stalled. I had it towed to the dealership on Sprague where it took 2 days for them to tell me the timing belt broke and the engine was beyond repair. And by the way. We don't cover that in your warranty. Which was a lie. I found a copy and as it turns out the warranty was only good for a few thousand miles. This belt was well overdue replacing and the car was sold. The oil was jet black, the power steering started to squeal. No way should this car been on the lot in its predicament
Secondly, purchased a 06 mini cooper about 2 month ago. The rotors were cracked, the lower adjustable bars in the rear were bent and welded, the left front ball joint is shot, the car jerks at 10mph and 30mph due to a sticking valve on the turbocharger and the electrical system has some sort of ghost. The door locks flicker on and off during operation.
Do not buy here. They are irresponsible to the consumer

I was over charged and they repair the used cars cheaply. I drove back home, to moscow, with my new used car and when i got home the oil pan was dripping oil because they had just put apoxy on a crack. So i drove the car to the repair shop to have a new oil pan installed it cost me $900! Also they didn't replace the batery so after a month i had to buy a new battery. This dealership is absolutely horibble because they overcharge for the vehicals and cheaply repair the cars.

Almost impossible to have a trade in evaluated.. You must make a decision during a 2 hour test drive, but evaluation of trade takes a week. Also, during 2 separate test drives, no sales consultant called me as promised. Cumbersome system run by outside company, not Avis. A supervisor made an earnest effort to help me through the process, but there was poor follow up.
