I was promised they would only pull a SOFT pull. They pulled a HARD inquiry and then sent me an email saying that it would not affect my credit. xxx? All hard inquiries affect a person's credit score. The more inquiries on a person's report, the more it will decrease their score. What a bunch of uneducated xxxxxxx!
